Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pendulum fitting according to the preamble of claim 1 and a shower partition with a swinging door or partition and according to the preamble of claim 10.
  • the EP 3 034 730 A1 discloses a hinge-like pendulum fitting that has two fitting halves that are articulated to one another via a coupling part.
  • the fitting serves to articulate two panes, with the fitting having two lifting devices for superimposing an axial lifting movement when opening the swing door outwards and inwards.
  • the fitting is very large in the transverse direction due to the two lifting devices.
  • the CH 366 470 A reveals a door hinge for swing doors.
  • the door hinge has three plates that are connected to each other by two hinge joints, one of the two outer plates being intended for attachment to the door leaf and the other for attachment to the door frame.
  • Two locking elements are rotatably mounted in the middle plate, each of which is provided with a hook and a stop and is preloaded with a spring.
  • the GB 462 865 A relates to a hinge for doors or the like that allows pivoting in two directions.
  • the hinge has two block-like parts, each of which is articulated with an intermediate piece.
  • the block-like parts each have a spring-loaded pin. If the hinge is pivoted about one of the joints, the pin arranged on the corresponding block-like part moves partially out of the block-like part due to the spring force and thus holds the intermediate piece in place. This blocks pivoting around the other joint.
  • the present invention is based on the object of specifying a fitting and a shower enclosure with such a fitting, thereby enabling a compact structure.
  • the proposed fitting has two hinged or connectable fitting halves for the pivotable, pendulum mounting or storage of a partition or door, the fitting having a coupling part for the articulated coupling of the two fitting halves with parallel pivot axes.
  • the coupling part forms a first joint with a first pivot axis with one of the fitting halves and a second joint with a second pivot axis with the other fitting half.
  • the partition or door can be opened starting from a closed position inwards and outwards, i.e. in opposite directions or in the manner of a swing door.
  • the two joints or pivot axes enable optimal movement of the door or partition relative to a particularly stationary component, such as a pane or wall, also taking into account a seal that usually acts or is arranged between them.
  • the fitting has a locking device for locking the first joint.
  • the locking device has at least one locking section in order to be able to block or lock the first joint against opening, i.e. the fitting from pivoting about the first pivot axis, when pivoting about the second pivot axis takes place.
  • the fitting only has a lifting device for superimposing an axial lifting movement when the partition or door is pivoted about the second pivot axis.
  • the locking device is designed to positively lock the associated joint. This is conducive to defined and functionally reliable functionality.
  • the locking device is particularly preferably designed to alternately lock the two joints. This is again a defined and secure one How the fitting works.
  • a first or inner pivot axis lies in the pivotable partition or door or in a particularly fixed pane. This in turn is conducive to a compact structure with optimized functionality.
  • the first or inner pivot axis is particularly preferably located in a central or
  • the fitting or the lifting device is designed in such a way that lifting only takes place when the partition or door is opened to the outside and / or when pivoting about an external pivot axis or pivot axis lying outside the partition, door or pane.
  • the fitting is preferably designed for flush installation on one side or for flush connection to an (inner) side of the partition or door and/or pane. This in turn is conducive to a compact design of the fitting.
  • a fitting half of the fitting preferably has a fastening-side, in particular plate-shaped section and an engagement section projecting therefrom - preferably with an edge-side seal - for engaging in an open-edge recess in the door or pane, the fastening-side section being the engagement section and the seal, if present, protrudes laterally or above and below in the installed position.
  • a proposed shower partition has a partition or door and at least one associated fitting, particularly preferably two fittings, for pivoting, swinging mounting of the partition or door on a component, such as a pane or wall.
  • the fitting or fittings of the proposed shower enclosure are designed according to one of the aspects described above. This allows corresponding advantages to be achieved.
  • the fitting or fittings of the shower enclosure are designed to lift the enclosure or door only when opening to the outside. This in turn is conducive to a compact and simple structure.
  • the fitting or fittings are preferably installed flush on the inside. This is conducive to a compact structure and easy cleaning.
  • the enclosed space is referred to as “inside” and accordingly the other side as “outside”.
  • the “inner” pivot axis refers to the pivot axis that is closer to the interior or shower room than the other pivot axis. The same applies to the joint.
  • the partition or door preferably has a recess which is open at the edge towards a vertical edge and into which the fitting or a fitting half of the fitting engages.

  • the fitting 10 or a fitting half 12 could also be connected directly to a wall or another, in particular fixed, component.
  • the disk 3, which is preferably fixed in the example shown, is therefore only optional.
  • the pane 3 is a pivoting pane, so that the door 2 forms a folding door together with the pane 3.
  • the fitting 10 preferably has a coupling part 13 for the articulated coupling of the fitting halves 11, 12 to form two joints with parallel pivot axes 14 and 15.

  • the pivoting movement 8 outwards corresponds to opening the door 2 outwards.
  • pivoting takes place about the first or inner pivot axis 14 or the first joint or about the second or outer pivot axis 15 or the second or outer joint.
  • the pivoting movement 8 outwards is preferably carried out - at least partially - with a stroke 9, that is to say with an at least partial axial lifting of the door 2 by means of the lifting device already mentioned.

Compared to the representation Fig. 6 is in the raised position according to Fig. 8 the coupling part 13 is moved axially away from a bearing section 12A of the second fitting half 12, i.e. raised vertically here. Accordingly, the first fitting half 11 and the associated one are Door 2, not shown here, is also raised in the starting position compared to the lowered starting position.
  • the fitting 10 preferably has a locking device 24 for locking a joint, here the inner or first joint, or for locking pivoting about a, here the first or inner pivot axis 14.

  • the lifting device 25 already mentioned is preferably assigned to the second or outer pivot axis 15 or the outer joint of the fitting 10.
  • the locking device 24 on the one hand and the lifting device 25 on the other hand therefore preferably act on different pivot axes 14, 15 or joints of the fitting 10.
  • the locking device 24 and the lifting device 25 act - in particular primarily exclusively - outwards when the door 2 is opened, that is to say only during a pivoting movement 8 outwards.
  • the locking device 24 and/or lifting device 25 is or are, if necessary, only required or provided for the upper fitting 10 of the two fittings 10 that usually hold the door 2.

  • the lifting device 25 is formed by the interaction of the surfaces 25A and 25B which rest axially on one another or slide on one another and can be rotated relative to one another, which in particular only occurs when the door 2 is opened to the outside or only when a pivoting about the outer or second pivot axis 15 causes an axial stroke 9 for lifting the first fitting half 11 or the door 2.
  • the stroke 9 is superimposed only in an initial part of the entire opening movement 8 outwards, i.e. after a certain opening the door 2 is no longer raised.
  • This is possible by appropriately shaping the bearing surface 25A or counter surface 25B. This can ensure that the door 2, which is opened (sufficiently far) outwards, does not close again on its own, which is the case if the surfaces 25A, 25B are sufficiently and preferably sloped in the lifting area.
  • the lifting device 25 pulls the door 2 or the first fitting half 11 assigned to the door 2 into the starting position shortly before reaching the starting position. If necessary, the aforementioned gradient of the lifting device 25 can also be adjusted or varied depending on the desired force profile.
  • the coupling part 13 is again, as in the first embodiment, preferably pivotable about the first pivot axis 14 or articulated via the first joint with the first fitting half 11, in particular via the bearing section 13A, the hinge pin 23 and the engagement section 18, preferably coupled or connected in an inseparable and/or axially non-displaceable manner.
  • the locking device 24 or first fitting half 11 preferably has only one locking section 24A.
  • the locking section 24A is preferably designed as a peripheral section of a hollow cylinder or is provided with such a peripheral section as shown in FIG Fig. 13 held or attached to the lower end, here firmly connected to the first fitting half 11 or formed on it.
  • the coupling part 13 or its bearing sleeve 13B preferably has a cutout 13D, so that the locking section 24A or peripheral section can be moved or pivoted into the cutout 13D when the coupling part 13 is pivoted towards the first fitting half 11, as shown in the top view Fig. 14 indicated by dashed lines, i.e. when the first joint is in the starting position or its closed position or when the door 2, not shown here, is not opened or pivoted inwards.
  • the first joint can be locked by the locking element 24B engaging or engaging around the locking section 24A on the outside or circumferential side .
  • This is done in particular in that when the door 2 is opened to the outside, the coupling part 13 is lifted axially together with the first fitting half 11, whereby the bearing sleeve 13B is moved axially upwards together with the pivoted-in locking section 24A in the locking element 24B, so that a collar 24D above the slot 24C of the locking element 24B surrounds or engages over the locking section 24A on the outside, whereby the desired locking is achieved.
  • the locking element 24B preferably rotates with the coupling part 13, but is not moved axially with it.
  • the first joint or pivoting about the first pivot axis 14 is again preferably positively locked by lifting or when lifting the door 2 when it is pivoted about the other or second pivot axis 15 or opened outwards. blocked.
  • the locking device 24 preferably also includes the locking element 24B.
  • the locking device 24 is preferably designed to alternately lock the two joints.
  • Fig. 15 shows the fitting 10 according to the third embodiment in a perspective front view in the starting position, without door 2 and pane 3.
  • Fig. 16 shows the fitting 10 in a perspective rear view in the starting position, i.e. with the fitting half 11 not axially raised.
  • Fig. 17 shows the fitting 10 in an exploded view.
  • the coupling part 13 is guided in an axially displaceable manner in a guide part 13E.
  • the coupling part 13 is inserted in particular with its bearing section 13A and its bearing sleeve 13B into the guide part 13E and can be pivoted together with it and axially movable relative to it in order to enable the desired lifting of the door 2.
  • the coupling part 13 is, just as in the first and second embodiments, preferably axially immovably coupled to the first fitting half 11 in an articulated manner via the first joint and preferably axially displaceably coupled to the second fitting half 12 in an articulated manner via the second joint.
  • the guide part 13E is preferably axially displaceable relative to the first fitting half 11 and articulated via the first joint with the first fitting half 11, i.e. pivotable together with the coupling part 13 about the first pivot axis 14.
  • the guide part 13E is preferably axially immovable, i.e. similar to the locking element 24B according to the second embodiment, coupled to the second fitting half 12, but can be pivoted relative to the second fitting half 12 about the second pivot axis 15, here together with the coupling part 13.
  • the lifting device 25 with its bearing surface 25A and counter bearing surface 25B is in Fig. 17 schematically indicated and again arranged on the second joint or on the second fitting half 12 as in the first and second embodiments and / or again controlled by pivoting about the second pivot axis 15 or the second joint as in the first and second embodiments.
  • the locking device 24 preferably has an engagement element 24E, which engages - here radially - in a particularly L-shaped groove, slot or guide 24F, so that only either an axial or rotational relative movement is possible.
  • the engagement element 24E is preferably firmly coupled to the first fitting half 11.
  • the groove, link or guide 24F is firmly connected or coupled to the guide part 13E.
  • the first fitting half 11 can only be axially displaced or moved, but not pivoted relative to the guide part 13E and therefore also not relative to the coupling part 13. In this case, the first joint or pivoting about the first pivot axis 14 is blocked.
  • the first fitting half 11 can be pivoted about the first joint or the first pivot axis 14, i.e. relative to the guide part 13E and the coupling part 13 or the coupling sleeve 13B, but not axially relative to the housing part 13 and therefore cannot be moved or raised axially to the second fitting half 12.
  • the second joint is blocked against opening or against pivoting about the second pivot axis 15 via the lifting device 25 or its surfaces 25A and 25B inclined in the circumferential direction.
  • the groove, link or guide 24F is preferably formed in a guide body 24J, which is preferably connected to the guide part 13E in a rotationally fixed and axially immovable manner via an intermediate element 24K. It should be noted that in Fig. 17 the coupling part 13 is shown in the lowered view, but can be moved axially upwards from the intermediate part 24 to lift the first fitting half 11 and the door 2 (not shown).
  • An optional guide sleeve 24L is preferably provided, which in the example shown is coupled to the first fitting half 11 in a rotationally fixed and axially immovable manner.
  • the guide sleeve 24L preferably serves to guide the guide body 24J arranged therein.
  • the guide sleeve 24L preferably has an opening 24M through which the guide element 24E can engage into the guide 24F from the outside.
  • the engagement element 24E is here preferably L-shaped and accordingly engages with one leg through the opening 24M into the guide 24F.
  • Other constructive solutions are also possible.
  • the engagement element 24E is preferably mounted or held immovably or firmly in the first fitting half 11, in particular in a bearing section 11A of the first fitting half 11.
  • the engagement element 24E also serves to secure the guide sleeve 24L accordingly, in that one leg passes through the opening 24M of the guide sleeve 24L.
  • other constructive solutions are also possible.
  • fitting 10 or the locking device 24 is designed for selectively or alternately locking the first and second joints or pivoting about the first and second pivot axes 14, 15.
  • the locking is again preferably carried out in a form-fitting manner as in the other embodiments.
  • the fitting 10 preferably forms a stop for the joints or the coupling part 13 in the starting position.
  • the coupling element 13 can therefore preferably only be pivoted or swung open in a first pivoting direction relative to the first hinge half 11 and also only in one, in particular opposite, pivoting direction relative to the second hinge half 12.
