  4. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un élément de poids (15) est en liaison active avec le segment flexible (3') du transmetteur de force (3) et exerce une force de traction sur ce dernier.
  5. Appareil de musculation (10) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'appareil de musculation comprend plusieurs éléments de poids (15), les forces de ces derniers étant équilibrées sur les organes d'actionnement (1, 2).

Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un premier facteur de transmission de force (α) entre le premier organe d'actionnement (1) et la première branche du segment flexible (3') du transmetteur de force (3), et un deuxième facteur de transmission de force (β) entre le deuxième organe d'actionnement (2) et la deuxième branche du segment flexible (3') du transmetteur de force (3) sont identiques.
  7. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins un élément pour définir la position de la personne en train de s'entraîner, en particulier une assise, un dossier ou une surface de couchage.
  8. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes pour exercer les muscles des bras, dans lequel les organes d'actionnement (1, 2) sont réalisés sous la forme de poignées.
  9. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 pour exercer les quadriceps, dans lequel les organes d'actionnement (1, 2) sont réalisés sous la forme d'un cylindre rembourré agencé transversalement à un levier.
  10. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, réalisé sous la forme d'une presse à cuisses comprenant
    - un siège composé d'une assise et d'un dossier,
    - un premier et un deuxième organe d'actionnement (1, 2) réalisés sous la forme de pédales de pied en forme de plaques, les deux pouvant être coulissés le long d'un rail entre une extrémité proche du siège et une extrémité éloignée du siège.
  11. Appareil de musculation (10) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel les organes d'actionnement (1, 2) sont chacun reliés à un quadrilatère articulé (14), et dans lequel les articulations du quadrilatère articulé sont disposées en forme de parallélogramme.
  12. Appareil de musculation (10) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les organes d'actionnement (1, 2) peuvent être pivotés dans le plan de la plante du pied, et dans lequel un mécanisme de pivotement (63) en prise au niveau du quadrilatère articulé correspondant adapte l'angle de pivotement (61, 62) en fonction de la position de l'organe d'actionnement (1, 2) sur son rail.
  13. Appareil de musculation (10) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'angle de pivotement entre l'extrémité proche du siège et l'extrémité éloignée du siège varie de 10°.
  14. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le segment flexible (3') du transmetteur de force (3) est une corde, une bande, une courroie ou une chaîne.
  15. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément pointeur (7) est un pointeur mécanique ou un pointeur lumineux.
  16. Appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'appareil de musculation (10) présente un repère (8) pour lire la position de l'élément pointeur (7).
  17. Procédé pour exercer les muscles des bras ou des jambes d'une personne en utilisant un appareil de musculation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
    - une main ou un pied de la personne est en contact avec le premier organe d'actionnement (1) et l'autre main ou l'autre pied est en contact avec le deuxième organe d'actionnement (2),
    - le premier organe d'actionnement (1) est déplacé le long d'un rail en avant et en arrière,
    - le deuxième organe d'actionnement (2) est déplacé en sens inverse du premier organe d'actionnement (1),
    - une force de résistance (F1) du premier organe d'actionnement (1) agit sur le deuxième organe d'actionnement (2) via une force exercée correspondante (F2), et inversement, et
    - la personne qui s'exerce maintient la déviation de l'aiguille dans une plage définie sur toute la séquence de mouvements en observant la déviation de l'aiguille de l'élément indicateur (7) et en adaptant la force exercée (F1, F2).
