Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour le suremballage de produits (A) identiques ou similaires, et l'encaissage des produits (A) suremballés. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de suremballage comporte des moyens de distribution (38) de flans de suremballage (F) et des moyens de chargement (22) de produits (A) regroupés au sein d'un poste de distribution et de chargement des lots préparatoires (L ) et des moyens de fermeture (72) de lots préparatoires (L ) et des moyens de déchargement (74) de lots suremballés (L ) regroupés au sein d'un poste de fermeture et de déchargement des lots suremballés (L ). Le dispositif comporte également des moyens de réception (50) comportant une première paire de conformateur-navettes (52) aptes à la mise en volume des flans de suremballage (F) autour des produits (A) pour recevoir les lots préparatoires (L ). Ces conformateur-navettes (52) de la première paire sont agencés sur une première voie de distribution (V ) et aptes à être déplacés le long de la première voie de distribution (V ) en opposition de phase l'un par rapport à l'autre, de sorte que, en fonctionnement lorsque l'un des conformateur-navettes (52) de la première paire est en position dans le poste de distribution et de chargement des lots préparatoires (L ) l'autre des conformateur-navettes (52) de la première paire est en position dans le poste de fermeture et de déchargement des lots suremballés (L ) et vice-versa.
