Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material.
  • Vorrichtungen zur Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material an sich sind bekannt und dienen zum Aufbringen von flüssigem, pastösem oder festem kosmetischen Material. Typischerweise weisen derartige Vorrichtungen ein Griffelement zur Handhabung durch den Benutzer, einen am Griffelement angebrachten Halter, ein am Halter angebrachtes Auftragselement und ein das kosmetische Material enthaltende Gehäuse, in das der Halter und das Auftragselement aufnehmbar sind und welches mit dem Griffelement lösbar verbindbar ist, auf.
  • Das Auftragselement kann aus einem mit einem Überzug aus Flockfasern (auch kurz Flock genannt) versehenen Trägerkörper bestehen. Derartige Auftragselemente werden auch als Flock-Applikatoren bezeichnet.
  • EP 2 486 821 A1 offenbart eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1. US 2005/0109365 A1 , WO 2014/019989 A1 und WO 2016/050956 A1 beschreiben weitere Vorrichtungen zur Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur besonders komfortablen Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material anzubieten.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material besitzt ein Griffelement zur Handhabung durch den Benutzer, einen am Griffelement angebrachten Halter, ein am Halter angebrachtes Auftragselement, das einen mit einem Überzug aus Flockfasern versehenen Trägerkörper aufweist, und ein das kosmetische Material enthaltende Gehäuse, in das der Halter und das Auftragselement aufnehmbar sind und welches mit dem Griffelement lösbar verbindbar ist. Der Trägerkörper ist löffelartig mit einer axialen Vertiefung ausgebildet. Innerhalb des Gehäuses ist eine Abstreifkante ausgebildet, an dem das Auftragselement beim Herausziehen aus dem Gehäuse mit der Außenseite entlangstreift.
  • Bei Herausziehen des Auftragselements aus dem Gehäuse wird durch die Abstreifkante das kosmetische Material, das zwischen den Flockfasern auf der Außenseite des Trägerelements aufgenommen ist, zumindest zu einem Teil abgestreift. Das kosmetische Material, welches zwischen den Flockfasern im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung aufgenommen ist, wird hingegen nicht abgestreift, sondern verbleibt an den Flockfasern. Auf diese Weise wird ein besonders exaktes Auftragen des kosmetischen Materials durch den Benutzer ermöglicht, da das kosmetische Material nur lokal begrenzt im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung vorhanden ist.
  • Zusätzlich ist es möglich, dass kosmetisches Material, das von der Außenseite des Trägerkörpers abgestreift wird, durch die Abstreifkante in die axiale Vertiefung gedrückt wird. Dadurch erhöht sich die im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung vorhandene Menge an kosmetischem Material und der Benutzer hat mehr kosmetisches Material pro Auftragvorgang zur Verfügung.
  • Mit anderen Worten bildet die axiale Vertiefung des Trägerkörpers eine Art Reservoir für das aufzutragende kosmetische Material.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise besitzt der Trägerkörper die Form eines abgeschnittenen Löffels und die axiale Vertiefung weist die Form eines Ellipsoids auf. Dadurch wird zum einen eine Form der axialen Vertiefung erzielt, in die leicht kosmetischem Material eingebracht werden kann. Außerdem erhalten die Seitenbereiche des Trägerkörpers auf diese Weise eine gewisse Flexibilität (Elastizität), sodass ein gutes Abstreifen der Außenseite des Trägerkörpers ermöglicht wird. Zugleich kann es während des Abstreifens zu einem Zusammendrücken der Seitenbereiche kommen. Dies wiederum sorgt dafür, dass kosmetisches Material, welches sich im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung befindet, dort sicher verbleibt. Der Effekt der axialen Vertiefung als Reservoir für das kosmetische Material wird auf diese Weise verstärkt.
  • Ausführungsformen, in denen der Trägerkörper halblöffelförmig ausgebildet ist und die axiale Vertiefung die Form eines Viertel-Ellipsoids aufweist und/oder in denen der dem Halter abgewandte Endbereich des Trägerkörpers aufgeweitet ist, haben sich als besonders vorteilhaft herausgestellt. Unter "aufgeweitet" wird hierbei eine Aufweitung/Verbreiterung/Auffächerung des dem Halten abgewandten Endbereichs des Trägerkörpers im Vergleich zu den restlichen Bereichen des Trägerkörpers verstanden. Derartig geformte Trägerkörper ermöglichen zum einen ein besonders zuverlässiges Abstreifen der Außenseite des Trägerkörpers durch die Abstreifkante und zum anderen die Bildung eines Reservoirs für das kosmetische Material im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung.
  • Erfindungsgemäß bestehen die Seitenbereiche des Trägerkörpers aus einem Material, das eine höhere Elastizität aufweist als der restliche Trägerkörper. Auf diese Weise wird die Flexibilität der Seitenbereiche erhöht. Diese erhöhte Flexibilität wiederum verbessert das Abstreifverhalten und kann für die Ausbildung eines Reservoirs sorgen, welches das kosmetische Material besonders sicher aufnimmt.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise ist die Abstreifkante ringförmig ausgebildet. Dadurch kann die gesamte Außenseite des Trägerkörpers zuverlässig abgestreift werden, während der Bereich der axialen Vertiefung nicht abgestreift wird.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist die Abstreifkante an einer Abstreifhülse ausgebildet. Die Abstreifhülse kann insbesondere im Inneren des Gehäuses angeordnet und mit dem Gehäuse fest verbunden sein.
  • Die Erfindung ist anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels in den Zeichnungsfiguren weiter erläutert, wobei gleiche Bezugszeichen gleiche bzw. gleichwirkende Komponenten bezeichnen. Es zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 bis Fig. 4 zeigen ein Griffelement 1, einen Halter 2 und ein Auftragselement 3 als Bestandteile einer Vorrichtung zur Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material. Das Griffelement 1 dient zur Handhabung der Vorrichtung durch den Benutzer. Der Halter 2 ist mit einem ersten Ende am Griffelement 1 angebracht. An einem zweiten Ende des Halters 2 ist ein Auftragselement 3 angebracht. Genauer ist das Auftragselement 3 in den Halter 2 eingesteckt.
  • Das Auftragselement 3 weist einen Trägerkörper 4. Der Trägerkörper 4 ist mit einem Überzug aus Flockfasern versehen (in Fig. 1 bis Fig. 11 ist dieser Überzug aus Übersichtlichkeitsgründen nicht dargestellt). Der Trägerkörper 4 ist löffelartig (d.h. der Trägerkörper 4 besitzt im Wesentlichen die Form eines Löffels oder Spatels) ausgebildet und weist eine axiale Vertiefung 5 sowie Seitenbereiche 6 (Seitenlappen) auf.
  • Der Trägerkörper 4 wird nun in Bezug auf Fig. 5 bis Fig. 8 näher beschrieben. Der Trägerkörper 4 der beschriebenen Ausführungsform besitzt eine Form, die einem halben Löffel, dessen vordere Hälfte abgeschnitten wurde (d.h. halblöffelförmig) entspricht. Die axiale Vertiefung 5 des Trägerkörpers 4 besitzt die Form eines Viertel-Ellipsoids.
  • Der Trägerkörper 4 weist ferner ein Verbindungselement 7 auf, welches zur Verbindung des Trägerkörpers 4 mit dem Halter 2 in den Halter 2 eingeschoben wird. Zwischen der axialen Vertiefung 5 und dem Verbindungselement 7 weist der Trägerkörper 4 eine Abflachung 8 auf. Der dem Verbindungselement 7 abgewandte Endbereich des Trägerkörpers 4 ist aufgeweitet, d.h. der Durchmesser in diesem Endbereich des Trägerkörpers 4 ist größer als in den restlichen Bereichen des Trägerkörpers 4. Insbesondere weiten sich auch die Seitenbereiche 6 nach außen auf.
  • Fig. 9 bis Fig. 11 zeigen eine Sequenz von Schnittdarstellungen, die das Herausziehen des Auftragselements 3 aus einem Gehäuse 9 der Vorrichtung darstellen. Die Schnittebene in Fig. 9 bis Fig. 11 entspricht hierbei der Schnittebene aus Fig. 4. Das Gehäuse 9 wird lediglich teilweise und schematisiert mit gestrichelten Linien dargestellt. Das Gehäuse 9 enthält das kosmetische Material (in den Figuren nicht dargestellt), das durch die Vorrichtung aufgebracht werden soll.
  • Innerhalb des Gehäuses 9 ist eine Abstreifhülse 10 angeordnet. Die Abstreifhülse 10 ist mit dem eigentlichen Gehäuse fest verbunden. Das untere Ende der Abstreifhülse 10 ist als ringförmige Abstreifkante 11 ausgebildet.
  • Fig. 9 zeigt eine Situation, in der das Auftragselement 3 sich innerhalb des Gehäuses 9 befindet. Das die Flockfasern des Auftragselements 3 sind mit kosmetischem Material benetzt. Wird das Griffelement 1 - und somit auch das Auftragselement 3 - aus dem Gehäuse 9 herausgezogen (d.h. in Fig. 9 nach oben gezogen), so erreicht das Auftragselement 3 die Abstreifkante 11. Diese Situation ist in Fig. 10 dargestellt. Das Auftragselement 3 streift mit seiner Außenseite an der Innenseite der Abstreifkante 11 entlang. Die Seitenbereiche 6 des Trägerkörpers 2 werden hierbei nach innengedrückt und das kosmetische Material, das zwischen den Flockfasern auf der Außenseite des Auftragselements 3 aufgenommen war, wird abgestreift und verbleibt im Gehäuse 9. Das kosmetische Material, das zwischen den Flockfasern im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung 5 aufgenommen ist, wird hingegen nicht abgestreift. Durch das Nach-Innen-Biegen der Seitenbereiche 6 bildet sich vielmehr ein Reservoir an kosmetischem Material im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung aus. Fig. 11 zeigt eine Situation, in der das Auftragselement 3 vollständig aus dem Gehäuse 9 herausgezogen ist. In diesem Zustand ist das kosmetische Material, das sich ursprünglich auf der Außenseite des Auftragselements 3 befunden hat, abgestreift. Lediglich im Bereich der axialen Vertiefung 5 befindet sich noch kosmetischen Material an den Flockfasern. Dadurch wird eine besonders exakte, lokal begrenzte Auftragung des kosmetischen Materials durch den Benutzer ermöglicht.
  • Wie bereits weiter oben dargelegt, wurde in Fig. 1 bis Fig. 11 auf die Darstellung der Flockfasern, die den Trägerkörper 4 überziehen, verzichtet. In Realität ist der Trägerkörper 4 jedoch mit einem Überzug 12 aus Flockfasern versehen (d.h. beflockt), wie in Fig. 12 exemplarisch dargestellt. Fig. 12 entspricht hierbei der Darstellung gemäß Fig. 8, wobei zusätzlich der Überzug 12 aus Flockfasern dargestellt ist.

Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Aufbringung von kosmetischem Material mit einem Griffelement (1) zur Handhabung durch den Benutzer, mit einem am Griffelement (1) angebrachten Halter (2), mit einem am Halter (2) angebrachten Auftragselement (3), das einen mit einem Überzug (12) aus Flockfasern versehenen Trägerkörper (4) aufweist, und mit einem das kosmetische Material enthaltende Gehäuse (9), in das der Halter (2) und das Auftragselement (3) aufnehmbar sind und welches mit dem Griffelement (1) lösbar verbindbar ist, wobei:
    - der Trägerkörper (4) löffelartig mit einer axialen Vertiefung (5) und mit Seitenbereichen (6) ausgebildet ist; und
    - innerhalb des Gehäuses (9) eine Abstreifkante (11) ausgebildet ist, an dem das Auftragselement (3) beim Herausziehen aus dem Gehäuse (9) mit der Außenseite entlangstreift,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Seitenbereiche (6) des Trägerkörpers (4) aus einem Material bestehen, das eine höhere Elastizität aufweist als der restliche Trägerkörper (4).
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Trägerkörper (4) die Form eines abgeschnittenen Löffels besitzt und die axiale Vertiefung (5) die Form eines Ellipsoids aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Trägerkörper (4) halblöffelförmig ausgebildet ist und die axiale Vertiefung (5) die Form eines Viertel-Ellipsoids aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Trägerkörper (4) zwischen der axialen Vertiefung (5) und dem dem Halter (2) zugewandten Endbereich eine Abflachung (8) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der dem Halter (2) abgewandte Endbereich des Trägerkörpers (4) aufgeweitet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abstreifkante (11) ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abstreifkante (11) an einer Abstreifhülse (10) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Abstreifhülse (10) im Inneren des Gehäuses (9) angeordnet ist und mit dem Gehäuse (9) fest verbunden ist.
