Claims (8)
- Soupape pour réguler une section transversale d'écoulement dans un connecteur de clapet d'étranglement, ayant un clapet d'étranglement qui est monté dans le connecteur de clapet d'étranglement de sorte à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation, le clapet d'étranglement pouvant tourner autour de l'axe de rotation, au moyen d'un actionneur qui agit sur le clapet d'étranglement, contre une force générée par un ressort mécanique, le clapet d'étranglement, dans au moins une première position, pouvant être fixé dans ladite première position au moyen d'un dispositif magnétique (4, 5), le dispositif magnétique (4, 5) étant formé par un aimant permanent (4) et une partie homologue magnétique (5), l'aimant permanent (4) étant disposé dans le boîtier (1) du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement et la partie homologue magnétique (5) étant disposée sur un élément (2) qui peut tourner avec le clapet d'étranglement, le boîtier (1) du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement ayant une découpe (3) qui est ouverte au moins sur un côté et dans laquelle sont insérés l'aimant permanent (4) et le moyen (6) pour diriger le champ magnétique, et le côté de la découpe (3) qui est ouverte sur un côté étant au moins partiellement recouvert, dans au moins une position du clapet d'étranglement, par la partie homologue magnétique (5).
- Soupape selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'aimant permanent (4) étant entouré d'un moyen (6) pour diriger le champ magnétique, lequel moyen augmentant la force magnétique de l'aimant permanent (4) dans au moins une direction.
- Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (6) pour diriger le champ magnétique est formé par des plaques métalliques (6) qui sont disposées entre l'aimant permanent (4) et le boîtier (1) du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement.
- Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie homologue magnétique (5) est mobile sur un trajet circulaire formé autour de l'axe de rotation, l'espacement entre l'aimant permanent (4) et la partie homologue magnétique (5) dans une direction circonférentielle le long du trajet circulaire étant défini par l'angle de rotation du clapet d'étranglement.
- Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (6) pour diriger le champ magnétique est formé par des éléments en acier (6).
- Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie homologue magnétique (5) fait partie de la couronne dentée (2) au moyen de laquelle le mouvement de l'actionneur peut être transmis au clapet d'étranglement.
- Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le clapet d'étranglement, dans la première position dans laquelle il peut être fixé au moyen du dispositif magnétique (4, 5), ferme complètement la section transversale d'écoulement du connecteur de clapet d'étranglement.
- Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la force générée par le dispositif magnétique (4, 5) pour maintenir le clapet d'étranglement dans la première position est au moins égale ou supérieure à la force générée par le ressort mécanique.
