Die beim Rudern durch die Wechselwirkung der Ruder mit dem Wasser entstehenden Belastungen des Rudernden werden hierbei überwiegend anhand von aufwändigen Widerstandseinrichtungen wie Schwungrädern, fluidischen Antriebselementen, Wirbelstromeinrichtungen etc. nachgeahmt und können dadurch zur optimalen Anpassung der Trainingsbedingungen leicht beeinflusst werden. Die Arme führen über eine Art Hebelsystem eine ruderähnliche Bewegung aus, wobei als Widerstandselement die im Fitnessbereich aus Gründen des einfachen Aufbaus und der damit einhergehenden Robustheit häufig verwendeten Gewichtsstapel verwendet werden, die über Seilzugeinrichtungen und Umlenkrollen mit dem Hebelsystem verbunden sind. Derartige Fitnessgeräte haben den Nachteil, dass die auszuführende Bewegung aufgrund der weitgehend vorgegebenen Haltung des Trainierenden und der Ausgestaltung des Hebelsystems nur sehr entfernt der realen Ruderbewegung ähnelt. Zum anderen ist die Verwendung des Gewichtsstapels als Widerstandselement insofern problematisch, dass bei schnelleren oder mit höherem Takt ausgeführten ruderähnlichen Bewegungen der Gewichtsstapel aufgrund seiner Trägheit und der fehlenden unmittelbaren Kopplung mit dem Hebelsystem unkontrollierbare oder sich aufschaukelnde Bewegungen ausführen kann. Claims (18)

  1. Device (1) for carrying out a rowing training, having an arrangement of a seat (3) arranged on a base frame (2) for a rowing person and two rotatably mounted pushrods (4) which can be moved independently of one another and which must be moved by the rowing person when the rowing movement is carried out against a resistance around their rotary bearing (5),
    characterised in that
    the seat (3) is arranged on the base frame (2) in such a manner as to be displaceable relative to the rotatable mounting (5) of the pushrods (4) and the pushrods (4) are connected by means of a traction means (6) extending continuously between the pushrods (4) to a resistance device (8) comprising an arrangement of liftable and lowerable weights (7), the traction means (6) being guided in such a manner that the lifting movement (24) of the weights (7) during the execution of the rowing movement is slower and/or smaller than the displacement of the traction means (6) in the region of the pushrods (4).
  2. Device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the pushrods (4) are rotatably (5) mounted on supports (14) projecting laterally and transversely to the displacement direction (21) of the seat (3) from the base frame (2) in the manner of brackets, the lengths and the arrangement of the rotatable mounting (5) of the pushrods (4) preferably largely corresponding to the kinematic conditions of the real rowboat.
  3. Device (1) according to one of the precceding claims, characterized in that the axes of the bearing (5) of the pushrods (4) are arranged inclined with respect to the vertical direction in order to permit an anatomically favourable movement of the pushrods (4) which largely corresponds to the kinematic conditions of the real rowboat.
  4. Device (1) according to one of the precceding claims, characterized in that the resistance device (8) is arranged centrally on the base frame (2) in extension of the displacement movement (21) of the seat (3) in front of the rowing person.
  5. Device (1) according to one of the precceding claims, characterized in that the traction means (6) comprise bands or chains or the like which are articulatedly fixed to the pushrods (4), the traction means (6) preferably being deflectable from the pushrods (4) via deflection pulleys (9, 9') up to the resistance device (8).
  6. Device (1) in accordance with one of the precceding claims, characterized in that the traction means (6) is a continuous band or the like extending from one pushrod (4) via the deflection pulleys (9, 9', 9", 9"') and the resistance device (8) to the other pushrod (4).
  7. Device (1) in accordance with one of the precceding claims, characterised in that the seat (3) is arranged in such a manner to be easily displaceable relative to the base frame (2) via a sliding bearing or a rolling bearing, preferably mounted in rolling bearings on guide rods (15), the seat (3) preferably being arranged in such a manner to be easily displaceable relative to the base frame (2), that the displacement axis (21) of the seat (3) can be set horizontally inclined relative to the base frame (2) and the displacement axis (21) of the seat (3) is arranged relative to the base frame (2) in such a manner that the seat (3) is arranged higher in its end position furthest away from the axis of rotation (5) of the pushrods (4) than in its end position closer to the axis of rotation (5) of the pushrods (4).
  8. Device (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that the base frame (4) is constructed in such a manner to be height-adjustable (20) at its one end, the end height adjustment of the base frame (2) also pivoting the displacement axis (21) of the seat (3).
  9. Device (1) in accordance with one of the precceding claims, characterized in that a foot support (19) which can be adjustably displaced along the displacement axis (21) of the seat (3) can be arranged fixedly on the base frame (2), on which foot support (19) the rowing person is supported during the execution of the rowing movement, the foot support (19) preferably being arranged angularly adjustable on the base frame (2).
  10. Device (1) according to one of the precceding claims, characterized in that a loading device (26) is arranged between the seat (3) and the base frame (2) in such a manner that the relative movement to be carried out by the rowing person between the seat (3) and the base frame (2) can only be carried out against an additional resistance, the loading device (26) preferably showing an arrangement of elastically stretchable straps or the like and/or mechanical spring elements and/or pneumatic cylinder and/or hydraulic cylinder, by means of which the additional resistance during the relative movement between seat (3) and base frame (2) is produced preferably adjustable.
  11. Device (1) according to one of the precceding claims, characterized in that the resistance device (8) comprises at least three deflection pulleys (9", 9'''), wherein two of the deflection pulleys (9") are fixed symmetrically to the lifting axis of the weights (7) on the liftable carrier device (25) of the weights (7) and the third deflection pulley (9"') is arranged centrally above the two deflection pulleys (9") in a stationary, preferably in a stationary rotatable manner on the base frame of the device (1).
  12. Device (1) according to claim 11, characterized in that the arrangement of the deflection pulleys (9, 9', 9", 9"') is designed symmetrically to the displacement axis (21) of the seat (3).
  13. Device (1) according to one of the claims 11 or 12, characterized in that the traction means (6) is arranged upwards from the one pushrod (4) via a lower deflection pulley (9) arranged adjacent to the pivot point (5) of this pushrod (4) to a second deflection pulley (9') arranged thereabove, from there to a third deflection pulley (9') located closer to the resistance device (8) and from this third deflection pulley (9') downward to one of the two deflection pulleys (9") on the liftable support device (25) for the weights (7).
  14. Device (1) according to one of the claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the traction means (6) in the region of the liftable support device (25) for the weights (7) extends in such a way that the traction means (6), which is guided downwards from the third deflection pulley (9'), extends over the first of the two deflection pulleys (9") on the liftable support device (25), from there again upward to the third stationary deflection pulley (9"') of the resistance device (8) and afterwards again to the second of the two deflection pulleys (9") at the liftable carrier device (25).
  15. Device (1) according to one of the claims 11 to 14, characterized in that the deflection pulleys (9) arranged adjacent to the pivot points (5) of the pushrods (4) are arranged so as to be pivotable about a vertical axis and are thus always aligned with the position of the pivot point of the traction means (6) on the pushrod (4), for which purpose the deflection pulleys (9) arranged adjacent to the pivot points (5) of the pushrods (4) are rotatably arranged preferably on lateral outriggers (13) of the base frame (2).
  16. Device (1) according to one of claims 11 to 15, characterized in that the overhead arranged deflection pulleys (9') are arranged rotatably on arms (10) of the base frame (2) which are aligned in a V-shape with respect to one another.
  17. Device (1) in accordance with one of the preceeding claims, characterized in that the carrier device of the weights (7) has a guide device (11), preferably one or more rods, which guides the lifting and lowering movement of the weights (7).
  18. Device (1) according to one of the preceeding claims, characterized in that discs can be fitted as weights (7) on the liftable support device for the weights (7) or plates can be provided as weights (7) on the liftable support device for the weights (7), which plates can be coupled to the support device individually or in stacks by means of plug-in elements.
