Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für ein Packgut, insbesondere für einen Bausatz zur Montage einer Gebäudeverschlusseinrichtung.
  • Die Verpackung kann grundsätzlich unterschiedlichen Zwecken dienen. So kann sie zum einen für einen Schutz des Packguts vorgesehen sein, welches mit der Verpackung verpackt ist. Zusätzlich oder alternativ kann die Verpackung einer optisch einwandfreien Präsentation des Packguts dienen. Schlussendlich kann sie selbstverständlich auch zum Zusammenhalten einzelner Teile des Packguts vorgesehen sein, sodass die einzelnen Teile stets gemeinsam in der Verpackung vorliegen. Entsprechend sind sie beim Öffnen der Verpackung griffbereit, sodass die einzelnen Teile beispielsweise zusammengesetzt werden können.
  • Das Packgut liegt insbesondere in letzterem Fall beispielsweise als Bausatz vor, bei welchem die einzelnen Teile des Packguts zu einer Vorrichtung zusammensetzbar sind. Beispielsweise ist das Packgut als Bausatz einer Gebäudeverschlusseinrichtung ausgestaltet, dient also schlussendlich zur Montage der Gebäudeverschlusseinrichtung. Die Gebäudeverschlusseinrichtung kann grundsätzlich beliebig ausgestaltet sein. Beispielsweise liegt die Gebäudeverschlusseinrichtung als Fenster, Türe oder dergleichen vor oder weist ein solches beziehungsweise eine solche zumindest auf. Das Fenster ist besonders bevorzugt als Dachfenster, insbesondere als Wohndachfenster, ausgebildet.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik ist beispielsweise die Druckschrift WO 2008/051556 A2 bekannt. Diese betrifft einen Bausatz und ein Verfahren zum Zusammensetzen einer Vorrichtung, welche beispielsweise in Form eines zusammensetzbaren Einrichtungsgegenstands vorliegt. Der Bausatz enthält eine Vielzahl von Teilen und eine Vielzahl von Aufnahmen zum Verpacken der Teile. Die Teile, welche in einer ersten Aufnahme vorliegen, werden in einem ersten Montageschritt verwendet, die Teile, welche in einer zweiten Aufnahme vorliegen, in einem zweiten Montageschritt. Ein derartiger Bausatz und das entsprechende Verfahren können verwendet werden, um das Zusammensetzen unterschiedlicher Vorrichtungen, wie beispielsweise Möbeln, Spielzeugen, Spielen und Dekorationen zu vereinfachen.
  • Neben schachtelartigen Verpackungen mit Abtrennungen und Einlagen zur Aufnahme zusammengehöriger Packgüter (siehe z.B. US2007/187290 A1 ) wird mit US 5 823 352 A eine Umverpackung für ein einzelnes Packgut offenbart, welches in einer einlagenförmigen Innenpackung vorverpackt via Formschluss-Einrichtungen an einer weiteren, stossdämpfenden Verpackungseinlage gehaltert wird, welche ein für Verpackungszwecke ungenutztes Zusatz-Bodenfach vom eigentlichen Packgut-Aufnahmefach abtrennt, wobei die Einlage als Abdeckung dieses Zusatz-Bodenfachs bodennah angeordnet ist und so ein Fach von vergleichsweise kleinem Volumen vom darüberliegenden Packgut-Aufnahmefach abtrennt.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Verpackung für ein Packgut vorzuschlagen, welche gegenüber bekannten Verpackungen Vorteile aufweist, insbesondere einen Montagevorgang unterstützt und zudem für eine Aufnahme auch schwerer und/oder sperriger Packgüter geeignet ist.
    Dies wird erfindungsgemäß mit einer Verpackung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 erreicht. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass die Verpackung über eine Umverpackung mit einem Aufnahmefach für einen ersten Teil des Packguts verfügt, wobei die Umverpackung eine Abdeckung für das Aufnahmefach aufweist, die in wenigstens einer Stellung zwischen dem Aufnahmefach und einem Zusatzfach der Umverpackung zu deren Abtrennung angeordnet ist, wobei an der Abdeckung wenigstens eine Formschlusseinrichtung zur formschlüssigen Befestigung mindestens einer Innenverpackung zur Aufnahme eines zweiten Teils des Packguts vorliegt; das Aufnahmefach weist dabei ein grösseres Volumen als das Zusatzfach auf.
    Die Verpackung setzt sich aus mehreren Bestandteilen zusammen, nämlich zumindest aus der Umverpackung und der wenigstens einen Innenverpackung. Die Umverpackung stellt den außenseitigsten Bestandteil der Verpackung dar. Besonders bevorzugt schließt insoweit die Umverpackung das gesamte Packgut vollständig ein. Entsprechend ist auch die Innenverpackung vollständig von der Umverpackung aufgenommen. Die Verpackung, insbesondere die Umverpackung und/oder die Innenverpackung, kann grundsätzlich aus einem beliebigen Material bestehen, beispielsweise aus Holzstoff, also beispielsweise aus Pappe oder dergleichen, oder aus Kunststoff. Auch andere Materialien können jedoch zur Anwendung kommen. Bevorzugt bestehen die Umverpackung und die Innenverpackung aus dem gleichen Material.
    Die Umverpackung verfügt über das Aufnahmefach für den ersten Teil des Packguts. Der zweite Teil des Packguts wird dagegen in der Innenverpackung angeordnet. Bevorzugt ist der erste Teil des Packguts vollständig in der Umverpackung und der zweite Teil des Packguts vollständig in der Innenverpackung aufgenommen. Das bedeutet gemäß Vorstehendem jedoch zusätzlich, dass auch der zweite Teil des Packguts und mithin das gesamte Packgut, vollständig in der Umverpackung vorliegt, also vollständig von dieser umgriffen wird.
  • Der erste Teil des Packguts wird in dem Aufnahmefach der Umverpackung angeordnet. Anschließend wird das Aufnahmefach mit der Abdeckung, welche Bestandteil der Umverpackung ist, abgedeckt. Hierzu wird die Abdeckung in die wenigstens eine Stellung gebracht, in welcher sie zwischen dem Aufnahmefach und dem Zusatzfach angeordnet wird. Das Zusatzfach liegt analog zu dem Aufnahmefach in der Umverpackung vor, stellt also ebenso wie das Aufhahmefach ein Teilvolumen der Umverpackung dar. Bevorzugt ist das Aufnahmefach in der wenigstens einen Stellung der Abdeckung vollständig von der Umverpackung umgriffen, also nicht nur gegenüber dem Zusatzfach, sondern zusätzlich gegenüber einer Außenumgebung der Verpackung abgegrenzt beziehungsweise verschlossen.
  • Um eine zuverlässige und stabile Anordnung des Packguts in der Verpackung zu realisieren, soll die Innenverpackung mittels der Formschlusseinrichtung an der Abdeckung befestigbar sein. Hierzu wird die Innenverpackung vorzugsweise in dem Zusatzfach der Umverpackung angeordnet. Grundsätzlich ist es also vorgesehen, zunächst den ersten Teil des Packguts in dem Aufhahmefach anzuordnen und dieses nachfolgend mittels des Aufnahmefachs zu verschließen und von dem Zusatzfach abzutrennen. Anschließend wird die wenigstens eine Innenverpackung in dem Zusatzfach angeordnet und dort mittels der Formschlusseinrichtung an der Abdeckung befestigt.
  • Nachfolgend wird bevorzugt ein Deckel der Umverpackung geschlossen, welcher das Zusatzfach verschließt beziehungsweise gegenüber der Außenumgebung abtrennt, nämlich vorzugsweise auf seiner der Abdeckung gegenüberliegenden Seite. Vorzugsweise verfügen das Aufnahmefach und das Zusatzfach zumindest über das gleiche Volumen. Besonders bevorzugt verfügt das Aufnahmefach jedoch über ein größeres Volumen als das Zusatzfach, beispielsweise ist das Volumen des Aufnahmefachs um mindestens 25 %, mindestens 50 %, mindestens 75 % oder mindestens 100 % größer als das Volumen des Zusatzfachs.
  • Eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Umverpackung und/oder die Innenverpackung jeweils als Schachtel ausgestaltet sind. Das bedeutet in anderen Worten, dass sie in Form eines Behälters vorliegen, welcher einen Deckel aufweist und bevorzugt aus einem festen Kartonmaterial besteht.
  • Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Abdeckung und eine weitere Abdeckung in wenigstens einer Stellung der Abdeckung und der weiteren Abdeckung ein weiteres Zusatzfach zwischen sich aufnehmen. Die weitere Abdeckung ist bevorzugt ebenso wie die Abdeckung Bestandteil der Umverpackung und insoweit mit dieser einstückig und/oder materialeinheitlich ausgestaltet. Dasselbe gilt im Übrigen bevorzugt für den Deckel der Umverpackung. Die weitere Abdeckung trennt einen weiteren Teil des Gesamtvolumens der Umverpackung ab, nämlich von dem Aufnahmefach und dem Zusatzfach.
  • Auf diese Weise wird das weitere Zusatzfach gebildet, welches bevorzugt ein kleineres Volumen aufweist als das Aufnahmefach und/oder das Zusatzfach. Bevorzugt ist das Volumen des weiteren Zusatzfachs höchstens 50 %, höchstens 40 %, höchstens 30 %, höchstens 25 %, höchstens 20 % oder höchstens 10 % des Volumens des Zusatzfachs. Die Abdeckung und die weitere Abdeckung sind jeweils schwenkbar an einem Grundkörper der Umverpackung angeordnet. Hierzu liegt beispielsweise zwischen dem Grundkörper und der Abdeckung und der weiteren Abdeckung jeweils wenigstens eine Sollknickstelle beziehungsweise eine Sollknicklinie vor. Selbstverständlich kann es auch vorgesehen sein, dass die Abdeckung und/oder die weitere Abdeckung jeweils mittels wenigstens eines Scharniers an dem Grundkörper schwenkbar angelenkt sind.
  • Im Rahmen einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Zusatzfach und/oder das weitere Zusatzfach jeweils an wenigstens einer Stirnseite, insbesondere jeweils an Stirnseiten, von der Umverpackung begrenzt ist. Wenigstens eines der beiden Zusatzfächer, also das Zusatzfach und/oder das weitere Zusatzfach, bevorzugt beide, werden wenigstens bereichsweise von der Abdeckung begrenzt. Beispielsweise bildet die Abdeckung sowohl für das Zusatzfach als auch das weitere Zusatzfach in einer Normalanordnung der Verpackung einen Boden aus. Das Zusatzfach wird in die von der Abdeckung abgewandte Richtung von dem Deckel der Verpackung begrenzt. Für das weitere Zusatzfach übernimmt die weitere Abdeckung diese Abgrenzung.
  • An der wenigstens einen Stirnseite, bevorzugt jedoch an beiden Stirnseiten, ist das Zusatzfach beziehungsweise das weitere Zusatzfach von der Umverpackung begrenzt, also gegenüber der Außenumgebung abgetrennt. Bevorzugt liegen hierzu die Abdeckung und/oder die weitere Abdeckung wenigstens an einer Stirnseite, bevorzugt an ihren gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten, an der Umverpackung an oder weisen zumindest einen vergleichsweise geringen Abstand auf. Unter den Stirnseiten sind hierbei die in Richtung der Sollknickstelle liegenden Seiten des Zusatzfachs beziehungsweise des weiteren Zusatzfachs zu verstehen.
  • Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die weitere Abdeckung als Klappabdeckung an der Umverpackung befestigt ist, insbesondere einstückig und/oder materialeinheitlich mit dieser vorliegt. Auf eine derartige Ausgestaltung der weiteren Abdeckung wurde bereits eingegangen. Beispielsweise liegt die weitere Abdeckung dem Deckel der Umverpackung gegenüber beziehungsweise weist eine zu der Sollschwenkachse beziehungsweise Sollknickstelle des Deckels beabstandet parallele Sollschwenkachse beziehungsweise Sollknickstelle auf.
  • Beispielsweise sind die weitere Abdeckung und der Deckel an gegenüberliegenden Rändern der Umverpackung angeordnet. Diese gegenüberliegenden Ränder sind durch weitere Ränder miteinander verbunden, sodass jeder der weiteren Ränder mit jedem der Ränder verbunden ist. Unter der Ausgestaltung der weiteren Abdeckung als Klappabdeckung ist zu verstehen, dass sie ohne weiteres um die Sollschwenkachse beziehungsweise Sollknickstelle verschwenkt werden kann, nämlich um sie aus einer ersten Stellung in die wenigstens eine Stellung zu bringen, in welcher sie das weitere Zusatzfach abgrenzt.
  • Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Abdeckung als separate Abdeckung ausgestaltet ist, die mittels einer weiteren Formschlusseinrichtung an der Umverpackung und/oder einem in der Umverpackung, insbesondere in dem Aufhahmefach, angeordneten Einleger befestigt ist. Die Abdeckung ist also im Unterschied zu der weiteren Abdeckung nicht einstückig und/oder nicht materialeinheitlich mit der Umverpackung ausgestaltet. Vielmehr liegt sie als separate Abdeckung vor, also als separat in die Umverpackung einbringbares Element.
  • Bevorzugt ist die Abdeckung mittels der weiteren Formschlusseinrichtung an der Umverpackung befestigt beziehungsweise zumindest befestigbar. Alternativ kann die weitere Formschlusseinrichtung auch der Befestigung der Abdeckung an dem Einleger dienen, welcher in der Umverpackung angeordnet ist. Besonders bevorzugt liegt der Einleger in dem Aufnahmefach vor. Beispielsweise ist die Formschlusseinrichtung derart ausgestaltet, dass sie die Abdeckung schwenkbar an dem Einleger hält. Es ist also vorgesehen, vor oder während des Verpackens des Packguts den Einleger in die Umverpackung, bevorzugt in das Aufhahmefach, einzulegen und nachfolgend die Abdeckung mittels der weiteren Formschlusseinrichtung an ihm zu befestigen. Alternativ kann es selbstverständlich vorgesehen sein, das Befestigen der Abdeckung an dem Einleger bereits vor seinem Einbringen in die Umverpackung vorzunehmen und schlussendlich den Einleger gemeinsam mit der Abdeckung in die Umverpackung einzubringen.
  • Im Rahmen einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass in dem Aufnahmefach wenigstens ein Stützteil angeordnet ist, das in wenigstens einer Stellung der Abdeckung einerseits an der Abdeckung und andererseits an einem Boden der Umverpackung zur Abstützung der Abdeckung anliegt. Das Stützteil durchgreift beispielsweise das Aufnahmefach in Querrichtung, also senkrecht zu einer Längsmittelachse der Umverpackung beziehungsweise der Verpackung wenigstens teilweise, besonders bevorzugt jedoch vollständig.
  • Das Stützteil weist eine Längsmittelachse auf, welche bevorzugt senkrecht auf denjenigen Seitenwänden der Umverpackung steht, an welchen der Deckel und/oder die weitere Abdeckung schwenkbar angelenkt sind. Bevorzugt ist das wenigstens eine Stützteil stegartig ausgebildet, weist also eine Erstreckung in axialer Richtung bezüglich seiner Längsmittelachse auf, welche deutlich größer ist als seine Erstreckung in lateraler Richtung und/oder in vertikaler Richtung. Die drei genannten Richtungen stehen hierbei senkrecht aufeinander, also jede der Richtungen steht senkrecht auf jeder der beiden anderen der Richtungen.
  • Das Stützteil dient beispielsweise dem Abstützen des Packguts, insbesondere des ersten Teils des Packguts. In jedem Fall ist das Stützteil jedoch derart angeordnet, dass es an dem Boden der Umverpackung anliegt beziehungsweise von diesem ausgeht. Besonders bevorzugt ist das Stützteil an dem Boden der Umverpackung befestigt. Zusätzlich oder alternativ kann es an den vorstehend bezeichneten Seitenwänden der Umverpackung anliegen und/oder an diesen befestigt sein, sich also bevorzugt von einer der Seitenwände bis zu einer dieser Seitenwand gegenüberliegenden der Seitenwände erstreckt.
  • Weiterhin liegt die Abdeckung in der wenigstens einen Stellung an dem Stützteil an. Das bedeutet, dass das Stützteil die Abdeckung von dem Boden der Umverpackung wenigstens bereichsweise, insbesondere vollständig, beabstandet. Insoweit ist die Abdeckung belastbar, insbesondere ist der zweite Teil des Packguts auf der Abdeckung anordenbar, ohne dass dieser abknickt oder sich unzulässig stark biegt. Besonders bevorzugt liegen in dem Aufnahmefach mehrere Stützteile vor, insbesondere wenigstens zwei voneinander beabstandete Stützteile. Für jedes der Stützteile gilt bevorzugt das vorstehend Gesagte. Insbesondere sind die Stützteile als Gleichteile ausgestaltet.
  • Eine weitere Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Umverpackung einen Deckel aufweist und die Abdeckung bei geschlossenem Deckel von diesem in einen Befestigungsbereich einen kleineren Abstand aufweist als in einem einen Boden des Zusatzfachs ausbildenden Bodenbereich. Der vorstehend bereits beschriebene Deckel der Umverpackung ist bevorzugt einstückig und/oder materialeinheitlich mit dem Grundkörper der Umverpackung ausgebildet und zumindest um eine Sollschwenkachse beziehungsweise Sollknickstelle bezüglich dieser verlagerbar beziehungsweise drehbar. Bei geschlossenem Deckel verschließt der Deckel die Umverpackung vorzugsweise vollständig, liegt also durchgehend an ihm zugewandten Rändern der Seitenwände der Umverpackung an.
  • Die Abdeckung verfügt nun über den Befestigungsbereich und den Bodenbereich. In dem Befestigungsbereich ist beispielsweise zumindest ein Teil der Formschlusseinrichtung angeordnet beziehungsweise ausgebildet, mittels welcher die Innenverpackung an der Abdeckung befestigbar ist. Der Bodenbereich bildet dagegen den Boden des Zusatzfachs aus. Bei geschlossenem Deckel ist nun der Abstand zwischen dem Befestigungsbereich und dem Deckel kleiner als zwischen dem Bodenbereich und dem Deckel.
  • Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass von der die Innenverpackung ausbildenden Schachtel ein Ausleger ausgeht, der in eine an der Abdeckung ausgebildete Formschlussaufnahme der Formschlusseinrichtung eingreift. Die Innenverpackung liegt insoweit in Form der Schachtel vor, an welcher wiederum der Ausleger anordnet ist. Der Ausleger ist derart ausgestaltet, dass er bei Anordnung der Innenverpackung auf dem Boden des Zusatzfachs und insoweit auf dem Bodenbereich der Abdeckung bis in den Befestigungsbereich hineinragt. Dort greift er in die Formschlussaufnahme der Formschlusseinrichtung ein, welche entsprechend in dem Befestigungsbereich der Abdeckung ausgebildet ist.
  • Im Rahmen einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Innenverpackung auf ihrer der Abdeckung abgewandten Seite bei geschlossenem Deckel wenigstens bereichsweise zur Versteifung der Umverpackung an diesem anliegt. Einerseits liegt die Innenverpackung also auf der Abdeckung auf, wohingegen auf ihrer der Abdeckung abgewandten Seite der Deckel an ihr anliegt. Entsprechend wird eine Versteifung der Umverpackung erzielt. Dies ist insbesondere der Fall, falls das Stützteil vorgesehen ist. In diesem Fall liegt das Stützteil auf dem Boden der Umverpackung auf. Auf der dem Boden abgewandten Seite des Stützteils liegt die Abdeckung auf dem Stützteil auf. Weiterhin liegt auf der dem Stützteil abgewandten Seite der Abdeckung die Umverpackung an der Abdeckung an, an welcher sich wiederum der geschlossene Deckel der Umverpackung abstützt.
  • Insoweit ist über das Stützteil, die Abdeckung und die Innenverpackung eine Stützverbindung zwischen dem Boden und dem Deckel der Umverpackung geschaffen, welche bevorzugt von den Seitenwänden der Umverpackung beabstandet vorliegt, beispielsweise also mittig in der Umverpackung. Entsprechend wird durch die genannten Elemente eine Abstützung der Umverpackung in vertikaler Richtung, also zwischen dem Boden und dem Deckel der Umverpackung, geschaffen, sodass die Umverpackung äußerst stabil ist. Dies ermöglicht zum einen eine sichere Handhabung der Umverpackung aufgrund ihrer Steifigkeit und ermöglicht zum anderen eine ausgezeichnete Stapelbarkeit, sodass eine Lagerhaltung der Verpackung beziehungsweise des mittels der Verpackung verpackten Packguts vereinfacht wird. Eine weitere Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Aufnahmefach ein größeres Volumen aufweist als das Zusatzfach. In dem Aufnahmefach ist der erste Teil des Packguts und in dem Zusatzfach der zweite Teil des Packguts angeordnet oder zumindest anordenbar. Das Aufnahmefach ist hierbei vorzugsweise zur unmittelbaren Aufnahme des ersten Teils des Packguts vorgesehen und ausgebildet, wohingegen das Zusatzfach zur Aufnahme der wenigstens einen Innenverpackung vorgesehen und ausgebildet ist, wobei der zweite Teil des Packguts in der Innenverpackung angeordnet oder zumindest anordenbar ist. Das Aufnahmefach soll über ein größeres Volumen verfügen als das Zusatzfach, sodass der erste Teil des Packguts größer sein darf als der zweite Teil.
  • Es wurde bereits darauf hingewiesen, dass das Packgut beispielsweise als Bausatz vorliegt, bei welchem die einzelnen Teile des Packguts zu einer Vorrichtung zusammensetzbar sind. Beispielsweise liegt der zweite Teil des Packguts in Form von wenigstens einem Anbauteil vor, welches an den ersten Teil des Packguts anbaubar ist. Zusätzlich oder alternativ kann der zweite Teil des Packguts ein Teil aufweisen, welches einer Montage des ersten Teils dient und insoweit als Montagemittel beziehungsweise Befestigungsmittel ausgestaltet ist. Beispielsweise ist der erste Teil des Packguts ein Rollladenkasten für die Gebäudeverschlusseinrichtung. Die beschriebene Ausgestaltung der Verpackung ermöglicht eine besonders platzeffiziente Anordnung des Packguts und ermöglicht zudem eine einfache und schnelle Montage des Bausatzes.
  • Eine weitere Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Abdeckung mehrere Teilabdeckungen aufweist, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind und das Aufnahmefach in derselben Richtung begrenzen. Die Abdeckung liegt also nicht in Form einer einstückigen beziehungsweise durchgehenden Abdeckung vor. Vielmehr wird das Aufnahmefach von den mehreren Teilabdeckungen begrenzt und von dem Zusatzfach abgetrennt. Die Teilabdeckungen begrenzen das Aufnahmefach in dieselbe Richtung, insbesondere jeweils in Richtung des Zusatzfaches. Jede der Teilabdeckungen liegt also zwischen dem Aufnahmefach und dem Zusatzfach vor. Die Teilabdeckungen sind nebeneinander angeordnet. Hierbei können sie unmittelbar aneinander angrenzen beziehungsweise unmittelbar aneinander anliegen oder aber - alternativ - voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sein. Ist die Abdeckung als separate Abdeckung ausgestaltet, so ist vorzugsweise zur Befestigung jeder der Teilabdeckungen jeweils eine weitere Formschlusseinrichtung vorgesehen, mittels welcher die jeweilige Teilabdeckung an der Umverpackung und/oder dem Einleger befestigt ist.
  • Die Verwendung der mehreren Teilabdeckungen hat den Vorteil, dass für unterschiedliche Packgüter keine unterschiedlichen Abdeckungen vorgehalten werden müssen. Stattdessen liegen die Teilabdeckungen vor, aus welchen die Abdeckung nach Art eines Baukastensystems in Abstimmung auf die Abmessungen des Packguts, insbesondere des ersten Teils des Packguts, zusammensetzbar ist beziehungsweise zusammengesetzt wird. Selbstverständlich können jedoch Teilabdeckungen mit unterschiedlichen Abmessungen vorliegen, um eine besonders feine Abstimmung der Abdeckung auf das Packgut vornehmen zu können. Beispielsweise wird die Abdeckung aus Teilabdeckungen mit denselben oder aber mit unterschiedlichen Abmessungen zusammengestellt. Hierdurch ist eine besonders flexible Verwendung der Verpackung, auch für unterschiedliche Packgüter, möglich.
  • Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Teilabdeckungen jeweils als separate Teilabdeckung vorliegen und mittels der Formschlusseinrichtung an der Umverpackung und/oder dem Einleger befestigt sind. Hierauf wurde vorstehend bereits hingewiesen. Die Teilabdeckungen sind bevorzugt nicht einstückig und/oder nicht materialeinheitlich mit der Umverpackung ausgestaltet, sondern liegen als separate Teilabdeckungen vor, also als separat in die Umverpackung einbringbare Elemente. Die weitere Formschlussverbindung ist hierbei zur Befestigung der Teilabdeckungen an der Umverpackung vorgesehen und ausgebildet, wozu die weitere Formschlusseinrichtung mehrere Formschlussteileinrichtungen aufweisen kann, wobei jeder Teilabdeckung jeweils eine solche Formschlussteileinrichtung zugeordnet ist. Dies ermöglicht ein besonders einfaches und effektives Anpassen der Abdeckung an das Packgut.
  • Eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Abdeckung und/oder die Teilabdeckungen an einem Dämpfungselement für das Packgut anliegen. Das Dämpfungselement dient einem Schutz des Packguts und ist vorzugsweise Bestandteil der Verpackung. Das Dämpfungselement kann beispielsweise als Schaumstoffelement, insbesondere als Styroporelement ausgestaltet sein. Beispielsweise ist das Dämpfungselement zur wenigstens bereichsweisen Aufnahme des Packguts, insbesondere des ersten Teils des Packguts, vorgesehen und ausgebildet. Es kann jedoch auch vorgesehen sein, dass das Dämpfungselement benachbart zu dem Packgut vorliegt. Beispielsweise wird das Dämpfungselement derart angeordnet, dass es zwischen dem Packgut und der Umverpackung und/oder der Abdeckung angeordnet ist. Vorzugsweise sind mehrere Dämpfungselemente vorgesehen, welche beabstandet voneinander angeordnet sind.
  • Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Abdeckung beziehungsweise die Teilabdeckungen zwischen den mehreren Dämpfungselementen angeordnet sind. Besonders bevorzugt liegen die Abdeckung beziehungsweise die Teilabdeckungen einerseits an einem ersten der Dämpfungselemente und andererseits an einem zweiten der Dämpfungselemente an, um die Dämpfungselemente abzustützen und auf Abstand zu halten. Weil zudem die Abdeckung entweder Bestandteil der Umverpackung ist oder mittels der weiteren Formschlussverbindung an der Umverpackung beziehungsweise dem Einleger befestigt ist, wird hierdurch das Packgut über das Dämpfungselement beziehungsweise die Dämpfungselemente abgestützt, sodass das Packgut zuverlässig innerhalb der Verpackung festgesetzt ist.
  • Schließlich kann es im Rahmen einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass das Aufnahmefach auf seiner der Abdeckung abgewandten Seite von einem Bodenelement begrenzt ist, das wenigstens eine aufstellbare Lasche aufweist. Das Bodenelement kann als separates Element vorliegen oder Bestandteil der Umverpackung sein. Es verfügt über die aufstellbare Lasche, welche in einer ersten Stellung das Aufnahmefach begrenzt und in seiner zweiten Stellung ausgehend von dem Bodenelement in das Aufnahmefach hineinragt. In der zweiten Stellung der Lasche ist sie vorzugsweise derart angeordnet, dass die Abdeckung und/oder das Dämpfungselement an ihr anliegen. Mittels der Lasche ist insoweit eine Abstützung für die Abdeckung und/oder das Dämpfungselement und mithin für das Packgut realisiert.
  • Vorzugsweise weist das Bodenelement eine Vielzahl von aufstellbaren Laschen auf, sodass die Abstützung mittels der Lasche auf die Abmessungen des Packguts anpassbar ist. In anderen Worten wird von der Vielzahl der Laschen bevorzugt diejenige Lasche aufgestellt, sodass sie in das Aufnahmefach hineinragt, welche unmittelbar benachbart von der Abdeckung und/oder dem Dämpfungselement und/oder dem Packgut vorliegt. Die Lasche ist beispielsweise mittels eines U-förmigen Schnitts in dem Bodenelement ausgebildet. Sie ist insoweit einseitig an einem Grundelement des Bodenelements schwenkbar angelenkt, sodass sie wahlweise in der ersten Stellung beziehungsweise der zweiten Stellung anordenbar ist. Mit einer derartigen Ausgestaltung der Verpackung ist eine sehr flexible Anpassung an das Packgut realisiert.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert, ohne dass eine Beschränkung der Erfindung erfolgt. Dabei zeigt:

  • Die Figur 1 zeigt eine erste Darstellung einer Verpackung 1 für ein hier nicht näher dargestelltes Packgut 2. Die Verpackung weist eine Umverpackung 3 auf, welche in Form eines Kartons vorliegt. Entsprechend verfügt die Umverpackung 3 über einen hier nicht erkennbaren Boden 4, mehrere Seitenwände 5 sowie einen Deckel 6. In dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind vier Seitenwände 5 vorgesehen, welche senkrecht aufeinander stehen, sodass also jeweils zwei der Seitenwände 5 einen rechten Winkel miteinander einschließen. Jede der Seitenwände 5 ist mit zwei weiteren der Seitenwände 5 direkt verbunden und von einer dritten der Seitenwände 5 beabstandet angeordnet, insbesondere parallel beabstandet. Anders ausgedrückt sind jeweils zwei der Seitenwände 5 beabstandet parallel zueinander angeordnet.
  • In der Umverpackung 3 ist ein Aufnahmefach 7 für einen ersten Teil des Packguts 2 ausgebildet. Das Aufnahmefach 7 wird in die von dem Boden 4 abgewandte Richtung von einer Abdeckung 8 abgedeckt, also wenigstens teilweise, bevorzugt vollständig, übergriffen. Beispielsweise liegt die Abdeckung 8 an wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegenden der Seitenwände 5, besonders bevorzugt an allen vier Seitenwänden 5, an. Die Abdeckung 8 trennt in der hier dargestellten Stellung das Aufnahmefach 7 von einem Zusatzfach 9 der Verpackung 1 beziehungsweise der Umverpackung 3 ab. Insoweit bildet der Boden 4 der Umverpackung 3 den Boden des Aufnahmefachs 7, wohingegen die Abdeckung 8 den Deckel des Aufnahmefachs 7 darstellt. Umgekehrt bildet die Abdeckung 8 den Boden des Zusatzfachs 9, wohingegen der Deckel 6 den Deckel des Zusatzfachs 9 darstellt.
  • In dem Zusatzfach 9 ist wenigstens eine Innenverpackung 10 zur Aufnahme eines zweiten Teils des Packguts 2 angeordnet. In dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind mehrere Innenverpackung 3, rein beispielhaft drei Innenverpackungen 10, realisiert. Jeder der Innenverpackungen 10 liegt in Gestalt einer Schachtel vor, welche zur Aufnahme des zweiten Teils des Packguts 2 beziehungsweise eines jeweiligen Teils dieses zweiten Teils ausgebildet ist. Von der Schachtel geht jeweils ein Ausleger 11 aus, mit welchem er in eine hier nicht erkennbare Formschlussaufnahme 12 eingreift, welche in der Abdeckung 8 ausgebildet ist. Die Formschlussaufnahme 12 und der Ausleger 11 stellen insoweit eine Formschlusseinrichtung 13 dar, mittels welcher die Innenverpackung 10 bezüglich der Abdeckung 8 festlegbar ist.
  • Es ist erkennbar, dass zusätzlich zu der Abdeckung 8 eine weitere Abdeckung 14 vorliegt. Die weitere Abdeckung 14 ist bevorzugt einstückig und/oder materialeinheitlich mit einem Grundkörper 15 der Umverpackung 3 ausgebildet. Der Grundkörper 15 umfasst dabei bevorzugt den Boden 4 und die Seitenwände 5, nämlich alle Seitenwände 5, der Umverpackung 3. Der Grundkörper ist einstückig und vorzugsweise materialeinheitlich ausgestaltet. An dem Grundkörper 15 ist einerseits der Deckel 6 und andererseits die weitere Abdeckung 14 jeweils schwenkbeweglich angelenkt. Hierzu sind vorzugsweise Sollknickstellen 16 und 17 an der Umverpackung 3, nämlich zwischen dem Grundkörper 15 und dem Deckel 6 beziehungsweise zwischen dem Grundkörper 15 und der weiteren Abdeckung 14, ausgebildet.
  • Die weitere Abdeckung 14 ist zur Abgrenzung eines weiteren Zusatzfachs 18 ausgebildet. Insbesondere ist das weitere Zusatzfach 18 bei entsprechender Anordnung der Abdeckung 8 und der weiteren Abdeckung 14 zwischen der Abdeckung 8 und der weiteren Abdeckung 14 angeordnet. Bevorzugt ist die weitere Abdeckung 14 zudem derart angeordnet, dass sie eine Auflagefläche 19 für einen Bereich des Deckels 6 bildet, an welcher der Deckel 6 vollflächig anliegen kann beziehungsweise anliegt. Mit einer derartigen Ausgestaltung wird die Stabilität beziehungsweise Steifigkeit der Verpackung 1 deutlich verbessert. Wenigstens eine zum Verschließen der Verpackung 1 vorgesehene Schließlasche 20 kann aus dem Material der weiteren Abdeckung 14 ausgeschnitten beziehungsweise ausgestanzt sein. In dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind zwei voneinander beabstandete Schließlaschen 20 vorgesehen. Diese werden nach dem Verschließen der Verpackung 1 in entsprechende Ausnahmen des Deckels 6 eingesteckt, um ein ungewolltes Öffnen des Deckels 6 zu verhindern.
  • Die Figur 2 zeigt eine weitere Darstellung der Verpackung 1, wobei eine der Innenverpackungen 10 bereits entnommen ist. Es ist nun erkennbar, dass jeder Innenverpackung 10 - abhängig von ihrer Größe - wenigstens zwei parallel zueinander vorliegende Formschlussaufnahmen 12 beziehungsweise eine Anzahl von Formschlussaufnahmen 12, die ein Mehrfaches von zwei ist, zugeordnet sind. Für die hier bereits entnommene Innenverpackung 10 sind rein beispielhaft vier Formschlussaufnahmen 12 vorgesehen, wobei in zwei dieser Formschlussaufnahmen 12 die Ausleger 11 eingreifen. Es ist weiter erkennbar, dass an der Abdeckung 8 unterschiedliche Bereiche vorliegen, nämlich zum einen ein Befestigungsbereich 21, in welchem die zur Befestigung der Innenverpackungen 10 dienenden Formschlussaufnahmen 12 ausgebildet sind, und zudem ein Bodenbereich 22. Der Bodenbereich 22 bildet einen Boden des Zusatzfachs 9. Auf ihm stützen sich die Innenverpackungen 10 bei ihrer Anordnung in dem Zusatzfach 9 ab, insbesondere vollflächig.
  • Die Figur 3 zeigt eine weitere Darstellung der Verpackung 1. Es ist besonders deutlich zu erkennen, dass an der Verpackung 1 Anweisungen 23, beispielsweise Montageanweisungen zur Montage des Packguts 2, angebracht sind. Die Anweisungen 23 können insbesondere derart angeordnet sein, dass sie einem Benutzer der Verpackung 1 ins Auge fallen, sofern er die zu der jeweiligen Anweisung 23 passende Innenverpackung 10 beziehungsweise den entsprechenden Teil des Packguts 2 entnimmt.
  • Die Figur 4 zeigt eine Detaildarstellung einer in dem Zusatzfach 9 angeordneten Innenverpackung 10. Hier ist erkennbar, dass die Innenverpackung 10 zusätzlich zu dem Ausleger 11 ein weiteres Eingriffselement 24 aufweist, welches jedoch eine kleinere Erstreckung aufweist als der Ausleger 11. Das Eingriffselement 24 greift in eine der Formschlussaufnahmen 12 ein. Deutlich wird erneut, dass der Innenverpackung 10 Anweisungen 23 zugeordnet sind, welche in dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel den in der Innenverpackung 10 befindlichen Teil des Packguts 2 betreffen.
  • Die Figur 5 zeigt die Verpackung 1 bei entnommenen Innenverpackungen 10 und mit geöffnetem weiterem Zusatzfach 18, wozu die weitere Abdeckung 14 um die Sollknickstelle 17 verschwenkt wurde. In dem weiteren Zusatzfach 18 ist beispielsweise ein dritter Teil des Packguts 2 angeordnet. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass die weitere Abdeckung 14 Schließlaschen 25 aufweist, welche zum Verschließen des weiteren Zusatzfachs 18 in korrespondierenden Ausnehmungen 26 der Abdeckung 8 einbringbar sind.
  • Die Figur 6 zeigt die Verpackung 1 bei angehobener Abdeckung 8. Somit ist das Aufnahmefach 7 erkennbar, in welchem ein Teil des Packguts 2 angeordnet ist. Es wird deutlich, dass das Packgut 2 sich wenigstens bereichsweise auf dem Boden 4 der Umverpackung 3 abstützt. Zur zusätzlichen Abstützung des Packguts 2 ist in der Umverpackung 3, nämlich in dem Aufnahmefach 7, wenigstens ein Stützteil 27 angeordnet, welches grundsätzlich stegartig ist. Das Stützteil 27 stützt sich einerseits auf dem Boden 4 und andererseits in wenigstens einer Stellung der Abdeckung 8 an dieser ab. In anderen Worten liegt das Stützteil 27 einerseits an dem Boden 4 und andererseits an der Abdeckung 8 an, falls diese in der entsprechenden Stellung vorliegt. Durch eine derartige Ausgestaltung der Verpackung 1 wird eine äußerst hohe Steifigkeit in vertikaler Richtung erzielt, insbesondere wird eine von den Seitenwänden 5 beabstandete Abstützung zwischen dem Boden 4 und dem Deckel 6 realisiert.
  • Die Figur 7 zeigt eine schematische Teildarstellung der Verpackung 1, wobei das Packgut 2, nämlich ein erster Teil des Packguts, erkennbar ist. Das Packgut 2 ist auf einem Bodenelement 28 angeordnet, welches Teil der Umverpackung 3 sein kann oder als separates Einlegeteil ausgebildet ist, das in der Umverpackung 3 angeordnet ist. Das Bodenelement 28 verfügt über eine Vielzahl von aufstellbaren Laschen 29, von welchen hier lediglich einige beispielhaft gekennzeichnet sind. Die Laschen 29 sind in der hier dargestellten ersten Stellung zur Begrenzung des Aufnahmefachs 7 angeordnet. In einer zweiten Stellung ragen sie in das Aufnahmefach 7 hinein. Vorzugsweise werden lediglich eine einzige Lasche 29 oder zumindest nur ein Teil der Laschen 29 zum Eingreifen in das Aufnahmefach 7 aufgestellt. Bei aufgestellter Anordnung der Laschen 29 dienen sie zur Abstützung des Packguts 2 in seitlicher Richtung. Beispielsweise stützt sich die wenigstens eine aufgestellte Lasche 29 hierbei über ein Dämpfungselement 30 an dem Packgut 2 ab. In dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind zwei Dämpfungselemente 30 vorgesehen, welche jeweils zur bereichsweisen Aufnahme des Packguts, nämlich des ersten Teils des Packguts 2, vorgesehen und ausgebildet sind. Das Dämpfungselement 30 liegt beispielsweise in Form eines Schaumstoffelements oder dergleichen vor.
  • Die Abdeckung 8 ist in dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel mehrteilig ausgebildet und weist insoweit mehrere Teilabdeckungen 31 auf, von welchen lediglich eine beispielhaft dargestellt ist. Die Abdeckung 8 beziehungsweise die Teilabdeckungen 31 werden vorzugsweise mittels einer weiteren Formschlusseinrichtung 32 an der Umverpackung 3, in dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel an dem Bodenelement 28, befestigt beziehungsweise sind an ihr/ihm befestigbar. Die Formschlusseinrichtung 32 weist beispielsweise eine Formschlussausnehmung 33 auf, in dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind mehrere Formschlussausnehmungen 33 vorgesehen, nämlich insbesondere in dem Bodenelement 28. Die Formschlussausnehmung 33 ist zur Aufnahme eines Formschlussvorsprungs vorgesehen und ausgebildet, welcher Bestandteil der Abdeckung 8 beziehungsweise der Teilabdeckung 31 ist. Die Verwendung der mehreren Teilabdeckungen 31 ermöglicht eine einfache Anpassung der Abmessung der Abdeckung 8 an die Abmessungen des Packguts 2.

Claims (10)

  1. Verpackung (1) für ein Packgut (2), insbesondere für einen Bausatz zur Montage einer Gebäudeverschlusseinrichtung, wobei die Verpackung (1) über eine Umverpackung (3) mit einem Aufnahmefach (7) für einen ersten Teil des Packguts (2) verfügt, die eine Abdeckung (8) für das Aufnahmefach (7) aufweist, wobei die Abdeckung (8) in wenigstens einer Stellung zwischen dem Aufnahmefach (7) und einem Zusatzfach (9) der Umverpackung (3) zu deren Abtrennung angeordnet ist, wobei das Aufnahmefach (7) ein größeres Volumen als das Zusatzfach (9) aufweist, und wobei an der Abdeckung (8) wenigstens eine Formschlusseinrichtung (13) zur formschlüssigen Befestigung zumindest einer Innenverpackung (10) zur Aufnahme eines zweiten Teils des Packguts (2) vorliegt.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Umverpackung (3) und/oder die Innenverpackung (10) jeweils als Schachtel ausgestaltet sind.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Umverpackung eine weitere Abdeckung aufweist, wobei die Abdeckung (8) und die weitere Abdeckung (14) in wenigstens einer Stellung der Abdeckung (8) und der weiteren Abdeckung (14) ein weiteres Zusatzfach (18) zwischen sich aufnehmen.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zusatzfach (9) und/oder das weitere Zusatzfach (18) jeweils an wenigstens einer Stirnseite, insbesondere jeweils an Stirnseiten, von der Umverpackung (3) begrenzt sind.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die weitere Abdeckung (14) als Klappabdeckung an der Umverpackung (3) befestigt ist, insbesondere einstückig und/oder materialeinheitlich mit dieser vorliegt.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abdeckung (8) als separate Abdeckung ausgestaltet ist, die mittels einer weiteren Formschlusseinrichtung an der Umverpackung (3) und/oder einem in der Umverpackung (3), insbesondere in dem Aufnahmefach (7) angeordneten Einleger befestigt ist.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in dem Aufnahmefach (7) wenigstens ein Stützteil (27) angeordnet ist, dass in wenigstens einer Stellung der Abdeckung (8) einerseits an der Abdeckung (8) und andererseits an einem Boden (4) der Umverpackung (3) zur Abstützung der Abdeckung (8) anliegt.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Umverpackung (3) einen Deckel (6) aufweist und die Abdeckung (8) bei geschlossenem Deckel (6) von diesem in einen Befestigungsbereich (21) einen kleineren Abstand aufweist als in einem einen Boden (4) des Zusatzfachs (9) ausbildenden Bodenbereich.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackung eine die Innenverpackung (10) ausbildende Schachtel aufweist, von der ein Ausleger (11) ausgeht, der in eine an der Abdeckung (8) ausgebildete Formschlussaufnahme (12) der Formschlusseinrichtung (13) eingreift.
  10. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verpackung eine Innenverpackung sowie einen Deckel aufweist und die Innenverpackung (10) auf ihrer der Abdeckung (8) abgewandten Seite bei geschlossenem Deckel (6) wenigstens bereichsweise zur Versteifung der Umverpackung (3) an diesem anliegt.
