Die Aufschneidevorrichtung kann pro Vorschubtrasse einen Greifer aufweisen, der das rückwärtige Ende 13 des Lebensmittelproduktes 2 vor oder während des Aufschneidens ergreift und dieses während des Aufschneidens, insbesondere gegen Ende des Aufschneidens, stabilisiert und das Endstück, das nicht aufgeschnitten werden kann, entsorgt. Jeder Greifer ist vorzugsweise an einem Greifer wagen (nicht dargestellt) vorgesehen, der die Greifer, insbesondere parallel zur Vorschubrichtung des Lebensmittelprodukts, vor- und zurückbewegt. Vorzugsweise ist die Aufschneide Vorrichtung mehrspurig vorgesehen, d.h. dass mehrere Lebensmittelprodukte 2 von einem Messer, insbesondere zumindest zeitweise gleichzeitig oder zumindest zeitweise sequentiell, aufgeschnitten werden. Dafür weist die Vorrichtung für jedes Lebensmittelprodukt eine eigene Spur auf, entlang derer es in Richtung des Messers 1 1 transportiert wird. Jede Spur weist ein individuelles Transportmittel 4, 9 auf, das unabhängig von den Transportmitteln der anderen Spuren betreibbar ist. Die Lebensmittelriegel werden von den Greiffern 8 spurindividuell erkannt und die Enden 13 spurindividuell gegriffen, optional können die Enden 13 von den Greiffern 8 zusammen gegriffen werden, wenn die Lebensmittelriegel dieselbe Länge erreicht haben, ohne dass der jeweilige Lebensmittelriegel komprimiert wird beziehungsweise ohne dass die Greifer relativ zu einer Zentraleinheit bewegbar vorgesehen sind. Wie Figur 4 entnommen werden kann, wird ein Reststück 7 in einem Fallschacht 16 entsorgt. Dafür zieht der Greifer das Endstück 7 zurück und löst den Eingriff, sobald sich das Reststück über dem Fallschacht 16 befindet. Diese Aktion kann optional durch einen Speerschieber 15 unterstützt werden, der zwischen dem Transportband 4 und dem Transportband 9 vorgesehen wird und dadurch verhindert, dass das Reststück 7 in den Rotationsbereich des Messers 1 1 gelangt. Der Sperrschieber wird dafür von einer zurückgezogenen Position, in der er nicht in den Transportweg des Lebensmittelriegels hineinragt in eine angehobene Position, in der er den Transportweg des Lebensmittelriegels blockiert, verfahren. Sobald der Greifer frei ist, fährt er in eine rückwärtige„Homeposition" und ein neuer Lebensmittelriegel 2 kann in die jeweilige Spur geladen werden. Dafür wird, wie in Figur 5 zu sehen, das Transportband 5 um eine Achse 9 nach unten geklappt und blockiert den Transportweg des Lebensmittelriegels, so dass dieser nicht ungewollt mit dem Messer kollidiert. Die Figur 5 ist eine einfachere Ausführungsform zu Figur 2. Alternativ nimmt das Transportband 9 die Figur 2 dargestellte Stellung als Anschlagmittel ein, in der ebenfalls der Transportweg des Lebensmittelriegels blockiert ist. Zum Aufschnitt des neu geladenen Lebensmittelriegels wird dann das Transportband in die in Figur 3 dargestellte Stellung verbracht. Die Figuren 6 und 7 zeigen eine weitere Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Anschlagmittels. In dem vorliegenden Fall ist das Transportband 9 mit einem Anschlagmittel 17, hier einem Winkel, gekoppelt, die gemeinsam um die Drehachse 9 drehbar vorgesehen sind. Sobald dieser Anschlag nicht mehr gewünscht ist, wird die Rolle 18 nach oben und die Rolle 20 nach vorne geschoben, so dass das Transportband 9 insgesamt eine flachere Form einnimmt. Die vordere Rolle 20 gelangt dann in Eingriff mit dem Lebensmittelriegel 2 und dient zu dessen Transport in Richtung des Messers 1 1. Patentansprüche: claims:
