dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägevorrichtung eine Prägeplatte aufweist, welche eine Mehrzahl von Grundprägeelementen umfasst, wobei jedes Grundprägeelement einen Aufnahmebereich sowie ein innerhalb des Aufnahmebereichs lösbar angeordnetes Wechselprägeelement aufweist das ein eine haptisch wahrnehmbare Information vermittelndes Prägebild aufweist, wobei die Prägeplatte eine Mehrzahl von Grundprägeelementen umfasst, und die Wechselprägeelemente derart ausgebildet und/oder derart in dem Grundprägeelement angeordnet sind, dass das mit einem ersten Grundprägeelement und dem darin angeordneten Wechselprägeelement erhaltene Prägebild zu dem mit einem weiteren Grundprägeelement und dem darin angeordneten Wechselprägeelement erhaltenem Prägebild nicht identisch ist.The invention also relates to a method for producing a sealing film equipped with a multifunctional embossing, comprising the method steps:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Folie (900), welche ein haptisch wahrnehmbares Prägebild (130) aufweist. Die dargestellte Folie (900) kann dabei beispielsweise als Versiegelungsfolie zur Verschließung einer Lebensmittelverpackung, wie beispielsweise ein Joghurtbecher oder dergleichen, dienen. Bei dem haptisch wahrnehmbaren Prägebild (130) kann es sich wie in der gezeigten Ausführungsform gezeigt beispielsweise um Braille-Markierungen handeln, mit deren Hilfe in ihrer optischen Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit eingeschränkten Personen Informationen über den Inhalt der Lebensmittelverpackung vermittelt werden. In der dargestellten Ausführung wird beispielsweise als haptische wahrnehmbare Informationen der Name des Herstellers und die Geschmacksrichtung (Erdbeere) angegeben. Die lösbar angeordneten Wechselprägeelemente (120, 121, 122, 123) sind dazu geeignet, beim Prägen der Folie ein eine haptisch wahrnehmbare Information vermittelndes Prägebild zu erzeugen. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform erzeugen beispielsweise die Wechselprägeelement 120, 122 und 123 ein Prägebild der Braille-Markierung für den Buchstaben "e" und das Wechselprägeelement 121 ein Prägebild der Braille-Markierung für den Buchstaben "r". Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass bei der Abstapelung von geprägten Folien ein Verhaken der Folien ineinander vermieden werden kann und eine Vereinzelung der Folien bei einer Wiederaufnahme erreicht wird. Die Prägeeinrichtung (150) weist dabei eine Prägeplatte mit einer Mehrzahl von Grundprägeelementen auf, welche wiederum jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Wechselprägeelementen aufweisen. Die mittels der Prägeeinrichtung (150) geprägte Folienbahn wird einer Stanzeinrichtung (153) zugeführt, mittels welcher geprägte Folienelemente ausgestanzt werden. Die geprägten und ausgestanzten Folienelemente werden in einem Stapel (154) abgestapelt. Durch das Vorsehen von Grundprägeelementen bzw. Wechselprägeelementen die nicht identische Prägebilder erzeugen wird eine Vereinzelung der in dem Stapel (154) abgestapelten Folienelemente bei eine späteren Wiederaufnahme vereinfacht.
