- L'indépendance entre la fonction d'actionnement/déclenchement et la fonction de déverrouillage permet de proposer une architecture dans laquelle les solutions d'étanchéité employées sont bien distinctes, permettant notamment de protéger la fonction d'actionnement/déclenchement par rapport à la fonction de déverrouillage ;
- La possibilité de proposer de manière simple et fiable un dispositif doté d'une fonction de signalisation lumineuse ;
- L'architecture du dispositif permet également de remplir la fonction dite de non-entrave, c'est-à-dire qu'elle évite toute entrave au bon fonctionnement du dispositif par des dispositifs positionnés sur la même paroi.

Claims (11)
- Emergency stop device comprising:- a body,- a control assembly comprising a control button (11) that is mobile in translation along a control axis (X) between a rest position and an actuated position,- an actuation assembly which comprises:- an actuation plunger (12) that cooperates with said control button and an actuation spring (R1) mounted between said body and said actuation plunger,- a trip plunger (15) designed to cooperate with at least one electrical contact unit (18) and one trip spring (R2) mounted between said actuation plunger (12) and said trip plunger (15) and arranged to actuate said trip plunger when the control button is actuated from its rest position to its actuated position,- a latching member mounted on the trip plunger (15) and mobile between:- a latching position in which it cooperates with a first stop (145) of the body to lock the trip plunger in an actuated position and lock the actuation plunger (12) and the control button (11), which are as one with the trip plunger (15), into a released actuated position, and- a retracted position in which it is freed from said stop (145) to allow the trip plunger to return to a rest position,- a trip member (16) that is mounted on the trip plunger (15) and is mobile between a locking position in which it cooperates with a second stop (144) of the body in order to prevent the trip plunger from moving from a rest position to an actuated position, and a retracted position in which it is freed from said second stop (144) to allow the trip plunger to be tripped to said actuated position,- an unlocking assembly comprising an unlocking ring (20) that can be actuated in rotation about said control axis and is arranged to cooperate with said control button (11) to return it from its released actuated position to the rest position,- characterized in that the unlocking assembly comprises an unlocking spring (R5) mounted between the control button (11) and the body, and arranged to actuate said control button (11) towards its rest position.
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the body comprises an inner housing (14) bearing the actuation assembly and an outer housing (13) bearing the unlocking assembly.
- Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the outer housing (13) is in the shape of a crown having a tubular portion (133) on which said unlocking ring (20) is mounted.
- Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that said control button is mounted so as to be able to slide in said tubular portion (133) of the outer housing, and in that the device comprises a first seal (22) arranged between said control button (11) and said outer housing (13).
- Device according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the inner housing comprises a widened upper portion (140) and a lower portion (141).
- Device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the actuation plunger (12) is mounted so as to be able to slide in said upper portion (140) of the inner housing (14), and in that the device comprises a second seal (23) arranged between said actuation plunger (12) and said inner housing (14).
- Device according to one of Claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the actuation plunger (12) is secured to said control button (11).
- Device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the trip plunger (15) is fitted onto the actuation plunger (12) by a rail-type mechanical connection.
- Device according to one of Claims 2 to 8, characterized in that it comprises a printed circuit (21) accommodated in said outer housing (13).
- Device according to Claim 9, characterized in that it comprises a light-producing assembly connected to said printed circuit (21).
- Device according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises an electrical contact assembly arranged to cooperate with said trip plunger (15).
