Claims (7)

  1.     - l'appareil de cuisson (1) présente un système de refroidissement (13), présentant l'élément de refroidissement (12) et un dispositif d'extraction (16), pour le transport du froid (15) émis par l'élément de refroidissement (12) dans l'espace de cuisson (2) et
    - l'élément de refroidissement (12) est un accumulateur de refroidissement.
  2. Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de logement (9) est disposé au-dessus de l'espace de cuisson (2).
  3. Appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de logement (9) est conçu de manière telle qu'il est approprié facultativement pour le logement de l'élément de refroidissement (12) ou d'un réservoir d'eau.
  4. Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système de refroidissement (13) présente un ventilateur (14), plus particulièrement pour l'aspiration et / ou l'évacuation de l'air froid (15).
  5. Appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de cuisson (1) est réalisé de manière telle qu'un fonctionnement différé et / ou un fonctionnement à démarrage à distance est réalisable.
  6. Procédé de préparation de produits alimentaires dans un appareil de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1 présentant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - introduction du produit de cuisson (8) dans un espace de cuisson (2) ;
    - refroidissement du produit de cuisson (8) au moyen d'un élément de refroidissement (12) introduit dans l'appareil de cuisson (1) ;
    - chauffage du produit de cuisson (8) au moyen des éléments de chauffage de l'appareil de cuisson (1).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, présentant les étapes de procédé supplémentaires :
    - refroidissement de l'élément de refroidissement (12) dans un appareil frigorifique ;
    - insertion de l'élément de refroidissement (12) dans l'appareil de cuisson (1).
