Claims (9)

  1. Zerstäuberdüse (28) für ein Fluid-Produkt, umfassend:
    - eine Stirnwand (29),
    - einen Ausgangskanal (30, 32), der sich durch die Stirnwand (29) hindurch erstreckt, wobei der Ausgangskanal von einer Seitenfläche (30b, 32b) begrenzt ist, die im Wesentlichen eine Fläche eines Rotationskörpers um eine Achse (A, A1, A2) senkrecht zu der Stirnwand (29) ist, wobei die Seitenfläche (30b, 32b) des Ausgangskanals (30, 32) wenigstens ein Relief (41) umfasst, das radial in Bezug auf die Achse (A, A1, A2) angeordnet ist,
    - eine Zuführungsleitung (36), die dazu angepasst ist, das Fluid-Produkt in dem Ausgangskanal (30, 32) zuzuführen, wobei die Zuführungsleitung (36) und der Ausgangskanal (30, 32) dazu angepasst sind, das Fluid-Produkt in einer Drehbewegung um die Achse (A, A1, A2) in eine Drehrichtung (F) zu treiben, wobei die Zuführungsleitung (36) sich in einer Ebene senkrecht zu der Achse (A, A1, A2) erstreckt, im Wesentlichen tangential in Bezug auf die Seitenfläche (30b, 32b) des Ausgangskanals (30, 32), zwischen einem stromaufwärts gelagerten Ende, das dazu angepasst ist, mit dem Fluid-Produkt gespeist zu werden, und einem stromabwärts gelagerten Ende, das in die Seitenfläche (30b, 32b) des Ausgangskanals (30, 32) mündet,
    wobei die Zerstäuberdüse (28) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Relief wenigstens eine Aussparung (41) umfasst, die auf der Seitenfläche (30b, 32b) des Ausgangskanals (30, 32) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Seitenfläche aus einer Fläche besteht, die durch die Versetzung einer geradlinigen oder gekrümmten Mantellinie parallel zu der Achse (A, A1, A2) erzeugt wird, entlang einer geschlossenen kreisförmigen oder elliptischen Leitkurve, und die lokal eine sich von der Achse (A, A1, A2) in die Drehrichtung (F) des Fluid-Produkts in dem Ausgangskanal (30, 32) entfernende und die Aussparung bildende Rampe aufweist, wobei die Aussparung dazu angepasst ist, eine statische oberflächliche Schicht aus Fluid-Produkt zu bilden.
  2. Zerstäuberdüse (28) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Ausgangskanal einen stromaufwärts gelagerten Bereich, der eine Wirbelkammer (32) bildet und einen ersten transversalen Abschnitt aufweist, und einen stromabwärts gelagerten Bereich, der eine Ausgangsöffnung (30) bildet und einen zweiten transversalen Abschnitt aufweist, der kleinere Ausmaße aufweist als die des ersten transversalen Abschnitts, umfasst, wobei das stromabwärts gelagerte Ende der Zuführungsleitung (36) in die Seitenfläche (32b) der Wirbelkammer (32) mündet, wobei das Relief (41) auf der Seitenfläche (32b) der Wirbelkammer (32) angeordnet ist.
  3. Zerstäuberdüse (28) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Ausgangskanal einen Bereich umfasst, der eine Ausgangsöffnung (30) bildet, die sich zwischen einem stromaufwärts gelagerten Ende und einem stromabwärts gelagerten Ende erstreckt, wobei das stromabwärts gelagerte Ende der Zuführungsleitung (36) in die Seitenfläche (30b) der Ausgangsöffnung (30) in der Nachbarschaft des stromaufwärts gelagerten Endes der Ausgangsöffnung (30) mündet, wobei das Relief (41) auf der Seitenfläche (30b) der Ausgangsöffnung (30) angeordnet ist.
  4. Zerstäuberdüse (28) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Relief eine Mehrzahl von Unebenheiten umfasst, die eine Rauheit auf der Seitenfläche (30b, 32b) des Ausgangskanals (30, 32) bilden.
  5. Zerstäuberdüse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend mehrere Leitungskanäle (36).
  6. Verteilungsorgan (17), umfassend einen im Allgemeinen zylindrischen Körper und eine Zerstäuberdüse (28) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    wobei der Körper eine Aufnahme (21), die eine Anlagefläche (27) aufweist, und einen Speisungskanal (25, 26) umfasst, der angepasst ist, um die Aufnahme (21) mit dem Fluid-Produkt zu speisen, wobei die Zerstäuberdüse (28) in der Aufnahme (21) angeordnet ist, wobei die Stirnwand (29) die Aufnahme (21) nach außen begrenzt und mit der Anlagefläche (27) in Kontakt kommt, wobei das stromaufwärts gelagerte Ende der Zuführungsleitung (36) in Kommunikation mit dem Speisungskanal (25, 26) steht.
  7. Verteiler (1), umfassend:
    - ein Reservoir (3), das eine Öffnung (5) aufweist und angepasst ist, ein Fluid-Produkt zu enthalten,
    - eine Verteilungsvorrichtung (7), die in der Öffnung (5) angebracht ist und eine Spritz-Düse (10) umfasst, die translativ verlagerbar ist, in Kommunikation mit dem Reservoir (3) steht und angepasst ist, um unter Druck das Fluid-Produkt abzugeben,
    - ein Verteilungsorgan (17) nach Anspruch 6, das auf der Spritz-Düse (10) angebracht ist, um die Spritz-Düse (10) zu verlagern, wobei der Speisungskanal (25, 26) in Kommunikation mit der Spritz-Düse (10) steht.
  8. Verteiler (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Reservoir (3) ein Fluid-Produkt enthält, das eine Viskosität aufweist, die bei 20°C kleiner als oder gleich 10 Pa*s ist.
  9. Verwendung einer Zerstäuberdüse (28) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, um ein Fluid-Produkt zu zerstäuben, das eine Viskosität aufweist, die bei 20°C kleiner als oder gleich 10 Pa*s ist.
