Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wiper system, individual components for this and use of a component.
  • a wiping system which includes associated individual components such as at least one wiping device or a wiping agent or a spray device, the wiping device in turn comprising associated individual components such as a wiping agent carrier device and a coupling device.
  • the wiper carrier device of the wiper device of the wiper system is designed for two main wiping directions, which are directed in opposite directions to each other and to which a wiper strip having a longitudinal and a transverse axis with a free wiper strip edge is assigned in such a way that the longitudinal axis of a wiper strip is aligned transversely to the Main wiping direction, to which the wiper strip is assigned, and the transverse axis of a wiper strip is aligned with an oblique rise longitudinally to the main wiping direction, to which the wiper strip is assigned, the wiper strips being arranged one after the other in the main wiping directions such that in the direction of a main wiping direction, the one assigned to this main wiping direction Wiper strip of the other wiper strip is arranged below.
  • the wiper strips are individual, loose parts which are each held by their own wiper strip holders, which in turn are held in the above-defined position in relation to one another with the aid of an associated base body.
  • This structure is complicated and expensive and therefore uneconomical.
  • the wiper carrier device also has independent, releasable fastening means for releasably fastening the wiper.
  • These fasteners are themselves complicated, hook-shaped wire structures, which work like so-called over-center springs and permanently clamp and hold the wiping agent in the closed state with spring pressure or release it permanently in the open state.
  • a profile rail set under spring tension can be used for spring-loaded clamping of the wiping means.
  • Such clamping means are also expensive and therefore uneconomical.
  • an operating device which has a body structure suitable for manual handling with a rotary mechanism such that a tightening action or a loosening action can be accomplished by turning in one direction or the other.
  • this rotating mechanism is associated with a handle, optionally with a broom handle, without specifying the exact construction of the rotating mechanism.
  • a coupling device which is arranged between the wiper carrier device and the handle, which can also be generally referred to as the first or second component, and couples them together.
  • the coupling device enables a mutual connection between the wiper carrier device and the handle in such a way that the lock can be locked quickly and released again just as quickly, with the wiper carrier device being moved up and down with the help of the handle in the locked state. Movement of the stem is adjustable to one or the other free wiper strip edge of the respective wiper strips. In the dissolved state is the stalk freely raisable and lowerable. Raising and lowering is possible in such a way that the handle can also be folded over the wiper carrier device.
  • Locking and releasing the lock is done by rotating the handle in one direction or the other in relation to the wiper carrier device or vice versa, with the two components then being held rigidly on the one hand and articulated on the other in such a way that the folding of the handle via the Mopping agent carrier device away, as mentioned above, can be accomplished.
  • the wiping means of the wiping system is a part that has side edges and a front edge and a back edge.
  • the side edges and the front and rear edges form corner areas and are sized in such a way that free wiper strip edges of a wiper carrier device having such free wiper strip edges can be covered over on all sides.
  • Such a wiping means has the disadvantage that it requires additional holding means for its attachment. This makes the wiper in this version uneconomical.
  • the spray device of the wiper system is a container for a sprayable liquid that is integrated into the wiper carrier device.
  • the container has a corresponding atomizer device for spraying. Due to this integration, the wiper carrier device is heavy and bulky in operation and is therefore correspondingly heavy and difficult to handle. In addition, the size of the wiper carrier device is correspondingly large, which is disadvantageous when working with this wiper carrier device in small and narrow spaces. Also, it's cumbersome to fill, since usually the wiper carrier device is connected to the operating device.
  • the wiper carrier device Due to its large number of individual parts, the wiper carrier device is complicated overall, expensive and awkward to handle. Even if a generally known broom handle can be used, the operating device is modified and at least latently a part to be kept available independently. In this state, the operating device is uneconomical. Due to the fact that the coupling device and the operating device have to be matched to one another, the coupling device is also uneconomical.
  • the spray device integrated in the wiper carrier device is complicated and expensive. Overall, the wiper carrier device is complex and expensive. In addition, it is difficult with such a structure to carry out a pre-soaking by pre-spraying at a location other than that which is to be processed, since the complex structure consisting of the complex wiping device and operating device has to be moved for this purpose.
  • the component combinations formed therewith such as a wiping device or a wiping system, are also expensive, uneconomical and difficult to handle.
  • wiper carrier device with individual features specified in the preamble of claim 4 is known.
  • This wiper carrier device also has a trapezoidal carrier plate with a single ramp of each leg within which is formed a recess for engagement by heating pipes.
  • This wiping medium carrier device has a rectangular carrier plate which is formed from two legs laid flat, on which recesses are formed for fastening a wiping cover to accommodate special holding devices fastened to the wiping cover.
  • This coupling device comprises a hollow cylinder having two spaced apart, perpendicularly projecting flanged jaws for crimpably receiving another flanged jaw therebetween.
  • the hollow cylinder has a slot in the middle for a screw bolt to pierce.
  • An inner cylinder with at least approximately the same length as the length of the hollow cylinder is arranged inside the hollow cylinder.
  • the inner cylinder has a bore and associated crescent-shaped recess for easy passage of the bolt through the bore of the inner cylinder, with an anti-crescent head of the bolt resting within the crescent-shaped recess of the inner cylinder.
  • the coupling device is made for a cement tool and requires the solid flange jaws and the solid threaded bolt so that the cement tool can be moved on a cement surface without being destroyed.
  • a stalk-like, metal control device is used, which has a metal on a lower face Face part with centric thread has been welded on.
  • the handle-like, metal operating part has a bore into which the screw bolt dips when it is screwed into the central thread of the welded end face part to connect the coupling device to the operating part.
  • a shim part is arranged, which transmits the pressure of the screwed-on operating part over as large an area as possible on the coupling device.
  • Wiping means which have multiple slit surfaces in corner regions within the wiping means surface, which are pressed into counter-recesses for attachment.
  • the object of the present invention is to specify a cost-effective, economical and easy-to-use wiping system with just such associated individual components.
  • These include a corresponding wiper device with a corresponding wiper carrier device and a corresponding coupling device, a corresponding operating device, a corresponding wiping agent, a corresponding wiping agent roll, a corresponding wiping agent stack, a corresponding spray device, a corresponding profile rail add-on part and a corresponding liquid absorbing means, each individually or combined with one another in some form.

  • this object is advantageously achieved by at least one single profile rail add-on part which has the features specified in claim 24.
  • the wiping system is designed in such a way that the wiping device is designed according to claim 3 .
  • the mopping device is then designed in such a way that the wiper carrier device is designed according to one of Claims 4 to 11 or the coupling device is designed according to Claim 12 or 13.
  • the wiping agent carrier device is designed in such a way that free ends arranged in the longitudinal direction of the profile rail with corresponding associated profile edges are formed with an approach angle towards a profile rail center associated with the profile rail or that free ends arranged in the longitudinal direction of the profile rail with corresponding associated profile edges towards a profile rail center associated with the profile rail are designed to be slanted and opposite areas on the free ends in the longitudinal direction of the profile rail have indentations that can be engaged from the outside and have an inwardly conical inlet with or without further associated indentations or freely protruding spear shapes.
  • the coupling device is then designed in such a way that the inner cylinder is shortened compared to the length of the hollow cylinder to create space for attachment points on the hollow cylinder, the threaded bolt protruding laterally through the transverse slot of the hollow cylinder is rigidly connected to the inner cylinder, and the hollow cylinder in from the inner cylinder non-covered areas has attachment points for attachment to the second component, accomplished with attachment means.
  • the operating device is designed in such a way that the body structure is the body structure of a handle, which has an end face at a lower free end, on which is centrally arranged an internal thread that is accessible from the outside and extends into the body structure of the handle, with a contact area in the area around the access to the internal thread, or that the body structure is the body structure of a hand knob with at one point an internal thread accessible from the outside and extending into the body structure of the hand knob with a contact area in the area around the access to the internal thread, and that the respective internal thread in the Thread dimensions are adapted to the thread dimensions of the thread of the threaded bolt of a coupling device according to claim 12 or 13.
  • the wiping means is then designed in such a way that the length of the front and rear edges are adapted to the length of the wiper strip edges of the wiping means carrier device, so that either at least one single side edge incision or an opening is arranged concentrated on the corner areas in the respective corner areas in such a way that side edge to side edge side edge incisions or openings are arranged in pairs opposite each other, that if there are several side edge incisions or openings in a respective corner area, the side edge incisions or openings are arranged parallel to the side edges one after the other, and that incisions of the side edge incisions are made as deep or openings in the way are arranged that one remaining distance between side edge incisions or openings lying opposite one another in pairs have at most a distance corresponding to a remaining distance between notches or spear shapes in opposite corner regions of free ends arranged in the longitudinal direction of the wiper strip.
  • the wiper roll is designed in such a way that at least one of the wiper means of the wiper roll is designed according to one of Claims 15 to 18.
  • the wiping agent stack is then designed in such a way that at least a single wiping agent of the wiping agent stack is designed according to one of claims 15 to 18.
  • the spray device is then designed in such a way that the liquid is a much more diluted floor cleaning agent or surface cleaning agent than suggested by a manufacturer of the floor cleaning agent or surface cleaning agent.
  • the profile rail attachment is then designed in such a way that the profile rail attachment has the same profile as the profile rail of the wiper carrier device, has free ends in the longitudinal directions, of which the free end affected by the butt-to-butt attachment has an opposite approach angle and the other free end is designed with the same starting angle as the free end of the profile rail of the wiper carrier device affected by the end-to-end attachment, and a fastening device is provided on the free end affected by the end-to-end attachment in such a way that the fastening device works with it end-to-end attachment is continuously rigidly maintained.
  • liquid absorbing means In one use of a liquid absorbing means, the liquid absorbing means is used on a wiper carrier device according to any one of claims 4 to 11.
  • the wiping system with the wiping device that is advantageous due to the design according to the invention is correspondingly advantageous due to the advantageous wiping device.
  • the wiping device comprises a simple wiping agent carrier device and a simple coupling device.
  • the wiper carrier device is realized with the help of a simply manufactured profile rail, which is simply cut off or stamped to length.
  • the profile rail automatically has two profile rail legs, which simply each form one of the two wiper strips required for the wiper carrier device.
  • the free ends are designed with a sloping approach towards the center of the associated profile rail, which can be easily implemented at the same time as cutting or punching.
  • the areas of the free ends of the cut-off profile rail that are present in the longitudinal direction are provided, for example, with indentations that are accessible from the outside and into which a small piece of the wiping agent tag of the wiping agent carrier device can be clamped in a self-clamping manner.
  • a skewer shape that can be realized, for example, by simple punching is also conceivable, over which the wiping agent of the wiping agent carrier device, which is provided with a hole at the relevant points, can simply be slipped and hung.
  • the hole can be produced in a simple manner by simply punching a hole.
  • no or only very shallow and simple indentations and no skewer shapes can be provided at the free ends of the profile rail if, for example, wipers similar to a sack shape with, for example, rubber-stretched openings are provided as wipers, which simply stretched over the profile rail from the open side of the profile rail and hooked into the simple notches that may be present. If the indentations are not present, the wiping means will still hold on to the profile rail, since the rubber-tensioned opening of the wiping means, for example, strives to move up and not down through the upwardly tapering walls of the profile rail.
  • the flag piece of the wiping agent of the wiping agent carrier device can be easily wrapped at least once around a web that forms between associated indentations before it is clamped in the conical indentation, whereby firstly an increased type of fastening of the fastening of the wiping means of the wiping means carrier device and secondly a reversed and thus possibly perceived easier fastening action for fastening the wiping means to the wiping means carrier device.
  • the question of whether the fastening action is facilitated by a reversal of direction is a subjective one for the person performing the action. From a technical point of view, the direction of attachment actually does not matter.
  • the fastening action is a simple one.
  • the further notch can be formed by a kind of notch, which forms a kind of hook for hooking in the flag piece of the wiping agent of the wiping agent carrier device during the wrapping.
  • the coupling device is easy to manufacture with the aid of hollow cylindrical and solid cylindrical bar stock, which is only to be folded to length or the like.
  • the only additional measures to be provided are a transverse threaded bolt in a chopped off solid cylindrical bar material and a transverse slot open on one side in a chopped off hollow cylindrical bar material. All of these processes are technically very easy to implement.
  • the wiping device is technically very easy to implement and very easy to handle in use.
  • the fact that all parts are very simple and inexpensive and no costly and complicated fastening mechanisms are used for fastening the wiper of the wiper carrier device contributes in particular to the simple realization and simple handling.
  • assemblies of individual components are technically very easy to implement, such as the assembly between the wiper carrier device and the coupling device, which can be achieved in a simple manner, for example, by screwing the clutch device to the wiper carrier device on areas of the chopped off hollow cylindrical rod material that is arranged on the inside of the chopped off solid cylindrical rod material with the transverse threaded bolt are not covered, is accomplished. In this way, the solid cylindrical bar stock remains rotatable and simultaneous within the hollow cylindrical bar stock the coupling device is firmly connected to the wiper carrier device.
  • the operating device is also technically a very simple and inexpensive part, particularly when an existing broomstick is used for implementation.
  • a broomstick is only to be provided on the lower end face with an internal thread that can be used for the threaded bolt of the coupling device of the wiper carrier device, which technically does not pose a problem.
  • the broomstick can still be used for its original purpose, but also for the wiper carrier device presented here. In this way, material and costs are saved for the operating device.
  • the wiping means or wiping cloths for the present wiping means carrier device can be used. You only have to be provided with lateral slots at predetermined points to form corresponding flag pieces for hanging on, for example, conical indentations of the wiper carrier device that are accessible from the outside.
  • holes for spear shapes of the wiper carrier device can also be provided at predetermined locations. Both the slots and the holes can also be realized in a technically simple and cost-effective manner.
  • the wipes present here can advantageously be implemented in layers, for example as a stacked pack.
  • they can also be realized as individual wipes to be torn off lined up as a wiper roll. Both are technically easy and inexpensive to accomplish.
  • the present spray device is technically simple, extremely easy to carry and can be implemented inexpensively overall and contributes in particular to increasing the effectiveness, reducing costs and simplifying the handling of the entire wiping system. There is no need for expensive buckets, bucket transport means, wiper squeezing precautions and so on as before. Likewise, all types of mop and the like can be dispensed with, since the present wiping system with in particular the present spray device is completely sufficient.
  • a particular advantage of the present wiper system or the present wiper device is that the size of the wiper device can also be adjusted afterwards.
  • the profile rail add-on parts according to the invention contribute to this. With these profile rail attachments, it is possible to have just one basic unit for any size of area to be cleaned and then expand it accordingly with the profile rail attachments. In this way, costs are saved for having several mopping devices of different sizes.
  • liquid absorbing means can be connected without any problems can be used with the present wiping agent carrier device without special costs having to be taken into account for this.
  • no holding means are required for holding the liquid absorbing means, favorable edges are available and can be used on which the liquid absorbing means can be hung in a self-retaining manner by simply pressing into the space provided for the liquid absorbing means.
