Claims (3)
- Elévateur pour véhicules à moteur, du type comprenant deux plates-formes parallèles (1) pour supporter les roues du véhicule, chaque plate-forme étant munie de dispositifs (100, 200) pour soulever la plate-forme elle-même, moyennant quoi chacun des deux dispositifs de levage (100, 200) est agencé symétriquement opposé, au-dessous du plan d'appui du véhicule, caractérisé en ce que chacun des deux dispositifs de levage comprend :- un bras de levier inférieur court (5) articulé, au moyen d'un axe (11), au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure à une base (2), par un dispositif coulissant (9) et articulé en outre, au moyen d'un axe (1) à un bras de levier inférieur long (3), articulé à son tour, au moyen d'un axe (10), à la base (2) et dans lequel, toujours sur ledit bras de levier inférieur court (5), un axe (14), connectant ledit bras de levier inférieur court (5) à une tige (6) et un axe (16), sur lequel est articulé l'actionneur de commande (21) ;- un bras de levier supérieur (4), situé au-dessus des bras de levier long et court (3,5), articulé au niveau de l'extrémité du bras de levier inférieur long (3), au moyen de l'axe (13) et articulé en outre au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure à la plate-forme (1), au moyen d'un axe d'articulation (18), et prévoit que- la tige (6), en plus d'être articulée au bras de levier inférieur court (5), au moyen d'un axe (14), soit également articulée au bras de levier supérieur (4), au moyen d'un axe (15), de manière à former un parallélogramme articulé (K), formé par la paire de côtés opposés, constituée par la tige (6) et par une section du bras de levier inférieur long (3), comprise entre les axes (12, 13), et la paire de côtés opposés constituée par la section du bras de levier inférieur court (5), comprise entre les axes (12, 14), et par une section du bras de levier supérieur (4), comprise entre les axes (13, 15),l'élévateur étant caractérisé en outre en ce que l'axe (12), auquel sont articulés le levier inférieur long (3) et le levier inférieur court (5), constitue le sommet d'une structure articulée profilée comme un triangle isocèle, où les deux côtés égaux sont constitués par les sections comprises entre les axes (10 et 12 respectivement sur un côté (11) et (12) sur l'autre côté), alors que la base est définie par les axes (10, 11) et où la distance mutuelle desdits axes (10, 11) prend des longueurs variables, en fonction de la position en hauteur atteinte par la plate-forme,
l'élévateur étant caractérisé en outre en ce que les actionneurs de commande (21) sont positionnés à l'extérieur des parallélogrammes correspondants (K) et ils sont articulés entre le bras de levier inférieur court (5) et le bras de levier supérieur (4), au moyen des axes correspondants (16, 17), où un actionneur (21) est fixé au bras de levier inférieur court (5) avec un axe (16) et un actionneur est fixé au bras de levier supérieur (4) avec un axe (17). - Elévateur pour véhicules à moteur, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les actionneurs de commande (21), montés sur les deux dispositifs de levage opposés (100, 200), sont actionnés par des vérins hydrauliques connectés en parallèle au moyen d'un circuit hydraulique et en ce que leur action est synchronisée, de manière à maintenir la plate-forme horizontale pendant le mouvement de montée/descente de l'élévateur.
- Elévateur pour véhicules à moteur, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les actionneurs de commande (21), montés sur les deux dispositifs de levage opposés (100, 200), sont actionnés par des vérins hydrauliques connectés en série, de manière à créer un circuit hydraulique de transfert, leur action étant synchronisée, de manière à maintenir la plate-forme horizontale pendant le mouvement de montée/descente de l'élévateur.
