Claims (14)
- Dispositif de levage pour lever, transporter et abaisser des charges, comprenant une enveloppe (12), qui a deux bras (14a, 14b) de levage, qui délimitent entre eux un espace (18) de réception de charge ouvert au moins d'un côté et qui ont chacun une butée (30a, 30b), sur laquelle s'appuie une partie (24) d'encliquetage dans sa position encliquetée avec la butée (30a, 30b) respective, tandis que, dans sa position désencliquetée, elle est guidée avec possibilité de se déplacer (R1, R2) en rotation autour d'un axe (S) de pivotement, au moyen d'un dispositif (48) d'actionnement, la partie (24) d'encliquetage étant pourvue d'une partie (26) de commande, qui, dans son état actionné ou non actionné, donne à la partie (24) d'encliquetage un déplacement (T1, T2) en translation transversalement à l'axe (S) de pivotement, en étant hors d'encliquetage ou en encliquetage avec la butée (30a, 30b) respective, caractérisé en ce que la partie (24) d'encliquetage a, à son extrémité libre, un bec (32) d'encliquetage, qui, dans l'état encliqueté dans la butée (30a) cunéiforme, pénètre dans un bras (14a) de levage et en ce qu'à l'extrémité, opposée à l'extrémité libre, de la partie (24) d'encliquetage, est constitué un autre bec (32b) d'encliquetage, qui, à l'état encliqueté, est en contact avec la butée (30b) de l'autre bras (14b) de levage, laquelle est cylindrique ou cunéiforme.
- Dispositif de levage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie (24) d'encliquetage et la partie (26) de commande sont reliées entre elles par une partie (28) d'entretoise, de manière à ce qu'au moins dans la position encliquetée de la partie (24) d'encliquetage un espace (22) de réception d'un moyen de réception de charge soit formé sous la forme d'un espace partiel de l'espace (18) de réception de charge.
- Dispositif de levage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie (24) d'encliquetage, la partie (26) de commande et la partie (28) d'entretoise les unes sur les autres verticalement constituent une pièce (20) avec l'espace (22) de réception.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace (18) de réception de charge délimité par les bras (14a, 14b) de levage a une forme de section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie (24) d'encliquetage, constituée de préférence de type en poutrelle ou en barrette, peut, dans la partie de l'extrémité libre du bras (14a, 14b) de levage respectif, être mise en même temps en contact avec la butée (30a, 30b) respective.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les butées (30a, 30b) sont disposées dans un plan commun orienté de préférence perpendiculairement au déplacement (T1, T2) en translation de la partie (24) d'encliquetage et sont constituées de manière à correspondre dans leur forme à la partie (24) d'encliquetage.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif (36) de rappel, attaquant de préférence la partie (26) de commande, ayant de préférence un élément à ressort comme un ressort (44) de compression, dispositif qui, par un mouvement (T2) de rappel en translation de la partie (24) d'encliquetage, la fait passer de la position encliquetée à la position désencliquetée.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la partie de l'extrémité, du côté de l'enveloppe et loin du côté ouvert, de l'espace (18) de réception de charge, est prévu l'axe (S) de pivotement pour le mouvement (R1, R2) de rotation et en ce que, notamment, la partie (26) de commande est montée sur l'axe (S) de pivotement et peut être mise en mouvement par le dispositif (48) d'actionnement.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (36) de rappel est disposé dans la partie de l'axe (S) de pivotement montée de préférence au milieu sur la partie (26) de commande, de manière à ce que le sens de rappel soit modifié en fonction de la position de pivotement de la partie (26) de commande et qu'un rappel (72) en translation de la partie (24) d'encliquetage ne soit provoqué que si la partie (26) de commande est mise en position correcte.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement attaquant de préférence la partie (26) de commande de la partie (26) d'encliquetage comprend un élément (48) de manoeuvre pour un actionnement manuel et/ou un moteur, de préférence un moteur électrique fonctionnant sur batterie, afin d'avoir un actionnement automatique.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un autre dispositif (50) de rappel attaquant de préférence la partie (26) de commande, comprenant de préférence un élément à l'élasticité de ressort, dispositif (50) de rappel qui provoque un mouvement (R2) de rappel en rotation de la partie (24) d'encliquetage, la ramenant d'une position dégageant l'accès à l'espace (18) de réception de charge à une position fermant l'espace (18) de réception de charge.
- Dispositif de levage suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'autre dispositif (50) de rappel est disposé à l'extérieur de la partie de l'axe (S) de pivotement montée de préférence au milieu sur la partie (26) de commande, de manière à provoquer une position (R2) de rappel en rotation de la partie (24) d'encliquetage indépendamment de la position de pivotement de la partie (26) de commande.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à une partie de réception de charge ayant les bras (14a, 14b) de levage, de l'enveloppe (12) se raccorde une partie d'actionnement, ayant le dispositif (48) d'actionnement et la partie (26) de commande, et une partie de support et en ce que, notamment, la partie de support comprend un dispositif (16) de réception du dispositif (10) de levage.
- Dispositif de levage suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moteur du dispositif d'actionnement est monté sur la partie de support de l'enveloppe (12), en étant de préférence fixé à sa face extérieure.
