Claims (11)
- Support de données (1, 18) ayant un substrat de support de données et un élément de sécurité (2, 19) appliqué sur le substrat de support de données, cependant que la face, du substrat de support de données, comportant l'élément de sécurité, définit la face avant du support de données, et- le substrat de support de données est un substrat polymère comportant dans la zone de l'élément de sécurité des zones de transmission accrue de lumière et des zones de transmission réduite de lumière, lesquelles constituent ensemble un premier motif, cependant que les zones de transmission réduite de lumière sont constituées par des zones du substrat de support de données imprimées avec de l'encre opaque, et les zones de transmission accrue de lumière sont des zones non imprimées du substrat de support de données ;- l'élément de sécurité contient un substrat porteur transparent comportant une couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente, cependant que la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente est telle que (i) le support de données présente lors de l'observation de sa face avant en lumière incidente une première couleur visuellement reconnaissable, et présente lors de l'observation en lumière transmise une deuxième couleur visuellement reconnaissable, et (ii) le premier motif n'est pas discernable lors de l'observation de la face avant du support de données en lumière incidente et est discernable lors de l'observation du support de données en lumière transmise ; et- la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente de l'élément de sécurité présente une structure multicouche ayant deux couches métalliques semi-transparentes et une couche diélectrique agencée entre les deux couches métalliques semi-transparentes, ou peut être obtenue par technique d'impression au moyen d'une composition de pigments à effets.
- Support de données selon la revendication 1, cependant que le premier motif est discernable lors de l'observation de la face avant du support de données en lumière incidente à l'aide de différences de luminance de la deuxième couleur visuellement reconnaissable.
- Support de données selon la revendication 1 ou 2, cependant que la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente de l'élément de sécurité présente une structure multicouche ayant deux couches métalliques semi-transparentes et une couche diélectrique agencée entre les deux couches métalliques semi-transparentes, et que les deux couches métalliques semi-transparentes sont, indépendamment l'une de l'autre, constituées d'un métal et que le métal et respectivement choisi parmi le groupe consistant en Al, Ag, Ni, Cr, Cu, Au et en un alliage d'un ou de plusieurs des éléments susmentionnés.
- Support de données selon la revendication 3, cependant que les deux couches métalliques semi-transparentes sont choisies en Al ou Ag et que la couche diélectrique est une couche de SiO2.
- Support de données selon une des revendications de 1 à 4, cependant que l'élément de sécurité comporte en plus une couche de vernis de gaufrage ayant une structure en relief adaptée à la constitution d'un agencement de micro-miroirs.
- Support de données selon la revendication 5, cependant que la structure en relief de la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente constitue un deuxième motif qui est discernable pour l'observateur au moins lors de l'observation du support de données en lumière incidente et est de préférence discernable tant lors de l'observation du support de données en lumière incidente que lors de l'observation du support de données en lumière transmise.
- Support de données selon la revendication 6, cependant que le premier motif et le deuxième motif se complètent entre eux ou ont un rapport de sens l'un avec l'autre.
- Support de données selon une des revendications de 1 à 7, cependant que le substrat de support de données comporte dans la zone de l'élément de sécurité, en plus des zones de transmission accrue de lumière et des zones de transmission réduite de lumière qui constituent ensemble le premier motif, une zone distincte de fenêtre, en particulier un évidement ou un trou traversant.
- Support de données selon la revendication 8, cependant que l'élément de sécurité comporte dans la zone de fenêtre du substrat de support de données une couche de vernis de gaufrage ayant une structure en relief adaptée à la constitution d'un agencement de micro-miroirs et que la structure en relief de la couche fonctionnelle semi-transparente constitue dans la zone de fenêtre un motif qui est discernable pour l'observateur au moins lors de l'observation du support de données en lumière incidente et est de préférence discernable tant lors de l'observation du support de données en lumière incidente que lors de l'observation du support de données en lumière transmise.
- Support de données selon une des revendications de 1 à 9, cependant que l'élément de sécurité est un ruban, un fil, ou bien un patch ou une étiquette.
- Support de données selon au moins une des revendications de 1 à 10, cependant que le support de données est un document de valeur tel que par exemple un billet de banque en polymère ou un document d'identification tel que par exemple une carte d'identification.
