Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液体或半液体产品的喷嘴。
更具体地说,本发明涉及一种安装在如鼻腔喷雾器的药品或化妆品产品分配器上的喷嘴。
背景技术
已知的喷嘴大致包括在其下部设置有形成按钮的项环(collar)的外部伸出部分、在其上部提供端部喷嘴并在其下部与一装置的喷射管相连的内部管,该装置安装在容纳产品的瓶子的颈部用于受压输送产品,如泵或阀。
然而,这种喷嘴具有不包含自己的密封装置的缺点。
事实上,形成于喷嘴内部用于从喷出管的端部向上为喷嘴出口输送液体的管道不具有任何类型能够保证临时性封闭的元件。
尽管泵或阀都装有这种能够保持瓶子水密性的装置,但是这种在喷嘴处不能令人满意的密封状态对产品而言是不利的,特别是在药品和化妆品领域中。
更加具体地,这个问题涉及到在两个连续的喷射之间保留在喷嘴的上述管道中被浪费的产品的体积。另外,传统的喷嘴无法实现这样的喷射:对于不同的流速、压力、喷出角度,从开始到产品剂量恢复(restitution)的最后,该喷射都是恒定的并且与手动挤压速度无关。
这种不连续性有损用户的使用舒适度,当产品为药物时,也不利于产品的吸收。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决这个问题并提供一种具有加强紧固性的特定结构的喷嘴。
根据本发明,通过使用一种喷嘴而达到该目的,该喷嘴的特征在于,所述喷嘴包括能够保证将设置于所述喷嘴端部的喷出口紧密封闭的针阀、用于在喷出管上固定的装置以及用于向靠近所述开口的湍流腔供给产品的装置。
根据有利特征,固定装置伸入喷嘴桶体(barrel)中,该固定装置的一端具有用于与输送装置的喷出管相连的环。
根据一个有利的变化形式,喷出管的上端设置有可以装入所述桶体的环的孔洞,所述环的直径为可以通过径向紧固而装入所述套筒(sleeve)中。
根据一个具体的特征,所述桶体包含回缩腔,该回缩腔被所述针阀的项环带有的外围密封环紧密地封闭。
根据另一个特征,该喷嘴包括用于检查回缩腔的密封性的控制外壳,该外壳可以与气动检测装置连通。
根据另一个变化形式,所述向湍流腔供给产品的装置包括固定的芯部,引导与所述阀成一体的轴向杆中心孔穿过该芯部,所述芯部具有用于与所述桶体进行连接的装置并设置有在上部侧向地向湍流腔开口的末端通道。
根据另外一个特征,所述用于供给液体的装置包括被设置穿过所述桶体用于供给液体的上游通道,该上游通道的入口靠近在喷出管上的固定装置,而出口向所述桶体的外侧开口。

优选地,所述内部套筒的直径大于所述桶体的直径,以便限定用于所述液体产品的中间环形空间,所述管道(passage)至少部分地构成用于从喷出管的端部向上为所述喷出孔(spraying hole)附近地方供给所述产品的装置。
根据具体的特征,所述喷嘴具有用作抵靠而设置在靠近在喷出管端部上的固定装置的外围区域。
根据本发明的喷嘴提供加强的密封,因此能够保证其物理化学方面的性能,以及保证无论是容器中的空间还是被输送剂量中的产品的卫生质量。
另外,针阀是紧凑型的,因而可更容易并入喷嘴的结构中,同时通过类似于阀的突然导通,还能够在喷射过程中获得精确和集中的产品分配。
根据本发明的喷嘴,使对可移动针的引导功能以及使末端通道中向内部喷嘴供给的产品进行循环的功能分开。
因此,当针回缩以打开出口时,在针的整个行程过程中,通道的轮廓没有变化而且用于产品的管道截面保持不变,这保证了喷嘴供给参数(速度、压力)的稳定性,因此也保证了喷射的平稳与均匀。
最后,喷嘴与输送装置的连接特别简单而且稳固,这确保易于装配并且当喷嘴被按压而致动时,能够使其在瓶子上保持轴向平行,这对于拥有可靠而精确的剂量是必要条件。

具体实施方式
图1至4中所示的喷嘴示出了具有锥形的外壳5,该锥形外壳具有至少在其上部限定了内部管50的壁的中心轴线,该内部管通过小直径的喷孔50a向上朝外开口并向下延伸通过内部套筒51。
如图2所示,外壳5具有覆盖瓶子颈部的下部外裙部52。
同样如图2所示,有利地,可移动的盖子C可以覆盖外壳5的上部。
喷嘴的外壳5具有靠近其固定装置而设置的凹陷的外部区域53,该固定装置用于固定到喷出管E的端部并能够手动按压喷嘴而致动产品分配装置。
喷嘴还包含容纳于管50中的阀,该阀具有针1,针的上端1a与湍流腔54的出口50a配合,因而形成喷出喷嘴。
因此,端部1a具有销,销的轮廓与孔50a的轮廓匹配,在该孔中,销被插入用于紧密地封闭该孔,如同塞子。
针1的下端1b与螺旋回复弹簧2配合,为了用于使阀打开所需压力的阀值以及用于喷射所需参数的功能,该弹簧被仔细称重(iscarefully weighted)。
当阀关闭时,弹簧致动器2向上挤压针1,以确保腔室54的密封性。
通常来说,湍流腔54位于喷嘴内部靠近孔50a并包括位于喷嘴内壁上的切向凹槽。
针1由轴向杆12构成,该轴向杆先是由带有外围环13a的项环13,之后由下部楔状定心指状物14向下延伸,该定心指状物与弹簧2配合并伸入其中。
在上部,内部管50设置有大致圆柱形的芯部3。中心引导孔31穿过芯部3,针1的轴向杆12可以在该孔中滑动。在其上部壳体中,芯部3被径向紧固而不能活动,其上表面部分地封闭湍流腔54的凹槽,为了输送产品,该湍流腔向末端通道30侧向开口并被限定在芯部3的纵向平部分32与喷嘴的内部导管50的壁部之间。
喷嘴包含具有附加部分的形状的桶体4,其与内部导管50接合。桶体的下端具有环41,该环可以保证与在泵P或阀类(参考图2)的压力之下输送产品的装置喷出管E的连接。
喷出管E的端部具有孔洞(socket)D,该孔洞具有用于受压液体的上部出口,该上部出口被安装在桶体4的连接环41。
环41的直径是这样的:该环能够以紧密的径向密封而容纳孔洞D。
桶体4限定了回缩腔20,在该回缩腔中设有弹簧2并且在其上部该回缩腔被移动针1的项环13与密封环13a紧密地封闭。桶体4包含横截面板42,该横截面板作为弹簧尾端2在管道20中的抵靠表面并位于壳体43的上方,这使得在与气动检测装置连通时能够检查密封性。
壳体43具有侧孔44,这一方面使得在针插入桶体4中时能够排出压缩空气,另一方面能够检测压力,其目的是检测项环13和其密封环13与桶体4之间的密封性。
桶体4被装入内部导管50中直至环41的位置,该环的直径大于桶体的直径,向上紧邻并抵靠在内部套筒51的下部边缘上。
在其上部,套筒51的边缘抵靠于芯部3所带的径向肩部33上,该肩部保证了该套筒的保持以及其被楔定在通道50之中,并能够保证了预压缩小室(cell)10的完整性。
芯部3还包含以一组锚垫34(anchoring pads)的形式而被装入桶体4上部用于与桶体4连接的装置,同时限定了产品预压缩小室10,该小室位于芯部3的下方及项环13的上方。
小室10具有位于下游带有产品的末端通道13,这个小室内部的内压使得针1发生位移并因此使阀打开和关闭。
用于供给产品的装置进一步在其下端包括用于供给液体的上游通道40。该上游通道40平行于喷嘴的轴线并在其下端具有位于连接环41内部的入口,而在其上端,出口向中间环形空间60侧向开口,该环形空间位于桶体41的外壁与套筒51的内壁之间。
环41的底部具有腔室45,该腔室形成与孔洞D的出口端相反的死(dead)空间,通道40的入口设置在该空间中。
空间60在其上部与小室10以及末端通道30相通。
图3a至3d示出了,在通过按压喷嘴使产品受压喷出过程中,流体产品在供给装置的不同的部分行进过程。
当小室10中的压力达到一个阀值时导致针1向下进入腔室20中并且当如图3d中所示的湍流腔54同时负载时,针阀打开。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于液体或半液体产品的分配器的按钮式喷嘴,该产品分配器包括用于受压时输送产品的装置(P),该装置(P)安装在容纳产品的瓶子上并设置有向外凸出的喷出管(E),所述喷嘴包括:
用于紧密封闭设置在所述喷嘴端部的喷孔(50a)的针阀(1),预压缩小室(10)内部的内压使得所述针阀进行位移;
外壳(5);
用于在喷出管上的固定装置,所述固定装置包括桶体(4),该桶体的一端具有用于与喷出管(E)连接的环(41)并且该桶体限定了回缩腔(20),该回缩腔被所述针阀的项环(13)支撑的外围密封(13a)紧密地封闭;
用于向位置靠近所述喷孔的湍流腔(54)供给产品的装置,该用于向湍流腔供给产品的装置包括芯部(3),所述芯部(3)设在外壳(5)当中,用于引导与所述针阀成为一体的轴向杆(12)的中心孔(31)穿过该芯部(3),所述芯部(3)具有用于与所述桶体(4)连接的装置并布置有在湍流腔(54)的上部侧向开口的下游侧边通道(30);以及
