Claims (10)

  1. Station destinée à former une enceinte protectrice autour d'une bouteille (A), du type comportant une ligne (2) destinée à fournir les bouteilles (A), une machine de mise sous enveloppe (3) et au moins un ensemble (4) destiné à former des enceintes protectrices (5), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte :
    - au moins un trajet (6) pour transporter des contenants (7) destinés à recevoir lesdites enceintes protectrices (5) formées, distribuées par au moins ledit ensemble (4), ledit au moins un trajet (6) rejoignant ladite ligne (2) pour fournir des bouteilles (A), en amont de ladite machine de mise sous enveloppe (3),
    - au moins un appareil (9) pour ramasser des bouteilles à partir de ladite ligne (2) et disposer chacune d'elle à l'intérieur de contenants (7) respectifs disposés sur ledit au moins un trajet (6), ledit au moins un appareil (9) étant disposé en amont de l'intersection (8) de ladite ligne (2) avec ledit trajet (6) .
  2. Station selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, le long de ladite ligne (2) destinée à fournir les bouteilles (A) sensiblement alignées avec ledit appareil (9) pour ramasser des bouteilles (A), un dispositif (10) pour l'espacement mutuel calibré desdites bouteilles (A) pour le ramassage correct de celles-ci par ledit appareil (9).
  3. Station selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif (10) pour l'espacement mutuel calibré desdites bouteilles (A) comporte un dispositif d'alimentation à vis (11), dont la au moins une nervure fait saillie le long de ladite ligne d'alimentation (2) et interfère avec lesdites bouteilles (A), chacune desdites bouteilles (A) étant reçue temporairement dans l'évidement délimité entre deux parties contiguës de ladite nervure.
  4. Station selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit au moins un ensemble (4) pour former des enceintes protectrices (5) comporte au moins un magasin pour des feuilles à contour façonné sensiblement planes, au moins un appareil pour plier lesdites feuilles et au moins un poussoir pour insérer au moins une dite feuille pliée à l'intérieur d'un contenant (7) respectif disposé sur ledit trajet (6).
  5. Station selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit au moins un trajet de transport (6) pour des contenants (7) destinés à recevoir lesdites enceintes protectrices (5) formées comporte une première unité (12) pour l'espacement mutuel calibré desdits contenants (7) pour l'insertion correcte d'au moins une dite feuille pliée à l'intérieur de chacun d'eux par ledit au moins un poussoir.
  6. Station selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sur ledit appareil (9) destiné à ramasser des bouteilles (A) à partir de ladite ligne (2) et à disposer chacune d'elles à l'intérieur de contenants (7) respectifs disposés sur ledit au moins un trajet (6), ladite ligne (2) et ledit trajet (6) sont l'un en face de l'autre et sont mutuellement à proximité.
  7. Station selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit trajet (6) comporte, sur ledit appareil de ramassage et d'agencement (9), une deuxième unité (13) pour l'espacement mutuel calibré desdits contenants (7) pour l'alignement de ceux-ci avec les points de distribution dudit appareil (9).
  8. Station selon la revendication 1 ou 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, le long de ladite ligne (2) destinée à fournir les bouteilles (A) en alignement substantiel avec ledit appareil (9) pour ramasser des bouteilles (A), une bande latérale amovible (14) pour l'alignement desdites bouteilles (A) avec un bord latéral de ladite ligne (2).
  9. Station selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sur la partie d'extrémité de ladite ligne d'alimentation (2), il existe une troisième unité (15) pour l'espacement mutuel calibré d'éléments choisis entre lesdits contenants (7) contenant lesdites enceintes protectrices (5) formées recevant une bouteille (A) respective et lesdites bouteilles (A).
  10. Station selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine de mise sous enveloppe (3) comporte un élément destiné à ramasser au moins un contenant à la fois depuis ladite troisième unité (15) afin d'insérer ladite bouteille (A), reçue à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte protectrice (5), dans une enveloppe respective.
