Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Formen eines Werkstücks (10) durch Tiefziehen eines Blechzuschnitts (2), mit den folgenden Schritten:
    a) Aufbringen des Blechzuschnitts (2) auf ein Tiefziehwerkzeug mit einer Matrize (4) und einem Stempel (8), der durch Eingriff mit der Matrize (4) zusammenwirken kann;
    b) Annäherung der Matrize (4) und des Stempels (8) in einer Arbeitsrichtung zur Bildung des Werkstücks (10);
    in Schritt (a), wobei der Blechzuschnitt (2) mindestens eine Lasche (22) an mindestens einer Kante umfasst, und in Schritt (b), wobei die oder jede Lasche (22) zwischen der Matrize (4) und dem Stempel (8) gebogen ist und den Blechzuschnitt zurückhält, wobei der Blechzuschnitt (2) im Allgemeinen in einer Längsrichtung länglich ist, wobei die oder jede Kante, die die Lasche oder Laschen umfasst, an einem Ende des Blechzuschnitts (2) in der genannten Richtung liegt, wobei das Werkzeug mindestens einen seitlich zu diesem angeordneten Niederhalter (6) umfasst Stempel (8) und Matrize (4), der dazu geeignet ist, den Blechzuschnitt (2) mit dem anderen Stempel (8) und Matrize (4) zu verspannen, wobei der oder die Niederhalter (6) in Schritt (b) gegen eine elastische Kraft verschiebbar gelagert sind, wobei der oder mindestens einer der Niederhalter (6) die Längsränder des länglichen Blechzuschnitts (2) verspannt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt (b) der oder mindestens einer der Niederhalter (6) die vordere(n) Lasche(n) (22) verspannt sie ist/sind zwischen der Matrize (4) und dem Stempel (8) gefaltet.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder der die Lasche(n) aufweisenden Ränder einen Endrand (102) des Werkstücks (10) bildet.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende des Schrittes (b) die Lasche(n) (22) in Arbeitsrichtung der Matrize (4) und des Stempels (8) gebogen werden.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende des Schrittes (b) die oder jede der Laschen (22) einen gebogenen Abschnitt umfasst, der einen Krümmungsradius R zwischen 1 und 10 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 8 mm, bildet.
  5. Werkzeug zum Formen eines Werkstücks (10) durch Tiefziehen eines Blechzuschnitts (2) nach dem Verfahren eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Werkzeug umfasst:
    - eine Matrix (4);
    - einen Stempel (8), der mit der Matrize (4) durch Eingriff in die Matrize (4) zusammenwirken kann;
    der Stempel (8) mit einer Kante an einem dieser Ränder, die in die Matrize (4) eingreift, um die Lasche(n) (22) zwischen der Matrize (4) und dem Stempel (8) zu biegen und den abgewinkelten Teil der Lasche (22) zu bilden;
    Werkzeug, das ferner mindestens einen Niederhalter (6) umfasst, der seitlich des Stempels (8) angeordnet ist und geeignet ist, den Blechzuschnitt (2) mit mindestens einem Seitenabschnitt (41) der Matrize (4) zu klemmen, wobei der Niederhalter (6) oder die Niederhalter (6) entlang des Umfangs des Stempels gegen eine elastische Kraft verschiebbar montiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Krümmungsradius (R) der Kante des Stempels (8), die den abgewinkelten Abschnitt der Lasche (22) bildet, zwischen 1 und 10 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 8 mm, beträgt, um eine Halterung des Zuschnitts sicherzustellen Pol (2) beim Formen des Werkstücks (10).
