Claims (6)

  1. Schieberansatz für einen Spender für ein flüssiges oder halbflüssiges Produkt, umfassend Mittel (P) zum Ausgeben des Produkts unter Druck, die an einem Produktvorratsbehälter angebracht sind und mit einem Ausstoßrohr (E) versehen sind, das nach außen vorspringt, wobei der Ansatz Folgendes umfasst:
    ein Nadelventil (1) zum dichten Schließen der Sprühöffnung (50a), die am Ende des Ansatzes ausgebildet ist, wobei die Bewegung des Nadelventils (1) durch einen inneren Druck in einer Vorkompressionszelle (10) gesteuert wird;
    eine äußere Umhüllung (5);
    Mittel für die Befestigung an dem Ausstoßrohr (E), das aus einem Schaft (4) besteht, von dem eines der Enden einen Ring (41) für die Verbindung mit dem Ausstoßrohr (E) aufweist und das eine Rückzugskammer (20) begrenzt, die durch einen umlaufenden Dichtungsring (13a), der von einer Basis (13) des Nadelventils (1) getragen wird, hermetisch verschlossen ist;
    gekennzeichnet durch
    Mittel zum Zuführen des Produkts zu einer Wirbelkammer (54), die sich in der Nähe der Sprühöffnung (50a) befindet, die einen Kern (3) umfasst, der in der Umhüllung (5) vorgesehen ist und von einer mittigen Bohrung (31) durchquert wird zum Führen eines axialen Stabs (12), der fest mit dem Nadelventil (1) verbunden ist, wobei der Kern (3) Mittel zum Verbinden mit dem Schaft (4) aufweist und einen stromabwärtigen seitlichen Kanal (30) ausbildet, der seitlich in einem oberen Teil in der Wirbelkammer (54) mündet; und
    eine innere Hülse (51), die von der Umhüllung (5) getragen wird, wobei der Schaft (4) in die innere Hülse (51) eingeschoben ist, wobei die innere Hülse (51) mit dem Schaft (4) einen ringförmigen Zwischenraum (60) für das flüssige Produkt definiert, wobei der Raum mindestens teilweise die Mittel zum Zuführen des Produkts von dem Ende des Ausstoßrohrs (E) bis in die Nähe der Sprühöffnung (50a) bildet.
  2. Ansatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende des Ausstoßrohrs (E) mit einer Buchse (D) versehen ist, die in den Ring (41) des Schafts (4) eintritt, wobei der Durchmesser des Rings dergestalt ist, dass er die Buchse in radialer Einspannung aufnehmen kann.
  3. Ansatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Raum (43) zur Kontrolle der Dichtigkeit der Rückzugskammer (20) aufweist, der mit pneumatischen Messmitteln in Kommunikation gebracht werden kann.
  4. Ansatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Zuführen der Flüssigkeit einen stromaufwärtigen Kanal (40) für die Versorgung mit Flüssigkeit umfassen, der durch den Schaft (4) hindurch ausgebildet ist und dessen Einlassöffnung in der Nähe der Mittel für die Befestigung an dem Ausstoßrohr (E) befindlich ist, während die Auslassöffnung außerhalb des Schafts mündet.
  5. Ansatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die innere Hülse (51) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer als der des Schafts (4) ist, so dass er den ringförmigen Zwischenraum (60) für das flüssige Produkt bildet.
  6. Ansatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine umlaufende Auflagezone (53) aufweist, die in der Nähe seiner Mittel für die Befestigung an dem Ende des Ausstoßrohrs (E) ausgebildet ist.
