Abstract

本扳手为机械领域常用工具。由活动扳口、销、弹簧片、扳把组成。扳手正向自锁反向打滑，连续往复操作，自动夹紧工件，除拧螺栓、方钢外，还能拧旋圆钢，钢管等。活动扳口尾部有单拨爪和双拨爪两种，双拨爪指两侧都有拨爪，操作更方便。

Description

快速自调扳手
本扳手为机械设备、金属结构、施工机具等装卸维修的常用工具。
现有扳手拧螺拴每拧一下都要提一次扳手换一个六方位置，一种螺栓尺寸要调节一次扳口，而且不能拧园形工件。
本实用新型操作时不用换六方位置，只要连续往复扳拧即可。对不同尺寸的螺栓，扳口在一定范围内自动调节。比现有扳手提高工效1－2倍。本扳手可兼拧钢管、园钢等园形工件，具有一物多用的功能。
本扳手由活动扳口（1）、销（2）、弹簧片（3）和扳把（4）组成，扳口工作点的压力角范围为86°～81.5°。活动扳口尾部的拔爪有单爪和双爪两种，双爪指板口尾部两侧都有拔爪，不论螺拴朝向左右前后上下，用双爪操作更为方便。活动扳口和扳把的工作部位有齿牙，活动扳口与弹簧片之间由小园弧面接触。弹簧片为矩形薄板弹簧，末端开洞，直接固定在扳把的一定位置上。
本扳手正向转动自锁，反向转动打滑。扳口自动夹紧大小不等的工件，扳手对工件锁紧可靠，即使没有齿牙，拧螺拴也不会打滑。按扳口启闭大小，本扳手有多种规格，工作范围M2.5－M48。

Claims (5)

1、一种由活动板口(1)销(2)和板把(4)组成的扳手，其特征在于板口与板把之间具有一个弹簧(3)。
2、根据权利1，所述的扳手，其特征在于扳口的几何角度，压力角范围为86°～81.5°。
3、根据权利2所述的板手，其特征在于活动板口尾部有单拔爪和双拔爪两种型式，双拔爪指左右两侧都有拨爪。
4、根据权利2或3所述的板手，其特征在于活动板口和扳把的工作部位设有一定角度的齿。
5、根据权利1所述的板手，其特征在于活动板口尾部有一小园弧面与弹簧片接触。
