Claims (10)
- Dispositif de coupe pour la coupe de revêtements de sol, en particulier de revêtements de sol design, dans lequel une pluralité d'unités de coupe (9, 9', 9") sont agencées l'une derrière l'autre dans le sens de transport (T), des moyens de transport (10) sont prévus pour le transport d'une bande de revêtement de sol (6) le long du sens de transport (T), des moyens de réglage (11) sont associés à la pluralité d'unités de coupe (9) de sorte que les unités de coupe (9) peuvent être positionnées dans différentes positions de coupe de manière décalée latéralement dans un sens transversal (Q) s'étendant transversalement au sens de transport (T) de sorte que des bandes partielles (14) peuvent être coupées à partir de la bande de revêtement de sol (6), dont la largeur (b) dépend de l'agencement relatif des unités de coupe (9) dans le sens transversal l'une par rapport à l'autre, et dans lequel les moyens de réglage (11) sont réalisés de sorte que des unités de coupe (9, 9', 9") adjacentes sont agencées l'une par rapport à une même distance transversale (Δy).
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (11) sont réalisés de sorte qu'une première unité de coupe (9') la plus en arrière dans le sens de transport (T) est agencée dans la zone d'un premier bord latéral (15) et/ou d'un deuxième bord latéral (16) du dispositif de coupe et d'autres unités de coupe (9, 9") sont agencées à une distance latérale croissante (y2, y3, yn) dans le sens transversal (Q) de manière décalée par rapport à la première unité de coupe (9').
- Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de coupe (9, 9', 9") forme conjointement avec le moyen de transport (10) et le moyen de réglage (11) un module de coupe (8), dont le nombre dans le sens de transport (T) est sélectionné de sorte qu'une longueur (I) des modules de coupe (8) agencés l'un derrière l'autre est supérieure à une longueur s'étendant dans le sens de transport (T) de la bande de revêtement de sol (6).
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les unités de coupe (9,9', 9") présentent respectivement une paire de rouleaux de coupe (12), qui sont agencés l'un au-dessus de l'autre dans la direction verticale.
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les modules de coupe (8) sont agencés sur un support (2) commun.
- Dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un module de coupe (8) présente deux unités de coupe (9, 9', 9") agencées l'une à côté de l'autre dans le sens transversal (Q), dans lequel les unités de coupe (8) sont agencées de sorte que le début des lignes de coupe (13) au niveau de la bande de revêtement de sol (6) s'étend symétriquement à un plan médian (18) s'étendant dans le sens de transport (T) de la bande de revêtement de sol (6).
- Procédé de coupe de revêtements de sol, en particulier de revêtements de sol design, dans lequel une bande de revêtement de sol (6) est mise à disposition dans un plan de transport (E) et dans lequel une ligne de coupe (13) est générée au moyen d'une unité de coupe (9, 9', 9"), caractérisé en ce que la bande de revêtement de sol (6) est acheminée en continu dans un sens de transport (T), dans lequel une première ligne de coupe (13) est générée au moyen d'unités de coupe (9, 9', 9") agencées de manière décalée transversalement au sens de transport (T) lorsqu'une première unité de coupe (9') est atteinte par l'arête avant (20) de la bande de revêtement de sol (6) et une deuxième ligne de coupe (13) est générée lorsqu'une deuxième unité de coupe (9") agencée de manière décalée dans le sens transversal (Q) est atteinte par l'arête avant (20) de la bande de revêtement de sol (6), de sorte qu'avec l'extraction de la bande de revêtement de sol (6) de l'unité de coupe (9) la plus en avant dans le sens de transport (T), toutes les bandes partielles (14) sont coupées à la largeur (b) prédéfinie, et que la largeur (b) des bandes partielles (14) dépend d'une distance transversale (Δy) des unités de coupe (9, 9', 9").
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de coupe (14) sont générées l'une après l'autre et de manière décalée latéralement pendant le transport de la bande de revêtement de sol (6) dans le sens de transport (T).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la bande de revêtement de sol (6) est transportée dans le plan de transport (E).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de coupe (13) débutent l'une après l'autre, dans lequel une ligne de coupe (13) est d'abord générée dans la zone d'un premier bord latéral (15) et/ou d'un deuxième bord latéral (16) de la bande de revêtement de sol (6) et une dernière ligne de coupe (13) est générée dans la zone d'une ligne médiane (18) de la bande de revêtement de sol (6) ou au niveau d'un bord (16) opposé de la bande de revêtement de sol (6).
