Claims (15)

  1. Aufrechtes oder vertikales Klavier (500), das wahlweise in einem Normal-Modus und in zwei oder mehr Soft-Modi spielbar ist, wobei das Klavier Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Satz mehrerer Klaviertasten (410);
    einen Satz mehrerer Klaviermechaniken, die den mehreren Klaviertasten zugeordnet sind, wobei jede Klaviermechanik eine Klavierwippenanordnung (250) beinhaltet, die durch Drücken einer entsprechenden Klaviertaste betätigt wird;
    einen Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer (235), wobei jeder Klavierhammer zur Drehbewegung montiert ist und eine Vorwärtswurfrichtung zu zumindest einer entsprechenden Klaviersaite (180) definiert, wobei jeder Klavierhammer durch eine entsprechende Klavierwippenanordnung angetrieben wird, um eine auf eine zugeordnete Klaviertaste ausgeübte Kraft zu übertragen; und
    ein Soft-Modus-Pedalsystem, das Folgendes umfasst:
    ein Soft-Modus-Pedal und ein Ultra-Soft-Modus-Pedal;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Soft-Modus-Pedalsystem ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Hammerauflageschiene (270), die für eine Bewegung zwischen einer Normal-Modus-Position, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruheposition in einem Abstand zu entsprechenden Klaviersaiten angeordnet ist, einer Soft-Modus-Position, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhepositionen näher zu den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten relativ zur Normal-Modus-Position bewegt ist, und einer Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhepositionen noch näher zu den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten relativ zur Normal-Modus-Position bewegt ist, montiert ist;
    eine Klaviertastenhebeschiene (400), die für eine Bewegung zwischen einer Normal-Modus-Position, die von einem Hebekontakt mit Klaviertasten des Satzes mehrerer Klaviertasten beabstandet ist, einer Soft-Modus-Position, die in Kontakt mit den Klaviertasten angeordnet ist und diese zusammen mit den Klavierwippenanordnungen anhebt, und einer Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position, die in Kontakt mit den Klaviertasten angeordnet ist und diese zusammen mit den Klavierwippenanordnungen weiter anhebt, montiert ist; und
    eine Soft-Modus-Pedalverbindungsanordnung, die in Verbindung zwischen dem Soft-Modus-Pedal und dem Ultra-Soft-Modus-Pedal und der Hammerauflageschiene und der Klaviertastenhebeschiene steht, wobei eine Betätigung durch Drücken des Soft-Modus-Pedals eine Bewegung der Hammerauflageschiene zusammen mit den Klavierhämmern bewirkt und eine Bewegung der Klaviertasten zusammen mit den Klavierwippenanordnungen zwischen der Normal-Modus-Position und der Soft-Modus-Position bewirkt und wobei eine Betätigung durch Drücken des Ultra-Soft-Modus-Pedals eine relativ weitere Bewegung der Hammerauflageschiene zusammen mit den Klavierhämmern bewirkt und eine relativ weitere Bewegung der Klaviertasten zusammen mit den Klavierwippenanordnungen zwischen der Normal-Modus-Position und der Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position bewirkt.
  2. Klavier nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Ultra-Soft-Modus-Pedal ein mittleres Fußpedal (502) ist und wobei optional das Soft-Modus-Pedal ein linkes Fußpedal (504) ist.
  3. Klavier nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Hammerauflageschiene zusätzlich für eine Bewegung in eine Laut-Modus-Position montiert ist, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhepositionen weiter von den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten weg bewegt ist, wobei die Klaviertastenhebeschiene zusätzlich für eine Bewegung in eine Laut-Modus-Position montiert ist, die der sie in Kontakt mit den Klaviertasten angeordnet ist und diese absenkt.
  4. Klavier nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
    eine Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung, die zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in einer Position angeordnet ist, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhepositionen relativ näher zu den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten bewegt ist,
    wobei eine Betätigung durch Drücken des Soft-Modus-Pedals eine Bewegung der Klaviertasten zusammen mit der Klavierwippenanordnungen in die Soft-Modus-Position bewirkt und
    wobei eine Betätigung durch Drücken des Ultra-Soft-Modus-Pedals eine relativ weitere Bewegung der Klaviertasten zusammen mit der Klavierwippenanordnungen in die Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position bewirkt.
  5. Klavier nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in zumindest einer der Soft-Modus-Position und der Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position durch Verriegelungseingriff eines linken Fußpedals angeordnet ist.
  6. Klavier nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in zumindest einer der Soft-Modus-Position und der Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position durch Verriegelungseingriff eines mittleren Fußpedals angeordnet ist.
  7. Klavier nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in zumindest einer der Soft-Modus-Position und der Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position durch Verriegelungseingriff eines Aktuators angeordnet ist.
  8. Klavier nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in zumindest einer der Soft-Modus-Position und der Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position durch Verriegelungseingriff eines fußbetätigten Aktuators angeordnet ist.
  9. Klavier nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in zumindest einer der Soft-Modus-Position und der Ultra-Soft-Modus-Position durch Verriegelungseingriff eines handbetätigten Aktuators angeordnet ist.
  10. Klavier nach Anspruch 9, wobei der handbetätigte Aktuator ein handbetätigtes Aktuatorkabel ist.
  11. Aufrechtes oder vertikales Klavier (500), das wahlweise in einem Normal-Modus und in zwei oder mehr anderen Modi spielbar ist, wobei das Klavier Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Satz mehrerer Klaviertasten (410);
    einen Satz mehrerer Klaviermechaniken, die den mehreren Klaviertasten zugeordnet sind, wobei jede Klaviermechanik eine Klavierwippenanordnung (250) beinhaltet, die durch Drücken einer entsprechenden Klaviertaste betätigt wird;
    einen Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer (235), wobei jeder Klavierhammer zur Drehbewegung montiert ist und eine Vorwärtswurfrichtung zu zumindest einer entsprechenden Klaviersaite (180) definiert, wobei jeder Klavierhammer durch eine entsprechende Klavierwippenanordnung angetrieben wird, um eine auf eine zugeordnete Klaviertaste ausgeübte Kraft zu übertragen; und
    ein Pedalsystem, umfassend:
    zwei Fußpedale, wobei zumindest ein Fußpedal einen Bewegungsbereich aufweist, der relativ unterschiedliche Weichheits- oder Lautstärkeniveaus erzeugt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pedalsystem ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Hammerauflageschiene (270), die für eine Bewegung zwischen einer Normal-Modus-Position, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruheposition in einem Abstand zu entsprechenden Klaviersaiten angeordnet ist, einer Soft-Modus-Position, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer näher zu den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten relativ zu den Normal-Modus-Positionen bewegt ist, und einer Laut-Modus-Position, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhepositionen weiter von den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten weg relativ zu den Normal-Modus-Positionen bewegt ist, montiert ist;
    eine Klaviertastenhebeschiene (400), die zur Bewegung zwischen einer Normal-Modus-Position, in der sie von einem Hebekontakt mit Klaviertasten des Satzes mehrerer Klaviertasten beabstandet ist, einer Soft-Modus-Position, in der sie in Kontakt mit den Klaviertasten angeordnet ist und diese zusammen mit den Klavierwippenanordnungen anhebt, und einer Laut-Modus-Position, in der sie in Kontakt mit den Klaviertasten angeordnet ist und diese zusammen mit den Klavierwippenanordnungen absenkt, montiert ist; und
    eine Pedalverbindungsanordnung in Verbindung zwischen dem Pedal und der Hammerauflageschiene und der Klaviertastenhebeschiene, wobei eine Betätigung durch Drücken des Pedals eine Bewegung der Hammerauflageschiene zusammen mit den Klavierhämmern bewirkt und eine Bewegung der Klaviertasten zusammen mit der Klavierwippenanordnungen zwischen der Normal-Modus-Position, der Soft-Modus-Position und der Laut-Modus-Position bewirkt.
  12. Klavier nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Klavier ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung, die zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in einer Position, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhepositionen relativ näher zu oder weiter von den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten relativ zu den Normal-Modus-Positionen bewegt ist; und
    wobei die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung zumindest ein Fußpedal in der Form eines Doppelverriegelungspedals umfasst, das in einem Pedalbewegungsschlitz montiert ist, mit einer relativ niedrigeren Kerbe auf einer Seite des Pedalbewegungsschlitzes für einen relativ weichen Modus und einer relativ höheren Kerbe auf einer gegenüberliegenden Seite des Pedalbewegungsschlitzes für einen relativ weniger weichen Modus.
  13. Klavier nach Anspruch 12, wobei die zumindest zwei Fußpedale ein linkes Pedal mit einer Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung und ein mittleres Pedal mit einer Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung beinhalten.
  14. Klavier nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Klavier ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung, die zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in einer Position angeordnet ist, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhepositionen näher zu oder weiter von den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten relativ zu den Normal-Modus-Positionen bewegt ist;
    wobei die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung mehrere Einstellungen aufweist und wobei optional die Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung eine handbetätigte Kabelverriegelung umfasst.
  15. Klavier nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Klavier ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Hammerauflageschienenverriegelung, die zum Sichern der Hammerauflageschiene in einer Position angeordnet ist, in der der Satz mehrerer Klavierhämmer in Ruhestellungen näher zu oder weiter von den entsprechenden Klaviersaiten relativ zu den Normal-Modus-Positionen bewegt ist;
