Definitions
- the present invention relates to a bucket fitted to a vehicle intended to move, transport, dump and spread a bulk material over a selected thickness.
- Spreading is defined as being to spread a product, a material on the ground by dispersing it.
- the document FR2779456 describes a leveling blade fitted to a vehicle and intended for handling bulk materials. However, this device is not intended to adjust a thickness of a spreading.
- the document US4055255 describes a work vehicle comprising a bucket.
- the bucket makes it possible to choose the quantity of bulk material to be discharged, but in no case is the bucket presented intended to adjust a thickness of the material layer during the spreading phase.
- the present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.
- the bucket has several functions: loading, moving, transporting, dumping or spreading a bulk material over a chosen thickness.
- the thickness of the bulk material discharged during the spreading phase is kept at a fixed level using the roller regardless of the differences in soil levels encountered.
- the attachment clip is floating and adapts to the ground to ensure the same thickness of the bulk material when spreading.
- the bucket makes it possible to follow the contour of the road.
- the bucket follows the support perfectly and adapts to all types of loaders (loader, backhoe loader, telehandler, tractor ).
- the vertical play of the fixing clip is of the order of 0.5 to 50 cm, preferably 1 to 15 cm.
- said roller is movable in vertical translation relative to the ground so as to vary the height of the bucket relative to the ground.
- the hatch is movable in rectilinear translation supported by slides on each side of the hatch, said mobility is actuated by jacks.
- the length of the roll is at least half the length of the bucket.
- the bucket comprises a plurality of doors movable in rectilinear translation.
- the bucket can dump a certain amount of bulk material only from one side or the other.
- the fact of opening it to a certain length makes it possible to vary the width of the strip of bulk material to be spread.
- Another advantage is for example to open a hatch above a wheelbarrow and to be able to dump loose material in order to fill the wheelbarrow.
- it has a surface reducing the opening created by the opening panel in the open position.
- the surface is movable in translation by an element for adjusting the position of the surface with respect to the opening created by the opening panel in the open position.
- the invention also relates to a vehicle equipped with a bucket described above.
- the figures 1 and 2 show a perspective diagram of the loading of bulk material into the bucket. These two figures show the step of loading the bulk material in two different views.
- the bucket is used to load bulk material from a stopper. In another exemplary embodiment, the bucket is used to recover bulk material under a hatch of a truck.
- the figures 3 and 4 show a diagram of the discharge of bulk material from the bucket. These two figures show a step in the discharge of the bulk material according to two different views.
- the opening hatch allows the bulk material to be released and poured out.
- the figures 5 and 6 represent a diagram of the spreading of a bulk material with the bucket object of the present invention. These two figures show a step of spreading the bulk material according to two different views.
- FIG 6 shows the roller adjusted so that the bottom of the bucket is kept a certain distance from the ground. In this way, the roller ensures the thickness of the bulk material. Adjusting this distance adjusts the thickness of the material layer distributed after the spreading phase.
- the figure 7 shows the bucket on which the cranks 26 are shown.
- the adjustment system 25, the roller 27 and the support panel 22 are shown.
- the figure 8 shows an exploded view of a bucket. There is shown two side panels 20 extending from either side of a loading panel 21, the support panel 22 to which the adjustment system 25 is fixed with the roller 27 and the cranks 26. Also shown is the panel. opening 23 comprising a hatch 24.
- the loading panel 21 has four edges, two edges connecting the side panels 20, a loading edge 211 delimiting a part of the main opening of the bucket, an unloading edge 212 delimiting part of a secondary opening.
- the unloading edge is on the other side of the panel from the loading edge 211.
- the opening secondary is controlled by the opening of the hatch 24 on the opening panel 23.
- the figures 9 and 10 show two variants of the bucket with two types of attachment 28 different for one type of vehicle.
- the two fasteners have the same functions but only differ from the system for fixing to the vehicle.
- the attachment is made so that it adapts to the chosen vehicle while keeping the rotation and translation so that the attachment is floating with respect to the ground.
- the figure 11 shows a side view of the bucket. It is visible a roller connected to the adjustment system 25.
- the roller 27 is made of steel and located at the rear of the bucket. When the bucket is in the spreading position, the roller 27 rests on the ground.
