Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 6, cependant que le substrat porteur transparent (7; 10; 19) de l'élément de sécurité, en plus de la première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente, comporte en outre une deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente (23) pouvant être obtenue par technique d'impression au moyen d'une composition de pigments à effets, cependant que la deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente (23) apparaît, lors de l'observation en lumière incidente, tant depuis la face arrière que depuis la face avant, dans la première couleur visuellement reconnaissable, et apparaît, lors de l'observation en lumière transmise, tant depuis la face arrière que depuis la face avant, dans la troisième couleur visuellement reconnaissable.
  8. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 7, cependant que la deuxième couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente (23), lors de l'observation en lumière incidente, tant depuis la face arrière que depuis la face avant, apparaît dorée, et, lors de l'observation en lumière transmise, tant depuis la face arrière que depuis la face avant, apparaît bleuâtre.
  9. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, cependant que le métal de la première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20) et le métal de la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) sont des métaux différents.
  10. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 9, cependant que l'élément de sécurité comporte, dans l'ordre, la structure en couches suivante :
    - substrat porteur transparent (7; 10; 19)
    - première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20) ;
    - couche diélectrique (5; 12; 21) ;
    - deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) qui se trouve au moins partiellement en une plus grande épaisseur de couche que celle de la première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20) ;
    ou l'élément de sécurité comporte, dans l'ordre, la structure en couches suivante :
    - substrat porteur transparent (7; 10; 19) ;
    - deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) qui se trouve au moins partiellement en une plus grande épaisseur de couche que celle de la première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20) ;
    - couche diélectrique (5; 12; 21) ;
    - première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20).
  11. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 9 ou 10, cependant que la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) définit la face avant de la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente, et la première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20) définit la face arrière de la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente, et la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente
    - lors de l'observation de la face arrière en lumière incidente, présente une première couleur visuellement reconnaissable ;
    - lors de l'observation de la face avant en lumière incidente, présente une deuxième couleur visuellement reconnaissable ;
    - lors de l'observation tant de la face avant en lumière transmise que de la face arrière en lumière transmise, présente une troisième couleur visuellement reconnaissable ; et
    - lors de l'observation de la face arrière et/ou lors de l'observation de la face avant en lumière incidente, présente un effet de couleur dépendant de l'angle d'observation.
  12. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 9, 10 ou 11, cependant que la une couche métallique semi-transparente est choisie parmi Al ou Ag, l'autre couche métallique semi-transparente est une couche de Cr, et la couche diélectrique est une couche de SiO2, cependant que l'épaisseur de la couche de Al ou de Ag a une hauteur d'au moins partiellement entre 1,25 et 3 fois, en particulier de préférence entre 1,5 et 2 fois l'épaisseur de couche de la couche de Cr.
  13. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 12, cependant que la une couche métallique semi-transparente est une couche de Al, l'autre couche métallique semi-transparente est une couche de Cr, et la couche diélectrique est une couche de SiO2.
  14. Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 13, cependant que l'élément de sécurité est un ruban (sans fin), un fil (sans fin) ou bien un patch ou une étiquette.
  15. Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 14, cependant que, entre le substrat porteur transparent (7; 10; 19) et la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente, il y a une couche de vernis de gaufrage qui comporte en particulier une structure en relief constituant une structure diffractive et/ou une structure en relief constituant un agencement de micro-miroirs.
  16. Support de données ayant un élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 15.
  17. Support de données selon la revendication 16, cependant que le support de données est un document de valeur tel que par exemple un billet de banque, en particulier un billet de banque en papier, billet de banque en polymère ou billet de banque en film composite, ou carte d'identification.
  18. Support de données selon la revendication 16 ou 17, cependant que l'élément de sécurité est agencé au-dessus d'une zone fenêtre (2) constituée dans le substrat de support de données.
  19. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 15 pour la sécurisation de documents de valeur, comprenant un substrat porteur transparent (7; 10; 19) et une première couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente qui, lors de l'observation en lumière incidente d'une part et lors de l'observation en lumière transmise d'autre part, présente différentes teintes, et comporte une structure multicouche ayant une première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20), une deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) et une couche diélectrique agencée entre la première et la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente, cependant que la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) se trouve au moins partiellement en une plus grande épaisseur de couche que celle de la première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20), et cependant que la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente définit la face avant de la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente et la première couche métallique semi-transparente définit la face arrière de la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente, et la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente
    - lors de l'observation de la face arrière en lumière incidente, présente une première couleur visuellement reconnaissable ;
    - lors de l'observation de la face avant en lumière incidente, à l'endroit où la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente se trouve en une plus grande épaisseur de couche que la première couche métallique semi-transparente, présente une deuxième couleur visuellement reconnaissable et présente du reste la première couleur visuellement reconnaissable ;
    - lors de l'observation tant de la face avant en lumière transmise que de la face arrière en lumière transmise, présente une troisième couleur visuellement reconnaissable, cependant que le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes:
    a) la mise à disposition d'un substrat porteur transparent;
    c) l'application à pleine surface d'une structure multicouche ayant une première couche métallique semi-transparente (6; 11; 20), une deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) et une couche diélectrique agencée entre la première et la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente,
    d) l'impression partielle d'une encre lavable soluble sur la deuxième couche métallique semi-transparente (4; 13, 14; 22) appliquée en dernier lieu;
    e) l'application à pleine surface d'une autre métallisation semi-transparente;
    f) le lavage de l'encre lavable conjointement avec la zone de la métallisation semi-transparente appliquée à l'étape e), générée au-dessus de l'encre lavable.
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, cependant que le procédé comprend entre l'étape a) et l'étape c) en outre l'étape suivante b):
    b) le placement d'une couche de vernis de gaufrage sur le substrat porteur transparent, laquelle comporte en particulier une structure en relief constituant une structure diffractive et/ou une structure en relief constituant un agencement de micro-miroirs.
