Claims (5)

  1. Ein schraubschlüsselartiges Werkzeug für das Anbringen von Stehbolzen und ähnlichen Elementen, vorgesehen für das Anbringen von einem Stehbolzen (E) oder einer ähnlichen Einheit, Werkzkeug, das mindestens ein komplett oder teilweise mit Gewinde versehenes Ende (E1) aufweist, dieses Werkzeug (1), bei dem:
    - ein Mundstück (2) vorgesehen ist, das aussen, koaxial angeordnet einen zylinderförmigen Mundabschnitt (20) beziehungsweise einen zylinderförmigen Halsabschnitt (21) aufweist mit einem durchgehenden Innenraum (22), der sich zwischen diesen Mund- und Halsbabschnitten in einer axial symmetrischen Form mit Bezug auf eine Achse (X) erstreckt, wobei besagter Innenraum Folgendes umfasst:
    a) einen mit Gewinde versehenen, zylinderförmigen, unteren Abschnitt (220) mit einem ersten Radius (R1) und einer ersten Gewindesteigung (P1), Abschnitt, der koaxial an mindestens eins der Gewindeenden des anzubringenden Stehbolzen angeschraubt werden kann;
    b) einen Zwischenabschnitt (221), der einen ersten kegelförmigen Teil (2210) aufweist, der sich ab dem oberen Teil des ersten Abschnitts erstreckt und einen zweiten zylinderförmiger Teil (2211) mit einem zweiten Radios (R2), der kleiner ist als der erste Radius (R1);
    c) einen oberen, zylinderförmigen Abschnitt (223), mit einem dritten zylinderförmigen Teil (2230), der einen dritten Radius (R3) aufweist, der grösser ist als der zweite Radius, aber kleiner als der erste Radius (R1), und dann einen vierten zylinderförmigen Teil (2231) mit einem vierten Radius (R4), der grösser ist als der dritte Radius aber kleiner als der erste Radius:
    - ein Übertragungselement (3) vorgesehen ist, das die Anziehkraft/die Drehkraft weiterleitet und axial innerhalb des vierten Teils (2231) des oberen, zylinderförmigen Abschnitts (223) bewegt werden kann, und wobei besagtes Übertragungselement ein oberes Ende (30) aufweist, an dem die Anziehkraft/die Drehkraft angelegt wird, und ein unteres Ende (31) zur Weiterleitung dieser Kraft auf den anzubringenden Stehbolzen;
    - einen Zentrieranschlag (4) vorgesehen ist, der so angeordnet ist, dass er in einer axialen Richtung (X) bewegt wird, Anschlag, der einen Kopfteil (40) einer passenden Grösse aufweist, um dichtschliessend am dritten Teil (2230) des oberen Abschnitts (223) anzuliegen, und eine Endwelle (41), die sich vom Zwischenabschnitt (221) zum unteren Abschnitts (220) ausdehnt, so dass ihr Ende unter der Drehkraft am zu montierenden Stehbolzen /E) anliegt; und
    - eine Reihe von Kupplungs-/Entkopplungsmitteln (5) vorgesehen ist, die bei Drehung in einer ersten Drehrichtung (G1) erlauben, dass das untere Ende (31) des Übertragungselements (3) gegen den Kopfteil (40) des Zentrieranschlags (4) anliegt und diesen so bewegt, dass die Endwelle (41) unter der Drehkraft an dem Stehbolzen (E) anliegt, und die Anziehkraft/Drehkraft, die am unteren Ende (30) des Übertragungselements aufgetragen wird, wird zum Mundstück (2) weitergeleitet, an dem dieser Stehbolzen angeschraubt ist;während die Drehung dieser Kupplungs-/Entkopplungsmittel (5) in einer zweiten Drehrichtung (G2), die der ersten Drehrichtung entgegengesetzt ist, erlaubt, dass das Übertragungselement (3) nicht mehr gegen den Zentrieranschlag (4) anliegt, so dass dieser Zentrieranschlag aufhört, einen Druck auf die Welle auszuüben, und die an dem Übertragungselement angelegte Löskraft wirkt auf das Mundstück, so dass dieses vom Stehbolzen gelöst wird;
    bei dem die Kupplungs-/Entkopplungsmittel (5) eine Baugruppe aufweisen, die sich aus einem senkrecht ausgerichteten Zapfen (32), der aus der Seitenfläche des Übertragungselements (3) hervorragt, und einem Langloch (23) zusammensetzt, das am Halsabschnitt (21) des Mundstücks (2) geneigt ist, wobei besagter Zapfen gleitbar ist; und bei dem das obere Ende (30) des Übertragungselements (3) wie eine Nabe für das Ankuppeln der Spannwerkzeuge angeordnet ist.
  2. Ein schraubschlüsselartiges Werkzeug gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem der vierte Teil (2231) des oberen, zylinderförmigen Abschnitts (223) des Mundstücks mit einer zweiten Gewindesteigung (P2), die kleiner ist als die erste Gewindesteigung (P1), verschraubt wird, und das Übertragungselement (3), das zur Weiterleitung der Anziehkraft/Drehkraft benutzt wird, ist mit einem Gewinde für die Kupplung dieses vierten Teils (2231) mit diesem Gewinde mit der zweiten Gewindesteigung vorgesehen ist.
  3. Ein schraubschlüsselartiges Werkzeug gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das Übertragungselement (3) und der herrausragende Zapfen (32) als separate Teile vorgesehen sind.
  4. Ein schraubschlüsselartiges Werkzeug gemäss mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem das freie Ende der Endwelle (41) des Zentrieranschlags (4) so angeordnet ist, dass es dichtschliessend in das Ende des zu montierenden Stehbolzens (E) eingepasst wird.
  5. Ein schraubschlüsselartiges Werkzeug gemäss Anspruch 4, bei dem das freie Ende des Endbolzens (41) des Zentrieranschlags (4) mit einer konkaven, konvexen oder flachen Form angeordnet ist, oder mit einer flachen Form mit einer Zentralspitze oder einer Kegelspitze, die dicht an einem Ansatz beziehungsweise Bolzen befestigt werden kann, der mittels Warmpressen, Kaltpressen, Durchsägen, Formgebung oder Abscheren hergestellt wird.
