Abstract
本发明是一种流体管道的磁控开关。这是利用永磁体的磁力控制阀板内腔内磁块顶端的蝶型顶塞作开关,通过管道中流体的压力推动阀启闭。该磁控开关省磁材,易造,启闭快速,操作轻便,适用范围广,可以成为生产流体管道的磁控开关的系列换代产品。
Description
本发明是涉及流体管道的磁控开关,特别是各种类型大小通径的龙头。目前阀的种类很多,其控制开关的方式,都采用机械外通式开关,利用垫片和填料等配件,因此易磨损锈蚀、打滑、泄漏、操作费力,开关速度慢,常要维修,使用期短,造价高,已知的技术中,在流体管道阀的开关上,采用永磁力控制的阀和水龙头仍不理想,需改进与完善。
本发明是在原发明的CN86209051磁控水龙头和CN87105761磁控阀的基础上,更进一步的改进与完善,是用内磁块,取消了上述二项发明中只能在小通径管道上使用的内磁衔铁顶杆(针),外磁环替代磁环,加级活塞,将活塞改成空腔阀板形式,在阀板腔中内磁块顶端设蝶型阀等改进、本发明的目的是所提供的一种省磁材、能在特大通径管道上使用的流体管道的磁控开关。
本发明的特点在于:
1.用外磁环块和内磁块代替外磁环和内磁衔铁顶杆(针),节省磁材,缩小了结构体积,减少加工难度,降低了成本。
2.用加级活塞代替阀瓣,使启闭力和流体压力相一致,而成为大通径阀,能在低、中、高压下更广的范围作用;
3.活塞改成空腔阀板,在阀板腔中内磁块顶端设一蝶轴阀即为蝶型阀,使开关行程短、启闭速度快,操作轻便,适用于自动化控制。
本发明由下面给出的附图和实施例实现:
图1是本发明的截止型小阀和水龙头的结构示意图,图1中:1、阀座、2、活塞,3、密封活动套,4、负压孔(或间隙),5、内磁块(连顶杆),6、外磁环块,7、把头,8、定位圈,9、卸压孔,10、负压区,11、正压区,12、阀座通道;
图2是本发明加级活塞截止型大通径阀的结构示意图,图2中表示:是在图1的基础上加一或两级活塞,图2为加一级活塞,加级活塞14为原活塞卸压孔的顶塞,弹簧13是为阀的横装或倒装、管道中无压力时而设置;
图3是本发明将活塞改成空腔阀板,在阀板腔中内磁块顶端蝶型阀的结构示意图;
图4是图3的A-A面结构示意图,图3和图4表示:改成空腔阀板2,其内腔有:内磁块顶端的蝶型轴15,与蝶型轴连一体的另一头蝶型顶塞16,卸压孔9和负压孔4开在阀板两侧,阀板内腔槽通孔17,胀圈18,胀圈槽19。
本发明的实施例:
实施例1,如图1所示:图中是关闭位置,当打开时,将装有外磁环块6的把头7往上提起,外磁环块6的吸力吸着在密封活动套3内的内磁块5向上运动,使活塞2的卸压孔9打开,负压区10的流体便从卸压孔9中排出,这时,负压区10的压强比正压区11的压强小,于是活塞2受正压区11的推力而向上运动,阀座1的通道12随即打开,把头7提升得越,通道12就开得越大,流体的流量也就越大;当关闭时,按下把头7,内磁环块5向下运动,使活塞2的卸压孔9关闭,流体通过活塞2旁的负压孔(或间隙)4在负压区10形成负压,活塞2受到负压的推力和流体的流冲力而向下运动,直至关闭通道12,定位圈8是为控制流量定位和防止把头7越出密封活动套3而设置。
实施例2,如图所示:图中是关闭位置,即在图1的基础上,加一或两级活塞,加级活塞14为原活塞卸压孔的顶塞,弹簧13是为了阀的横装或倒装,管道中无压力时而设置,其工作原理同实施例1。
实施例3,如图3和图4所示:图中为关闭位置,当打开时,将装有外磁环块6的旋把7向逆时针方向转动,外磁环块6吸力吸着密封活动套3内的内磁块5带动顶端上的蝶型轴15连成一体的另
一头蝶型顶塞16也随着转动,使阀板2的卸压孔9打开,随即关闭负压孔4,阀板内腔的负压区10的流体便从卸压孔9中排出,由于阀板2边上的胀圈槽19与腔槽通孔17相连通,这时,阀板2内腔负压区10的压强小于正压区的压强,使装在胀圈槽19内的胀圈18受到正负压力差的影响而缩小,此时阀板2与阀座内壁已无摩擦作用,蝶型顶塞16继续带动阀板向逆时针转动,从而打开阀座通道12;当关闭时,将旋把7向顺时针转动,内磁块5受到外磁环块6的吸力,而带动其顶端上蝶型轴15及连着另一头蝶型顶塞16顺时针转动,使阀板的负压孔4打开,随即关闭卸孔9,蝶型顶塞16继续带动阀板向顺时针转动,将近于达到关闭时,流体通过阀板的负压孔4在阀板内腔的负压区10形成负压,通过腔槽通孔17直接作用在胀圈18上,使其膨胀,从而使阀座通道12关闭。
本发明对于特大通径的蝶型阀,可在内磁块和所述另一头蝶型顶塞16之间,加入蜗轮蜗杆作减速传动,以缩小永磁体的体积及达到操作上更省力。
Claims (2)
1、一种流体管道的磁控开关,包括阀座1,空腔阀板式活塞2,密封活动套3,外磁环块6,旋把头7,其特征在于空腔阀板式的活塞2内有内磁块5,在其顶端设有随内磁块5转动的蝶型轴15,和蝶型轴15连一体的另一头蝶型顶塞16,在蝶型轴15带动与阀板两侧的卸压孔9和负压孔4启闭配合,阀板边有胀圈槽19,槽内有胀圈18,胀圈槽19与阀板内腔槽通孔17相连通。
2、按权利要求1所述的流体管道的磁控开关,其特征在于蝶型磁控阀的内磁块5和所述的另一头蝶型顶塞16之间,加设蜗轮蜗杆。
