Claims (10)
- Umformmaschine zur Längsreckung eines Bleches,
wobei die Maschine (1) zwei beiderseits eines Umformwerkzeugs (4) für das Blech angeordnete Reckköpfe (2) aufweist,
wobei die Reckköpfe (2) jeweils eine Reihe mit einer Trägerstruktur (8) fest verbundene Backen (5) aufweist, die Reckmitteln (9) zugeordnet ist und die mittels einer Kippachse (11) auf einem Gestell (10, 10') befestigt ist,
wobei zwischen dem Gestell (10, 10') und der Trägerstruktur (8) wenigstens ein Stellantrieb (12) zum Kippen angeordnet ist, um die Drehbewegung der Trägerstruktur (8) um die Kippachse (11) zu ermöglichen,
und wobei das Gestell (10, 10') von einem Tragegestell (3) getragen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (13, 14; 15, 14') aufweist, die zwischen dem Tragegestell (3) und dem Gestell (10, 10') angeordnet sind und die dazu ausgelegt sind, eine Einstellung der senkrechten Positionierung der Kippachse (11) zu ermöglichen. - Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (10) mittels einer komplementären, zur Kippachse (11) parallelen oder im Wesentlichen parallelen Kippachse (13) auf dem Tragegestell (3) befestigt ist, wobei wenigstens ein komplementärer Stellantrieb (14) zwischen dem Gestell (10) und dem Tragegestell (3) angeordnet ist, um die Drehbewegung des Gestells (10) um die komplementäre Kippachse (13) zu ermöglichen und so die Einstellung der senkrechten Positionierung der Kippachse (11) zu ermöglichen.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Kippachse (11) und die komplementäre Kippachse (13) horizontal oder im Wesentlichen horizontal erstrecken.
- Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementäre Kippachse (13) in Bezug auf die zugeordnete Reihe Backen (5) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Kippachse (11) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (10') mittels Mitteln (15, 14') auf dem Tragegestell (3) befestigt ist, die dessen Verlagerung gegenüber dem Tragegestell (3) parallel zu sich selbst entlang einer senkrechten Achse ermöglichen.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (10') aus einem senkrecht gleitenden Wagen besteht, der an senkrechten Gleitschienen (15) befestigt ist und von einem oder mehreren Stellantrieben betätigt wird.
- Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragegestell (3)- einen bewegbaren Gestellteil (31), der die Mittel (10, 13, 14; 10', 14', 15) zum Einstellen der senkrechten Positionierung der Kippachse (11) trägt, und- einen Gestellsockelteil (32)aufweist,
wobei der bewegbare Gestellteil (31) in einer zur Kippachse 11) und zur komplementären Kippachse (13) senkrechten Richtung translatorisch beweglich auf dem Gestellsockelteil (32) befestigt ist. - Maschine gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Gestellsockelteil (32) aufweist, der den beiden Reckköpfen (2, 2') gemein ist und der als Träger für das Umformwerkzeug (4) dient.
- Maschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Steuerungsmittel aufweist, die dazu ausgelegt sind, die Verlagerung des oder der Kippstellantriebe (12) und der Mittel (10, 13, 14; 10', 15, 14') zum Einstellen der senkrechten Positionierung der Kippachse (11) in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten räumlichen Position der Reihen Backen (5) zu steuern.
- Verfahren zur Verwendung einer Maschine gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, die Verlagerung des oder der Kippstellantriebe (12) und der Mittel (10, 13, 14; 10', 14', 15) zum Einstellen der senkrechten Positionierung der Kippachse (11) in Abhängigkeit von der gewünschten räumlichen Position der Reihen Backen (5) zu steuern.
