  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rayonnement IR du rayon laser (53) est excité avec une longueur d'onde située dans une plage comprise entre 750 nanomètres et 1400 nanomètres, en particulier une longueur d'onde de 1064 nanomètres.
  3. Procédé selon la revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau en bande en forme de tissu est positionné à l'arrêt dans la station d'usinage (51) et le rayon laser (53) est déplacé de manière linéaire en vue de réaliser le marquage de la patte (23) ou en ce que le matériau en bande en forme de tissu est déplacé de manière continue à travers la station d'usinage (51) et le rayon laser (53) est déplacé à angle droit par rapport à la direction de déplacement du matériau en bande en forme de tissu en vue de réaliser ledit marquage.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau en bande en forme de tissu est maintenu de manière flottante dans la station d'usinage (51) ou traverse de manière flottante ladite station d'usinage (51) et en ce que le rayon laser (53) passe à travers le matériau en bande en forme de tissu, et ce dans la zone des mailles dudit matériau en bande en forme de tissu.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau en bande en forme de tissu est amené à la station d'usinage (51) en étant pré-confectionné à une longueur prédéterminée ou en tant que bande sans fin.
  6. Procédé destiné à fabriquer une page de données (17) pour un document (11) de type livret, en particulier un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, lequel comprend un support de données (20) et une patte (23) qui est fixée audit support de données (20), lors duquel
    - un matériau en bande en forme de tissu destiné à former la patte (23) est positionné le long d'un côté longitudinal (32) du support de données (20) de manière à former une zone de chevauchement (30) et une zone (31) de la patte (23) est formée, laquelle dépasse du support de données (20), et
    - la patte (23) et le support de données (20) sont assemblés l'un à l'autre dans la zone de chevauchement (30),
    caractérisée en ce que
    - la patte (23) fabriquée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 est assemblée au support de données (20).
  7. Procédé destiné à fabriquer un bloc de livret (15) pour un document (11) de type livret, en particulier un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, dans lequel le bloc de livret (15) comprend au moins une page intérieure (18) ou plusieurs pages intérieures (18) empilées les unes sur les autres, caractérisé en ce que
    - une page de données (17) selon la revendication 6 est réunie à la page ou aux pages intérieures (18) pour former une pile et ladite au moins une page intérieure (18) et la patte (23) du support de données (20) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre.
  8. Procédé destiné à fabriquer un document (11) de type livret, en particulier un document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, pourvu d'au moins une page de données (17), d'au moins une page intérieure (18) et d'une couverture de livret (12), caractérisé en ce que
    - ladite au moins une page intérieure (18), la page de données (17) fabriquée selon la revendication 6 et la couverture de livret (12) sont réunies et assemblées les unes aux autres.
  9. Patte pour une page de données (17) d'un document (11) de type livret, laquelle est constituée en un matériau en bande en forme de tissu,
    - le matériau en bande en forme de tissu qui forme la patte (23) présentant au moins des fils individuels (43, 44) en matière plastique,
    - le matériau en bande en forme de tissu qui constitue la patte (23) étant marqué grâce à un rayonnement IR d'un rayon laser (53) et la surface de fils du matériau en bande en forme de tissu qui constitue la patte (23) subissant une fusion superficielle le long d'un trajet de déplacement du rayon laser (53) et présentant une surface rugueuse par rapport à une zone non traitée du matériau en bande en forme de tissu.
  10. Patte selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la surface de fils du matériau en bande en forme de tissu qui constitue la patte (23) présente le long d'un trajet de déplacement du rayon laser (53) un changement de coloration par rapport à la zone non traitée du matériau en bande en forme de tissu, laquelle coloration est en particulier beige brunâtre.
  11. Patte selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que le matériau en bande en forme de tissu présente des fils (43, 44) réalisés en une matière thermoplastique, en particulier en polyester ou en polyamide, de préférence en polyéthylènetéréphtalate.
  12. Page de données pour un document (11) de type livret pourvu d'un support de données (20) et d'une patte (23), caractérisée en ce que la patte (23) est formée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11.
  13. Bloc de livret pour un document (11) de type livret pourvu d'au moins une page intérieure (18), caractérisé en ce qu'une page de données (17) selon la revendication 12 est assemblée à ladite au moins une page intérieure (18).
  14. Document de type livret, en particulier document de valeur et/ou de sécurité, pourvu d'une couverture de livret (12) et d'une page de données (17), caractérisé en ce que dans la couverture de livret (12) est intégré un bloc de livret (15) selon la revendication 13 ou en ce qu'au moins une page intérieure (18), la page de données (17) selon la revendication 12 et une couverture de livret (12) sont assemblées les unes aux autres.
