Claims (14)

  1. Machinerie pour orienter et former une plaque (2) pour un muselet, comprenant une unité de formation pour imprimer sur une plaque (2) une forme sensiblement en forme de capuchon pourvue d'une pluralité de creux (4) au niveau du bord (6) pour loger les fils ou les pattes (8) d'un muselet ;
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :
    - un moyen de détection (28) pour détecter l'orientation de ladite plaque (2) ;
    - une unité de commande capable de comparer l'orientation détectée de ladite plaque (2) avec une orientation prédéfinie ;
    - un système rotatif (26) pour faire tourner ladite plaque (2) ;
    - un système de manutention (30) capable de déplacer les plaques (2) entre : ledit moyen de détection (28), ledit système rotatif (26), ladite unité de formation ;
    dans laquelle ledit système de manutention (30) inclut une partie mobile (44) susceptible de se déplacer suivant un mouvement rectiligne alterné ;
    dans laquelle ladite partie mobile (44) inclut : une première cavité (40) et une seconde cavité (42), configurées pour recevoir la plaque (2), et une zone de retenue (43) capable de recevoir et de retenir la plaque (2).
  2. Machinerie selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit moyen de détection (28) est un moyen de détection d'image.
  3. Machinerie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle une pluralité respective d'ouvertures sont ménagées dans ladite première cavité (40) et ladite seconde cavité (42), ouvertures à travers lesquelles un moyen d'aspiration peut aspirer de l'air.
  4. Machinerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle ledit système rotatif (26) inclut une partie de préhension (34) capable de maintenir de manière sélective la plaque (2).
  5. Machinerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle ledit moyen de détection (28) se trouve au niveau d'une position opposée audit système rotatif (26) par rapport audit système de manutention (30).
  6. Machinerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant un dispositif de serrage (48) situé à proximité dudit moyen de détection (28) et dudit système rotatif (26), qui est utile pour centrer la plaque (2) en position tout en la faisant tourner.
  7. Machinerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la partie mobile (44) inclut une fente (58) reliant la première cavité (40), la seconde cavité (42) et la zone de retenue (43).
  8. Machinerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle
    l'unité de formation comprend un poinçon (36) susceptible de se déplacer pour saisir la plaque (2) et la poinçonner contre un emporte-pièce (38) ;
    le système rotatif (26) peut de déplacer de façon transversale vers le système de manutention (30) afin de retirer la plaque (2) de la première cavité (40) puis de la placer dans la seconde cavité (42) ;
    le mouvement du système de manutention (30) est coordonné avec celui du poinçon (36) par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de commande, et de même le mouvement transversal du système rotatif (26) est coordonné avec celui du système de manutention (30).
  9. Machinerie selon la revendication 8, comprenant une unité d'accumulation de plaques (24) pour contenir une pluralité de plaques (2) orientées vers le moyen de détection (28) ;
    dans laquelle la première cavité (40) peut se déplacer entre l'unité d'accumulation de plaques (24) et la zone où se trouvent le moyen de détection (28) et le système rotatif (26) ; la seconde cavité (42) peut se déplacer entre la zone où se trouvent le moyen de détection (28) et le système rotatif (26) et l'unité de formation.
  10. Procédé pour orienter et former une plaque (2), de préférence une tôle, pour un muselet au moyen d'une machinerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - détecter l'orientation d'une plaque (2) ;
    - comparer l'orientation détectée avec une orientation prédéfinie ;
    - si l'orientation de ladite plaque (2) diffère de ladite orientation prédéfinie, faire tourner ladite plaque (2) de telle sorte qu'elle prenne ladite orientation prédéfinie ;
    - imprimer sur ladite plaque (2) une forme sensiblement en forme de capuchon pourvue d'une pluralité de creux (4) au niveau du bord (6) pour loger les fils ou les pattes (8) d'un muselet.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'étape de détection de l'orientation est effectuée par détection d'une marque (10) distinctive sur une face de ladite plaque (2).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, comprenant les étapes de :
    - placement de ladite plaque (2) au niveau d'une première unité où les étapes suivantes sont effectuées : détecter l'orientation de ladite plaque (2) et, si l'orientation de ladite plaque (2) diffère de ladite orientation prédéfinie, faire tourner ladite plaque (2) de telle sorte qu'elle prenne ladite orientation prédéfinie ;
    - déplacement de ladite plaque (2) vers une unité de formation pour effectuer l'étape d'impression sur ladite plaque (2) d'une forme sensiblement en forme de capuchon pourvue d'une pluralité de creux (4) au niveau du bord (6).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, comprenant les étapes de :
    - création d'un flux de plaques (2) entrant dans ladite première unité ;
    - création d'un flux de plaques (2) sortant de ladite unité de formation.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, comprenant les étapes de :
    - agencement préalable d'une unité d'accumulation de plaques (24) pour créer ledit flux de plaques (2) entrant dans ladite première unité ;
    - déplacement desdites plaques (2) vers ladite première unité.
