Claims (5)
- Un outil de type clé (1) pour le montage de goujons et éléments analogues, conçu pour monter un goujon (E) ou une pièce similaire, comprenant, au moins, une des extrémités (E1) totalement ou partiellement filetée, où:- un élément d'ouverture (2) est fourni, lequel présente extérieurement des parties cylindriques de bague (20) et col (21), disposées de manière coaxiale, respectivement, avec un compartiment intérieur (22) qui s'étend entre les parties bague et col conformément à un critère de symétrie axiale par rapport à un axe (X), ledit compartiment intérieur comprenant:a) une section inférieure cylindrique filetée (220) avec un premier rayon (R1) et un premier pas de filetage (P1), qui peuvent être vissés de manière coaxiale au moins sur l'une des extrémités filetées du goujon à monter;b) une section intermédiaire (221) comprenant une première partie effilée (2210), qui s'étend de la partie supérieure de la première section, et une deuxième partie cylindrique (2211) avec un deuxième rayon (R2) qui est plus petit que le premier rayon (R1) ;c) une section cylindrique supérieure (223) avec une troisième partie cylindrique (2230) comprenant un troisième rayon (R3) qui est plus grand que le deuxième rayon, mais plus petit que le premier rayon (R1), et une quatrième partie cylindrique (2231) avec un quatrième rayon (R4) qui est plus grand que le troisième rayon, mais plus petit que le premier rayon ;- un élément de transmission (3) qui transfère la force/le couple de serrage, et qui peut se déplacer axialement au sein de la quatrième partie (2231) de la section cylindrique supérieure (223) est fourni; et ledit élément de transmission comprend une extrémité supérieure (30) où on applique la force/le couple de serrage, et une extrémité inférieure (31) pour transférer ladite force au goujon à monter;- une butée de centrage (4) disposée de manière à se déplacer sur une direction axiale (X) a été fournie, comprenant une tête (40) d'un volume adéquat pour s'appuyer étroitement sur la troisième partie (2230) de la section supérieure (223) et une tige d'extrémité (41) qui s'étend de la section intermédiaire (221) à la section inférieure (220), de manière à ce que son extrémité puisse s'appuyer sous le couple sur le goujon (E) à monter; et- une série de moyens d'accouplement/désaccouplement (5) ont été fournis, de manière à ce que, en tournant selon une première direction de rotation (G1), cela permette que l'extrémité inférieure (31) de la pièce de transmission (3) s'appuie contre la tête (40) de la butée de centrage (4), en la déplaçant de manière à ce que la tige d'extrémité (41) s'appuie contre le goujon (E) sous le couple, et on transfère la force/le couple de serrage, appliqué sur l'extrémité supérieure (30) de l'élément de transmission, à l'élément d'ouverture (2) où ledit goujon a été vissé;et la rotation desdits moyens d'accouplement/désaccouplement (5) suivent une deuxième direction de rotation (G2), qui est opposée à la première direction de rotation, permettant que l'élément de transmission (3) ne s'appuie plus contre la butée de centrage (4), de manière à ce que ladite butée de centrage ne presse plus la tige, et le couple de desserrage appliqué à l'élément de transmission est appliqué à l'élément d'ouverture, et, ainsi, il est desserré du goujon;
où les moyens d'accouplement/désaccouplement (5) comprennent un assemblage constitué par une fiche disposée orthogonalement (32) qui saillit de la surface latérale de l'élément de transmission (3), et un trou oblong (23) incliné sur la section du col (21) de l'élément d'ouverture (2), où ladite fiche peut glisser; et
où l'extrémité supérieure (30) de l'élément de transmission (3) est disposée comme un moyeu pour accoupler les outils de serrage. - Un outil de type clé conformément à la revendication 1, où la quatrième partie (2231) de la section cylindrique supérieure (223) de l'élément d'ouverture est filetée avec un deuxième pas de filetage (P2) qui est plus petit que le premier pas de filetage (P1), et l'élément de transmission (3) utilisé pour transférer la force/le couple de serrage est fourni avec filetage pour le couplage à ladite quatrième partie (2231) audit filetage avec le deuxième pas de filetage.
- Un outil de type clé conformément à la revendication 1, où l'élément de transmission (3) et la fiche qui fait saillie (32) sont fournis comme pièces séparées.
- Un outil de type clé conformément au moins à l'une de revendications 1 à 3, où le bout libre de la tige d'extrémité (41) de la butée de centrage (4) a été disposé de manière à s'ajuster bien serré dans l'extrémité du goujon (E) à monter.
- Un outil de type clé conformément à la revendication 4, où le bout libre de la tige d'extrémité (41) de la butée de centrage (4) est disposé selon une forme concave, convexe ou plate, ou selon une forme plate avec une pointe centrale ou une pointe conique, qui peut s'ajuster bien serrée au goujon/boulon, respectivement, qui a été fabriqué par pressage à chaud, pressage à froid, découpage à la scie, usinage et cisaillement.
