Claims (8)

  1. Soupape (1) pour réguler une section transversale d'écoulement dans un connecteur de clapet d'étranglement, présentant un clapet d'étranglement qui est monté dans le connecteur de clapet d'étranglement de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation, le clapet d'étranglement pouvant tourner autour de l'axe de rotation au moyen d'un actionneur qui agit sur le clapet d'étranglement à l'encontre d'une force générée par un ressort mécanique (6), le clapet d'étranglement, au moins dans une première position, pouvant être fixé dans ladite première position au moyen d'un dispositif magnétique (5), et le dispositif magnétique (5) comprenant un aimant permanent (6), qui est disposé de manière fixée en position dans une découpe (8) dans un boîtier (2) du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement, et une partie conjuguée magnétique (7) qui est disposée sur le clapet d'étranglement rotatif.
  2. Soupape (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le clapet d'étranglement peut tourner entre deux positions maximales, le clapet d'étranglement, dans la première position maximale, fermant la section transversale d'écoulement du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement, et le clapet d'étranglement, dans la deuxième position maximale, ouvrant la section transversale d'écoulement du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement.
  3. Soupape (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le clapet d'étranglement, dans la première position dans laquelle il peut être fixé au moyen du dispositif magnétique (5), ferme complètement la section transversale d'écoulement du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement.
  4. Soupape (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif magnétique est formé par un électroaimant qui peut être activé et désactivé au moyen d'un dispositif de commutation.
  5. Soupape (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif magnétique (5) est formé par un aimant permanent (6).
  6. Soupape (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif magnétique (5) agit sur un élément d'ajustement (3) sur le clapet d'étranglement, l'élément d'ajustement (3) étant formé au moins dans une région partielle à partir d'un métal magnétique (7).
  7. Soupape (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la force magnétique générée par le dispositif magnétique (5) pour retenir le clapet d'étranglement dans la première position est au moins égale ou supérieure à la force générée par le ressort mécanique (4).
  8. Soupape (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la force magnétique générée par le dispositif magnétique (5) est orientée à l'encontre de la force générée par le ressort mécanique (4).
