Claims (3)

  1. Arbre d'enroulement destiné à recevoir au moins un mandrin d'enroulement, avec un corps d'arbre en matière plastique renforcée par des fibres, en particulier en CFC,
    avec au moins deux paliers à au moins une extrémité de l'arbre d'enroulement, avec des éléments de serrage répartis sur la circonférence et sur la longueur axiale et pouvant coulisser radialement pour serrer, maintenir et libérer les mandrins d'enroulement,
    caractérisé
    en ce que
    l'arbre d'enroulement est agencé pour maintenir des mandrins d'enroulement d'un diamètre intérieur de 80 mm maximum,
    en ce que des éléments de serrage (20) destinés au pré-centrage du mandrin d'enroulement et des éléments de serrage (21) destinés au serrage du mandrin d'enroulement sont prévus et disposés de façon alternée dans le sens circonférentiel, les éléments de serrage (20, 21) pouvant se déplacer vers l'extérieur dans la direction de l'arbre d'enroulement, les éléments de serrage (20, 21) comprenant une base (22) élargie et pouvant coulisser à l'intérieur d'ouvertures (23), la base (22) pouvant coulisser à l'intérieur d'une rainure (24) élargie, la rainure (24) élargie servant de limitation de course,
    en ce que, pour la sortie des éléments de serrage, il est prévu des tuyaux (25), lesquels sont insérés entre la rainure élargie et la surface de la base (22) éloignée de l'élément de serrage (20, 21) respectif, lesquels peuvent être remplis d'un gaz et peuvent être mis sous pression, tous les tuyaux (25) pouvant être alimentés en gaz par un tuyau de gaz comprimé (27) central, tous les tuyaux (25) étant raccordés par une conduite de raccordement au tuyau de gaz comprimé (27) central, et
    en ce qu'il est prévu un système d'étranglement, ou les éléments de serrage (21) peuvent, pour le serrage, être exposés à une force de ressort pour ralentir le mouvement des éléments de serrage (21) pour le serrage par rapport au mouvement des éléments de serrage (20) pour le pré-centrage.
  2. Arbre d'enroulement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    respectivement au moins deux paliers sont prévus aux deux extrémités de l'arbre d'enroulement.
  3. Procédé de serrage d'au moins un mandrin d'enroulement sur un arbre d'enroulement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel d'abord les éléments de serrage (20) pour le pré-centrage sont déplacés dans la direction radiale de l'arbre d'enroulement jusqu'à neuf dixièmes de millimètres au maximum au-dessous du diamètre nominal du mandrin d'enroulement vers l'extérieur au-delà de la surface circonférentielle extérieure de l'arbre d'enroulement de telle sorte qu'il demeure un interstice ou qu'il existe un contact léger entre les éléments de serrage (20) pour le pré-centrage et le mandrin d'enroulement, puis des éléments de serrage (21) pour le serrage du mandrin d'enroulement sont déplacés vers l'extérieur.
