Claims (9)

  1. Pince (1) avec deux branches de pince (2, 3) se croisant dans un axe d'articulation (4), dont une branche de pince (3) est mobile et l'autre branche de pince (2) est fixe, et avec un ressort (18) agencé entre la branche de pince fixe (2) et l'axe d'articulation (4), qui vient soutenir un engagement denté de l'axe d'articulation (4), dans laquelle les branches de pince (2, 3) forment d'un côté de l'axe d'articulation (4) des parties formant poignée (5, 6) et de l'autre côté une bouche de pince (M), dans laquelle en outre l'axe d'articulation (4), à travers lequel s'étend aussi un axe de pivotement (x) de la branche mobile de pince (3), est déplaçable dans une fente longitudinale (9) de la branche fixe (2) et dans laquelle la branche de pince mobile (3) peut être sélectivement fixée par rapport au bras de pince fixe (2) au moyen d'un engagement denté entre l'axe d'articulation (4) et la fente longitudinale (9) dans la direction d'un plan qui passe par les branches de pince (2, 3), dans laquelle, en outre, l'axe d'articulation (4) est reçu dans une ouverture (13) qui n'est que partiellement circulaire et qui présente une forme d'entraînement (29, 30) s'écartant du tracé circulaire pour coopérer avec une contre-forme d'entraînement (31) de l'axe d'articulation (4), dans laquelle l'axe d'articulation (4) est guidé de manière pivotante dans la partie circulaire (28) de l'ouverture (13) et une ligne circulaire (K) est prédéterminée par la partie circulaire (28) de l'ouverture (13), caractérisée en ce que la forme d'entraînement (29, 30) fait saillie radialement vers l'intérieur par rapport à la ligne circulaire (K) et la contre-forme d'entraînement (31) est également formée à l'intérieur de la ligne circulaire (K).
  2. Pince selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la forme d'entraînement (29, 30) et/ou la contre-forme d'entraînement (31) sont arrondies par rapport à leur contour intérieur, respectivement extérieur.
  3. Pince selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sont réalisées deux formes d'entraînement (29, 30) qui sont réparties sur la circonférence.
  4. Pince selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'axe d'articulation (4) peut tourner librement dans l'ouverture (13) sur une plage angulaire de 10 à 45°.
  5. Pince selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'axe d'articulation (4) forme au moins sur un côté une partie de support (34) qui, par rapport à la direction d'extension de l'axe de rotation (x), est décalée par rapport aux dents d'engagement (14) qui sont formées sur l'axe d'articulation (4).
  6. Pince selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la partie de support (34) est réalisée sous la forme d'une partie cylindrique (21).
  7. Pince selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie de support (34) peut venir en appui sur une surface extérieure de la branche de pince (2) présentant la fente longitudinale (9).
  8. Pince selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la partie de support (34) est reçue dans un évidement de la branche de pince mobile (3).
  9. Pince selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la partie de support (34) est reçue dans un évidement (37) de la branche de pince (2) présentant la fente longitudinale (9).
