Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sports trousers with a waistband and legs and a welding cloth accommodated in the sports trousers.
  • the sports pants known from the prior art have the disadvantage that the pants become drenched during physical exertion due to the secreted sweat and the soaked parts of the sports pants are particularly cool and uncomfortable when worn further.
  • the buttocks area of sports pants there is often an area with great wetness, which can arise, for example, by carrying a backpack. If a user continues to keep the sports pants on after the end of the sporting effort, these areas of particularly great wetness often lead to excessive cooling of the user and, as a result, often a cold.
  • the DE 10 2013 018 118 A1 discloses a pair of sports pants for winter sports.
  • the GB 785 792 A discloses trousers with short legs and with a cloth that can be inserted into the trousers and used to absorb sweat. The cloth is attached to the pants with loops.
  • the CN 203 969 259 U discloses sports pants with heat inserts.
  • the WO 2016/134364 A1 discloses various welding inserts.
  • the object of the present invention was to provide a pair of sports pants which are comfortable to wear both during active sports as well as after the end of the particularly strenuous activities. It was also an object of the invention to provide sports pants that meet the hygienic requirements of a user.
  • sports pants are defined according to claim 1.
  • An advantage of the sports pants according to the invention is that the welding cloth can be removed from the main body after the sweat-inducing part of the sport due to its detachable attachment to the main part of the sports pants and can be stowed in the backpack, for example. After removing the welding cloth, the main part is comfortable to wear again. This is particularly advantageous for ski touring pants, hiking pants or other trekking pants, because you usually climb a mountain with great effort and carry a backpack. Once you have reached the end of the climb, most of the physical exertion is over, but at least you still have to keep your pants on for the descent.
  • the detachable fastener the welding cloth can be placed in the main part of the sports trousers in a precise and long-lasting position.
  • Another advantage of the sports pants according to the invention is that the sweat soaked with sweat can be washed separately from the main part of the sports pants. It is therefore possible for the welding cloth to be washed after every sporting activity, while the main part of the sports pants is washed at greater intervals to protect the material.
  • the welding cloth itself is preferably made of a flexible material. This allows the welding cloth to adapt to the shape of the main part of the sports pants or to the user when in use.
  • the state of use is defined as the state in which the welding cloth is fastened in the main part of the sports trousers, the user wearing the trousers, the welding cloth being intended to absorb the sweat from the back of the user.
  • the welding cloth has at least one absorbent layer and a sweat retention layer, the absorbent layer facing away from the buttock area of the main part, in particular towards the user, when the welding cloth is in use.
  • the advantage here is that the welding cloth not only serves to absorb the sweat secreted by the user, but also keeps the buttock area of the main part largely dry.
  • the sweat retention layer can, for example, be a layer completely impermeable to water vapor.
  • the sweat retention layer is breathable.
  • further layers are formed in the welding cloth.
  • the sweat retention layer is formed by a membrane.
  • the material of the perspiration retention layer has a lower perspiration permeability than that material which is formed in the buttock area of the main part of the sports pants. Taking this measure into account, a particularly breathable material can be used for the sweat layer, since it is ensured that the water vapor penetrating the sweat-retaining layer can also be released into the environment and does not collect inside the main part of the sports pants.
  • At least one, in particular two gripping tabs are arranged in the upper end region of the welding cloth, which are arranged on the welding cloth in such a way that they protrude from the waistband when the welding cloth is in use.
  • the gripping tabs can have any shape or material properties.
  • the gripping tabs are formed from a flat textile.
  • the gripping tabs may be formed in the form of loops from a round material. Such loops in particular are easy to grip and have a low weight.
  • a Velcro fastener is provided as the fastening means, at least one first Velcro section with hooks being arranged on the welding cloth and at least one second Velcro section with loops being arranged on the inside of the main part of the sports pants.
  • This measure makes it easy to remove the welding cloth from the main part of the sports pants.
  • the arrangement of the Velcro fastener allows the welding cloth to be placed in the main part of the sports trousers in a precise position and immovable. When the welding cloth is in use, it is not visible to third parties apart from the gripping tabs. This is particularly preferred for fashion-conscious wearers.
  • first hook and loop sections it is possible for two first hook and loop sections to be provided on the welding cloth, the first hook and loop sections being arranged in the pulling direction of the gripping tabs.
  • the advantage here is that the Velcro sections can be formed locally for fastening the welding cloth. If the Velcro sections are arranged in the pulling direction of the gripping tabs, there is no excessive deformation of the welding sheet when the welding cloth is removed from the main part of the sports pants, since the tensile force acts directly on the Velcro sections. This makes it easy to remove the welding cloth from the main part of the sports pants.
  • the at least one hook and loop section is arranged on the side of the welding cloth on which the welding retention layer is formed. This means that the welding cloth can be inserted in the correct position in the main part of the sports pants.
  • Velcro sections need only be provided on the mentioned side of the welding cloth, as a result of which the welding cloth can have a small overall thickness, which increases the wearing comfort.
  • the at least one hook-and-loop section which is arranged on the welding cloth, can be connected to the absorbent layer of the welding cloth, or that on the side of the welding cloth on which the absorbent layer is formed, a hook-and-loop section is formed with loops ,
  • This measure can be achieved that the sweat can be rolled up after being removed from the main part of the sports pants so that the absorbent layer is not on the surface when the sweat is to be stowed in the backpack. The sweat absorbed is therefore not distributed in the backpack.
  • the height of the welding sheet is between 40% and 100%, in particular between 50% and 70%, of a width of the welding sheet at its upper end.
  • a welding cloth with such dimensions is ideally suited to cover the relevant areas of the main part of the sports pants without reducing the comfort of the sports pants.
  • the fastening means it is possible for the fastening means to be located within the upper 30%, in particular within the upper 20%, preferably within the upper 15% of the height of the welding cloth, and the remaining lower part of the welding cloth in its use state is freely suspended in the main part the sports pants are included.
  • the advantage here is that this measure also allows the welding cloth to be inserted into the underpants, for example when in use. This means that not only the main part of the sports trousers can be protected against sweating, but also the underwear of the user. In this case, the welding cloth could lie directly on the user's skin.
  • a welding cloth designed in this way is extremely comfortable to wear.
  • the welding cloth has a greater width in the upper region of the height than in the lower region of the height, in particular that the welding cloth has a trapezoidal shape.
  • the welding cloth is ergonomically adapted to the main part of the sports trousers and the wearing comfort is increased.
  • the width of the welding cloth at its upper end is between 40% and 120%, in particular between 50% and 90%, preferably between 50% and 70% of the waist size of the main part of the sports pants.
  • the welding cloth below the at least one hook-and-loop section has a material that is elastic in such a way that the welding cloth can be turned over by 180 ° and can be fastened to the main part of the sports pants in an insulation state in such a way that the welding retention layer faces away from the buttocks area of the sports pants, especially facing the user.
  • the advantage here is that this measure allows the welding cloth to be easily turned over after use and that the sweat-soaked side is turned away from the user.
  • the welding cloth can be used as an additional heat layer in the buttocks area due to its insulation.
  • the upper end of the welding cloth when the welding cloth is in use, the upper end of the welding cloth is essentially flush with the upper end of the waistband.
  • the advantage here is that the welding cloth is not visible from the outside and still covers the main part of the sports pants in the buttocks area. If the upper end of the welding sheet is flush with the upper end of the waistband, this means that the upper end of the welding sheet and the upper end of the waistband are at the same height. A tolerance of plus 1 cm or minus 1 cm is also considered to be essentially flush. Therefore, the upper end of the welding cloth can be up to 1 cm above the upper end of the waistband, or up to 1 cm below the upper end of the waistband.
  • the welding cloth and the main part of the sports pants can be washed separately from one another.
  • the distance between the Velcro sections from one another is between 30% and 100%, in particular between 40% and 70%, of the waistband of the main part of the sports pants.
  • Two Velcro sections are preferably provided, which are arranged next to one another.
  • the width of the Velcro sections is between 3% and 50%, in particular between 10% and 30% of the width of the welding cloth at the upper end.
  • the width of the first Velcro sections is smaller than the width of the second Velcro sections.
  • the height of the Velcro sections is between 1% and 30%, in particular between 5% and 15% of the height of the welding cloth.
  • Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a sports trousers 1 according to the invention.
  • the sports trousers 1 comprise a main part 2 with a waistband 3 and trouser legs 4, the trouser legs 4 being shown only partially for the sake of clarity, since their shape is not essential to the invention.
  • the main part 2 of the sports pants 1 essentially corresponds to a conventional sports pants.
  • all known basic structures of sports trousers can be used, regardless of the length of the trouser legs 4 and regardless of the intended use.
  • the structure of the sports pants 1 according to the invention has proven to be particularly useful in mountain pants and ski touring pants, since a backpack is usually worn in sports in which these pants are used. The problem of excessive moisture accumulation in the buttocks area 6 thus arises with this type of sports pants 1.
  • the sports pants 1 additionally comprise a welding cloth 5, which in its use state is arranged in the buttocks area 6 of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
  • the sweat secreted by the user of the pants can be absorbed by means of the welding cloth 5.
  • the welding cloth 5 can be completely removed from the main part 2 of the sports pants 1 after the sweaty part of the sport.
  • the welding cloth 5 is arranged on the inside 7 of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
  • a releasable fastening means 8 is provided, by means of which the welding cloth 5 is detachably coupled to the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
  • the welding cloth 5 can be easily removed from the main part 2 of the sports trousers 1.
  • a Velcro fastener is used as the fastening means 8.
  • a Velcro always includes a first Velcro section 9 with hooks and a second Velcro section 10 with loops.
  • the first Velcro section 9 and the second Velcro section 10 can produce a connection that can be released almost any number of times.
  • the first Velcro section 9 is arranged with hooks on the welding cloth 5
  • the second Velcro section 10 is arranged with loops on the inside 7 of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
  • FIG. 1 two first Velcro sections 9 with hooks and two second Velcro sections 10 with loops are preferably provided, which are arranged at a distance from one another.
  • the first Velcro section 9 and the second Velcro section 10 are preferably made from the thinnest possible material, so that the wearing comfort of the sports pants 1 is not impaired by the Velcro fastener.
  • two gripping tabs 11 are arranged on the welding cloth 5, by means of which the welding cloth 5 can simply be pulled out of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
  • the gripping tabs 11 are particularly advantageous when removing the welding cloth 5 if the user wears the sports pants on the body. With the aid of the gripping tabs 11, the welding cloth 5 can be removed from the main part 2 of the sports pants 1 without the sports pants 1 having to be opened or pulled out.
  • the gripping tabs 11 can have any shape as long as they serve the purpose of being gripped by the user.
  • the gripping tabs 11 are designed in the form of loops made of a round material. Such Loops have the advantage that they can be easily gripped. If the user puts his finger in the loop, a high pulling force can also be achieved.
  • the gripping tabs 11 are preferably arranged at the upper end 12 of the welding blanket 5 and are formed above the latter. In addition, it is advantageous if a pulling direction 13 of the gripping tabs 11 runs through the fastening means 8. This makes it easy to remove the welding cloth from the sports pants.
  • the first Velcro section 9 is arranged directly after the upper end 12 of the welding cloth 5.
  • the welding cloth 5 is preferably arranged in the main part 2 of the sports trousers 1 in such a way that the upper end 12 of the welding cloth 5 and the upper end 14 of the waistband 3 are approximately flush with one another. As a result, the welding cloth 5 is not visible in the state of use, the gripping tabs 11 protruding from the upper end 14 of the waistband 3 for easier removal of the welding cloth 5.
  • the welding cloth 5 is formed at least in two layers, an absorbent layer 15 being provided, which is coupled to a welding retention layer 16.
  • the absorbent layer 15 faces the user when the welding cloth 5 is in use in order to be able to absorb his sweat.
  • the sweat retention layer 16 faces the buttock area 6 of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1 in order to prevent sweat from the absorbent layer 15 from reaching the buttock area 6 of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
  • the sweat retention layer 16 is arranged between the absorbent layer 15 and the buttock area 6 of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
  • the welding cloth 5 is preferably designed to be breathable, so that there is no increased sweating due to the welding cloth 5. It can be provided here that the sweat retention layer 16 is not a completely sealed layer, but that the sweat retention layer 16 also has a certain permeability to air and water vapor.
  • the welding cloth 5 is shown in a view in which it is removed from the main part 2 of the sports pants 1. It can be clearly seen here that the first Velcro section 9 with hooks is arranged on the welding cloth 5 and the second Velcro section 10 with loops is arranged in the seat area 6 of the main part 2 of the sports trousers 1. When the welding cloth 5 is removed from the main part 2 of the sports pants 1, the first hook and loop section 9 does not interfere with the wearing of the main part 2 of the sports pants 1.
