Claims (11)

  1. Une machine de liage (1) pour lier au moins un objet, comprenant :
    - un guide-fil (5) adapté pour guider un fil autour d'un espace (S) dans lequel l'objet à lier est logé, ledit guide-fil (5) comprenant au moins deux canaux (5', 5") pour effectuer au moins deux tours dudit fil autour dudit espace (S) ;
    - des moyens d'alimentation (3) adaptés pour alimenter ledit fil vers ledit guide-fil (5) et pour rétracter ledit fil afin de le serrer autour de l'objet à lier ; et
    - des moyens de coupe (7) dudit fil adaptés pour séparer dudit fil un segment de celui-ci, ledit segment étant serré autour de l'objet et comprenant deux parties terminales libres ; caractérisé en ce que la machine comprend en outre
    - des moyens de pliage (8a, 8b) adaptés pour plier lesdites parties terminales dudit segment de manière à former un œillet (E) ; et
    - un dispositif pour torsader (4) adapté pour torsader lesdites parties terminales en forme d'œillet.
  2. La machine de liage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit guide-fil (5) comprend un corps (5b), ledit corps (5b) ayant une forme sensiblement circulaire et comprenant au moins deux parties adjacentes formées de manière à former lesdits au moins deux canaux (5', 5").
  3. La machine de liage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'alimentation (3) comprennent un extracteur (3a) et une piste d'introduction (3b) dudit fil.
  4. La machine de liage (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit extracteur (3a) comprend au moins une paire de rouleaux (3r) adaptés pour tirer ledit fil vers / depuis ledit guide-fil (5).
  5. La machine de liage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins ledit guide-fil (5) est réalisé en acier trempé.
  6. La machine de liage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif pour torsader (4) comprend une tête rotative (4a) reliée à une première roue d'engrenage (G1), qui est en engagement avec une deuxième roue d'engrenage (G2) qui est entraînée en rotation par un élément mobile (9) auquel ladite deuxième roue d'engrenage (G2) est reliée, la rotation de ladite deuxième roue d'engrenage (G2) provoquant la rotation de ladite tête rotative (4a).
  7. La machine de liage (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite tête rotative (4a) comprend au moins un canal (4') communiquant avec ledit guide-fil (5) pour permettre le passage et le maintien dudit fil dans ledit dispositif pour torsader (4).
  8. La machine de liage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de pliage (8a, 8b) comprennent des moyens adaptés pour loger lesdites parties terminales dudit fil, lesdits moyens étant actionnés en rotation par au moins un piston (8ap, 8bp).
  9. La machine de liage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de verrouillage (6) adaptés pour maintenir ledit fil pendant sa rétraction au moyen desdits moyens d'alimentation (3), de manière à tendre ledit fil autour de l'objet.
  10. La machine de liage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un système pneumatique adapté pour fournir de l'air comprimé pour déplacer ses composants, ledit système pneumatique étant commandé par une unité centrale apte à surveiller et à commander ladite machine de liage (1).
  11. Un procédé de liage d'au moins un objet, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - alimenter un fil dans un guide-fil (5) au moyen de moyens d'alimentation (3) ;
    - guider, au moyen dudit guide-fil (5), ledit fil autour d'un espace (S) dans lequel l'objet à lier est logé, ledit guide-fil (5) comprenant au moins deux canaux (5', 5") pour effectuer au moins deux tours dudit fil autour dudit espace (S) ;
    - rétracter, au moyen dudit moyens d'alimentation (3), ledit fil afin de le tendre autour de l'objet à lier ;
    - séparer dudit fil, au moyen d'un moyen de coupe (7), un segment de celui-ci, ledit segment étant tendu autour de l'objet et comprenant deux parties terminales libres ;
    caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend en outre les étapes consistant à :
    - plier, au moyen de moyens de pliage (8a, 8b), lesdites parties terminales dudit segment de manière à former un œillet (E) au niveau d'un dispositif pour torsader (4) ; et
    - torsader, au moyen dudit dispositif pour torsader (4), lesdites parties terminales en forme d'œillet dudit fil.
