Claims (8)
- Beschichtungsprodukt-Druckluftspritzanordnung, die eine Beschichtungsprodukt-Druckluftspritzeinrichtung (8) und eine Leitung (14) für die Versorgung dieser Druckluftspritzeinrichtung von einer mit Druck beaufschlagten Beschichtungsproduktquelle (10-16), mit der die Versorgungsleitung mit ihrem stromaufseitigen Ende (141) verbunden ist, umfasst, wobei die Druckluftspritzeinrichtung einen Spritzeinrichtungskörper (82) und ein Ventil (92) für die Steuerung der Strömung des Beschichtungsprodukts in eine Zone (Z8) für die Zerstäubung dieses Produkt enthält, wobei dieses Ventil eine Nadel (96) zum wahlweisen Verschließen einer Auslassöffnung (982) eines Innenvolumens (V82) des Körpers der Spritzeinrichtung aufweist und die Spritzanordnung einen Strömungsweg (C) für das Beschichtungsprodukt von dem stromaufseitigen Ende (141) der Versorgungsleitung (14) bis zu der Auslassöffnung (982) des Innenvolumens (82) definiert, wobei der Strömungsweg ein Organ (102) für den Anschluss der Versorgungsleitung (14) an den Körper (82) der Spritzeinrichtung enthält, wobei in dem Anschlussorgan eine Drossel (120) für die Strömung des Beschichtungsprodukts in dem Strömungsweg (C) des Beschichtungsprodukts montiert ist, um stromaufseitig der Auslassöffnung (982) einen Ladungsverlust zu erzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drossel (120) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das weicher als das Material des Anschlussorgans (102), insbesondere ein Kunststoff, ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlussorgan (102) konfiguriert ist, bei fehlender Drossel (120) mit einem Mechanismus (106, 108) zusammenzuwirken, der am Ausgang der Versorgungsleitung (14) angeordnet ist, um die Spritzeinrichtung (8) mit der Versorgungsleitung zu verbinden, und dass das Anschlussorgan (102) konfiguriert ist, ebenfalls mit dem Mechanismus (106, 108) zusammenzuwirken, wenn die Drossel (120) in dem Produktankunftsanschluss montiert ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drossel (120) eine Mündung (132) mit der gleichen Geometrie (α132) wie die Geometrie (α112) der Mündung (112) des Anschlussorgans (102) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drossel (120) in dem Innenvolumen (V82) oder in dem Anschlussorgan (102) reversibel montiert ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Strömungswegs (C) zwischen dem Querschnitt eines Abschnitts (14), der sich stromaufseitig der Drossel (120) befindet, und dem Querschnitt einer durch die Drossel gebildeten kalibrierten Leitung (128) progressiv abnimmt.
- Drossel, die ein abgenommenes Teil für eine Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Teil gebildet ist, das wenigstens eine kalibrierte Strömungsleitung (128) für ein Beschichtungsprodukt definiert, deren Länge (L128) zwischen 1 und 25 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 8 und 15 mm und stärker bevorzugt in der Größenordnung von 10 mm liegt und deren maximale transversale Abmessung (d128; e128) kleiner als 2 mm ist und vorzugsweise im Bereich von 0,5 bis 1,8 mm liegt, und dass ein Ende (130) der Drossel (120), das eine Mündung (132) definiert, eine äußere und eine innere kegelstumpfförmige Form, deren Scheitelwinkel (α122, α132) den gleichen Wert haben, besitzt.
- Anlage (2) zum Spritzen eines Beschichtungsprodukts, die wenigstens Folgendes umfasst:- wenigstens einen Vorratsbehälter (6) für das Beschichtungsprodukt,- wenigstens eine Druckluftspritzeinrichtung (8) für das Beschichtungsprodukt,- eine Versorgungspumpe (10) für wenigstens eine Beschichtungsprodukt-Spritzeinrichtung ausgehend von dem Vorratsbehälter für das Beschichtungsprodukt und- eine Versorgungsleitung (14) für die Druckluft-Spritzeinrichtung ausgehend von der Pumpe;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckluft-Spritzeinrichtung (8) und die Versorgungsleitung eine Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 bilden und/oder eine Drossel (120) nach Anspruch 6 enthalten.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (10) am Ausgang mit einem Druckregulierer (116) ausgestattet ist, der reguliert wird, um das Beschichtungsprodukt an die Versorgungsleitung (14) mit einem Druck (P16), der zwischen 0,5 und 3 Bar liegt, auszugeben, und dass die Drossel (120) konfiguriert ist, das Beschichtungsprodukt an die Auslassöffnung (982) mit einem Druck (P82), der kleiner als 1 Bar ist und vorzugsweise zwischen 0,3 und 0,7 Bar liegt, zu liefern.
