Abstract
Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitungen umfassend eine Öl- und eine Wasserphase, wobei Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase dispergiert vorliegt, die Wasserphase ein oder maximal zwei Gelbildner umfasst und keine Emulgatoren, keine Tenside und keine Cellulosen in der Zubereitung enthalten sind lassen sich auf nasser oder feuchter Haut, insbesondere im Gesicht anwenden und vermitteln eine angenehmes Pflegegefühl.
Description
Hautpflegezubereitung
Die Erfindung ist eine kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung umfassend eine Öl- und eine Wasserphase. In der Ölphase ist Natriumpolyacrylat dispergiert und die
Wasserphase umfasst ein oder maximal zwei Gelbildner. Emulgatoren, Tenside und
Cellulosen sind in der Zubereitung nicht enthalten, ebenso wie bevorzugt keine
Acrylate/Alkylacrylate Crosspolymere.
Eine für den Verbraucher sehr wesentliche, dabei aber nur schwer quantitativ messbare Eigenschaft kosmetischer Produkte ist ihre Textur und Sensorik. Unter dem Begriff "Textur" werden diejenigen Eigenschaften eines Kosmetikums verstanden, die auf den Gefügebau der Zubereitung zurückgehen, durch Tast- und Berührungssinne empfunden und ggf. in mechanischen oder rheologischen Fließeigenschaften ausgedrückt werden können. Die Textur kann insbesondere mittels Sensorik getestet werden. Die gegebenenfalls mit Hilfe von Zusatzstoffen beeinflussbare Textur kosmetischer Produkte ist für den Verbraucher von nahezu gleicher Bedeutung wie deren objektiv feststellbaren Wirkungen.
Mit dem Begriff "Sensorik" wird die wissenschaftliche Disziplin bezeichnet, die sich mit der Bewertung von kosmetischen Zubereitungen auf Grund von Sinneseindrücken befasst. Die sensorische Beurteilung eines Kosmetikums erfolgt anhand der visuellen, olfaktorischen und haptischen Eindrücke.
• Visuelle Eindrücke: alle mit dem Auge wahrnehmbaren Merkmale (Farbe, Form, Struktur).
• Olfaktorische Eindrücke: alle beim Einziehen von Luft durch die Nase wahrnehmbaren
Geruchseindrücke, die häufig in Anfangsgeruch (Kopfnote), Hauptgeruch (Mittelnote, Körper) und Nachgeruch (Ausklang) differenziert werden können. Auch die erst bei der Anwendung freigesetzten flüchtigen Stoffe tragen zum olfaktorischen Eindruck bei.
• Haptische Eindrücke: alle Empfindungen des Tastsinns, die vornehmlich Gefüge und
Konsistenz des Produktes betreffen.
Die sensorische Analyse macht von der Möglichkeit Gebrauch, den sensorischen
Gesamteindruck eines Produktes integral zu erfassen. Nachteile der sensorische Analyse sind die Subjektivität des Eindrucks, eine leichte Beeinflussbarkeit der Prüfpersonen und die dadurch bedingte starke Streuung der Ergebnisse. Diesen Schwächen begegnet man heute durch den Einsatz von Gruppen geschulter Prüfpersonen, gegenseitige Abschirmung der Prüfer sowie statistische Auswertung der meist zahlreichen Analysendaten.
Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, Zubereitungen zu Verfügung zu stellen, welche neben den für Kosmetika üblichen Kriterien wie Verträglichkeit, Lagerstabilität
und dergleichen auch für den Verbraucher bisher nicht gekannte kosmetische, insbesondere sensorische, Leistungen bieten. Insbesondere sollten sich die gesuchten Zubereitungen für eine Verwendung im Körperpflegebereich eignen und insbesondere für eine Anwendung im Gesicht oder dem Hals sensorisch attraktiv sein.
Ein Problem in der Herstellung von Pflegeprodukten war bisher der Einsatz von
Emulgatoren. Damit sowohl hydratisierende als auch ölhaltige, pflegende Komponenten verwendet werden können, werden vielfach Emulgatoren eingesetzt. Ohne Emulgatoren ließen sich Wasser und Öl nicht dauerhaft vermischen. Doch Emulgatoren sind dafür bekannt, dass sie Lipide aus der Haut„auswaschen". Damit tragen sie weiter zur
Austrocknung der Haut bei.
Im Stand der Technik wird dem begegnet, indem man eine sog. Bi-Gel-Technologie beschreibt, die frei von Emulgatoren ist.
Erreicht wird der Verzicht auf Emulgatoren bei der Bi-Gel-Technologie durch die Mischung von zwei Gelen. Eines der Gele enthält mehr Wasser und das andere mehr Öle. Die
Stabilität des Gemisches wird dadurch abgesichert, dass zum einen Gele durch ihre höhere Festigkeit an sich bereits eine innere Stabilität aufweisen. Darüber hinaus werden langkettige Polysaccharide eingesetzt, um das ölhaltige Gel als winzige Kügelchen in dem
wasserhaltigen Gel einzubetten.
Allgemein werden Bi-Gele durch eine Mischung bestimmter Oleogele gebildet, die eine Vielzahl von Ölen und Cellulosepolymeren mit bestimmten Carbomer basierende wässrige Gele umfassen. Die Gewichtsverhältnisse zwischen Öl- und Wasserphase liegen im Bereich zwischen 5/95 bis 40/60. Diese Bi-Gele stellen im Prinzip nach ihrem Aussehen und der relativ festen Konsistenz eine O / W-Creme ohne die Verwendung irgendwelcher Tenside bzw. Emulgatoren dar.
In der EP 1 083 880 B1 wird der Einsatz von Cellulose-Polymeren, z.B. Ethylcellulose, in stabilen Gelmischungen, die aus einem Oleogel und einem wässrigen Gel bestehen, beschrieben.
Polysaccharide (auch als Mehrfachzucker, Vielfachzucker, Glycane/Glykane oder Polyosen bezeichnet) sind Kohlenhydrate, in denen eine große Anzahl (mindestens zehn)
Monosaccharide (Einfachzucker) über eine glycosidische Bindung verbunden sind. Es handelt sich um Biopolymere aus einer unbekannten Anzahl Monosaccharideinheiten oder mit statistischer Molekülgrößenverteilung. Beispiele für Polysaccharide sind Glykogen, Stärke (Amylose und Amylopektin), Pektine, Chitin, Callose und Cellulose.
Tapioka beziehungsweise Tapiokastärke ist eine nahezu geschmacksneutrale Stärke, die aus der bearbeiteten und getrockneten Maniokwurzel (Kassava) hergestellt wird.
In der DE 102012221227 A1 werden Hydrodispersionen beschrieben, die Verdicker wie beispielsweise Natriumpolyacrylat umfassen. Eine Offenbarung Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase zu dispergieren fehlt ebenso wie die Zugabe eines weiteren Gelbildners in die Wasserphase.
Weiterhin wünschenswert ist es eine Hautpflegezubereitung bereit zu stellen, die
insbesondere auch auf feuchter Haut angewendet werden kann und durch anschließendes Abspülen einen besonders angenehmen Pflegerückstand auf der Haut hinterlässt.
Insbesondere besteht die Aufgabe darin eine entsprechende Pflegezubereitung für die Anwendung im Gesicht zur Verfügung zu stellen.
In der DE 102004017221 A1 und der DE 102004017223 A1 werden O/W- Gelzusammensetzung beschrieben, wobei man entweder den Gelbildner, wie
Natriumpolyacrylat, oder ein Gemisch an Gelbildnern in einer flüssigen Ölphase dispergiert und diese anschliessend mit der wässrigen Phase emulgiert, oder eine Quellung des Gelbildners oder eines Gemisches der Gelbildner in der wässrigen Phase vornimmt und diese mit der flüssigen Ölphase vermischt oder eine Quellung des Gelbildners oder eines Gemisches der Gelbildner in einem niedrigmolekularen Polyol oder Polyolgemisch mit einem Molekulargewicht < 1000 Dalton mit der wässrigen Phase und mit der flüssigen Ölphase verarbeitet.
Bei der Entwicklung stellte sich heraus, dass O/W-Emulsionen nicht hinreichend Rückstand hinterlassen. W/O-Emulsionen hinterlassen zwar Rückstand, jedoch wird dieser Rückstand nicht als sensorisch angenehm empfunden. Die Aufgabe bestand daher darin eine
Formulierung zu finden die die sensorischen Anforderungen erfüllt und nicht die aufgeführten Nachteile des Standes der Technik besitzt.
Die Aufgabe wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung gemäß den Ansprüchen gelöst.
Die Erfindung ist eine kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung umfassend eine Öl- und eine Wasserphase, wobei Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase dispergiert vorliegt, die Wasserphase ein oder maximal zwei Gelbildner umfasst und keine Emulgatoren, keine Tenside, keine Cellulosen und vorteilhaft keine Acrylate/Alkylacrylate Crosspolymere in der Zubereitung enthalten sind.
Bei den erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen handelt es sich daher nicht um Emulsionen.
Im Gegensatz zur bekannten Bi-Gel Formulierung wird erfindungsgemäß auf den Zusatz von Cellulosen verzichtet.
Der Gewichtsanteil an Natriumpolyacrylat wird erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,5 Gew.% bis 2 Gew.%, insbesondere 0,8 bis 1 ,2 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, gewählt.
Der Anteil an Gelbildnern, insbesondere Xanthan Gum, wird insgesamt im Bereich von 0, 1 Gew.% bis 1 ,5 Gew.%, insbesondere im Bereich von 0, 15 bis 0,3 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, gewählt.
Ein bevorzugt einzusetzender Gelbildner ist Xanthan Gum, ein mikrobielles anionisches Heteropolysaccharid, das von Xanthomonas campestris und einigen anderen Species unter aeroben Bedingungen produziert wird und eine Molmasse von 2 bis 15 Millionen Dalton aufweist. Xanthan wird aus einer Kette mit ß-1 ,4-gebundener Glucose mit Seitenketten gebildet. Die Struktur der Untergruppen besteht aus Glucose, Mannose, Glucuronsäure, Acetat und Pyruvat, wobei die Anzahl der Pyruvat-Einheiten die Viskosität des Xanthan Gums bestimmt.
Xanthan Gum ist beispielsweise unter dem Handelsnamen Xanthan Gum food grade, Type FF von der Firma Jungbunzlauer, oder von der Firma Rahn unter dem Handelsnamen Keltrol CG-F zu beziehen.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Formulierung wird der Gelbildner (Xanthan Gum) in der
Wasserphase und Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase dispergiert.
Wenn man hingegen das Natriumpolyacrylat in die Wasserphase einrührt, ist die Stabilität der Zubereitungsstruktur nicht gewährleistet.
Dispergiert man sowohl das Xanthan Gum als auch das Natriumpolyacrylat in die
Wasserphase und lässt die Ölphase ohne weitere Verdicker, wird die Zubereitung ebenso nach einiger Zeit instabil.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde daher ermittelt, dass es einen stabilisierenden Effekt gibt, wenn das Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase dispergiert wird.
Zur Herstellung wird das Natriumpolyacrylat in einem Öl vordispergiert und dann zum Ansatz gegeben. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Gelbildner bei Wasserkontakt nicht klumpt, sondern fein verteilt wird und währenddessen die erfindungsgemäße Struktur ausbildet.
Natriumpolyacrylat wird daher bevorzugt in der Ölphase vordispergiert. Der eine oder die zwei Gelbildner, insbesondere Xanthan Gum, werden in der Wasserphase dispergiert und anschließend wird die Ölphase zur Wasserphase hinzugegeben.
Durch die Dispersion des Natriumpolyacrylates hat sich die Ölphase nicht zu einem Gel gebildet sondern die Ölphase ist weiter flüssig. Die Ölphase ist dadurch besser spreitbar und lässt sich besser auf der Haut verteilen. Es wird im Gegensatz zu vielen Zubereitungen des Standes der Technik kein klebriger oder wachsiger Rückstand auf der Haut erzeugt, der nachteilig vom Anwender empfunden wird.
Die Ölphase ist als strukturiert zu bezeichnen, ähnlich der Struktur mit lamellaren
Phasenanteilen.
Als unstrukturiert sind hingegen klassische Flüssigkeiten oder flüssige Mischungen zu kennzeichnen.
Die Aufgabe der Bereitstellung einer sensorisch akzeptablen Zubereitung ist damit erfüllt.
Zum Unterschied zu den Zubereitungen der DE 102004017221 A1 und DE 102004017223 A1 , in der drei verschiedene Herstellprozesse umschrieben sind, wird erfindungsgemäß nur die Dispersion von Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase ausgewählt. Zudem werden in der DE 102004017221 A1 Emulsionen beschrieben, erfindungsgemäß aber Zubereitungen ohne Emulgatoren. Des Weiteren sind in den Zubereitungen der DE 102004017221 A1 und DE 102004017223 A1 neben Acrylatgelbildner keine weiteren Gelbildner vorhanden.
Ist in der erfindungsgemäßen Ölphase zusätzlich zu dem Natriumpolyacrylat auch ein Fettalkohol wie z.B. Cetyl Stearyl Alkohol enthalten, so wird beim Abkühlen der Zubereitung der Fettalkohol wieder„fest" und dickt die Ölphase jedoch nur leicht an.
Es hat sich weiter herausgestellt, dass die sensorischen Effekte noch weiter verbessert werden, wenn ein oder mehrere Stärkeverbindungen, insbesondere Tapiokastärke, der Zubereitung zugesetzt werden.
Diese sensorische Verbesserung war erstaunlich, da zu erwarten war, dass ein Zusatz eines Puders oder puderartigen Stoffes zu einer pudrigen, glatten aber nicht reichhaltigeren Sensorik führen würde.
Es zeigte sich aber, dass der Zusatz an Stärke, insbesondere Tapiokastärke, zu den erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen zu einer nochmals verbesserten Verteilbarkeit und vor allem einer unerwarteten Reichhaltigkeit führte. Die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen haben dadurch einen cremeartigen Charakter und vermitteln so ein noch stärkeres
Pflegegefühl für den Anwender.
Dies ist ein weiterer sensorischer Pluspunkt gegenüber den Zubereitungen des Standes der Technik.
Der Anteil an Stärkeverbindungen, insbesondere Tapiokastärke, insgesamt wird vorteilhaft im Bereich von 0, 1 Gew.% bis 8 Gew.%, insbesondere im Bereich von 1 bis 3 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, gewählt.
In einer ln-use Studie haben über 200 Probanden zwei erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen getestet.
Beide Formeln entsprechend Beispiel 1 enthielten u.a. Tapiocastärke. Die beiden Formeln unterscheiden sich lediglich in der Menge an der Stärke (CLG 04 = ca. 0,85 bis 1 Gew.% Tapioca; CLG 05 = ca. 2,5 bis 3 Gew.% Tapioca). Die Auswertung der Probandenbeurteilung zur Hautpflege und sensorischen Aspekten, in der Abbildung dargestellt, zeigt, dass beide erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen trotz Stärkezusatzes gute Werte erreichten. Erstaunlich ist, dass die Formel mit einer höheren Menge an Tapioca (CLG 05), insbesondere in den für Face Care sehr relevanten Parametern besser abschneidet.
Neben den Gelbildnern und Stärkeverbindungen sind in der erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitung keine Cellulosen und vorteilhaft keine weiteren Polysaccharide, insbesondere keine weiteren Verdicker, in der Zubereitung enthalten.
Vorteilhaft ist daher auch in der Ölphase und insbesondere in der gesamten Zubereitung kein weiterer Verdicker zugegen.
Die Zubereitung umfasst darüber hinaus insbesondere auch keine Acrylate/Alkylacrylate Crosspolymere.
Keine weiteren Stoffe bedeutet, dass der Anteil dieser Substanzen unterhalb von 0, 1 Gew.%, insbesondere weniger als 0,01 Gew.%, vorteilhaft 0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, liegt, falls durch Verunreinigungen oder Herstellprozesse unwesentliche Anteile dieser Substanzen doch einmal hinzugefügt werden sollten.
Erfindungsgemäß als Verdicker oder verdickend wirkende Stoffe sind diejenigen Substanzen anzusehen, die die Viskosität der Zubereitung oder Phase gegenüber Zubereitungen ohne diese Substanz erhöht.
Ebenso wird auf den Zusatz an Tensiden und Emulgatoren verzichtet um die gestellten Aufgaben der Bereitstellung einer sensorisch akzeptablen Zubereitung, die gleichzeitig einen pflegenden Rückstand auf der Haut hinterlässt, zu lösen.
Auch der Anteil an Tensiden bzw. Emulgatoren in Zubereitung beträgt daher maximal 0, 1 Gew.%, insbesondere weniger als 0,01 Gew.%, vorteilhaft 0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, um erfindungsgemäß immer noch als„frei von" zu gelten.
Dies bedeutet, wie bereits ausgeführt, um eventuelle Verunreinigungen dieser Stoffe mit zu umfassen.
Fettalkohole, wie insbesondere Cetylstearylalkohol, gelten erfindungsgemäß nicht als Emulgatoren. Es sind, wie ausgeführt, daher keine Emulgatoren, wobei Fettalkohole ausgenommen sind, in der Zubereitung enthalten.
Cetylstearylalkohol ist als Emollient in der Kosmetik bekannt.
Cetylstearylalkohol, auch als Stearolum, CTFA oder Cetearyl Alcohol bezeichnet, ist ein Trivialname für ein Gemisch der Alkohole Cetylalkohol (Hexadecanol) und Stearylalkohol (Octadecanol). Da die beiden Komponenten häufig durch Reduktion der entsprechenden Fettsäuren hergestellt werden, werden diese Alkohole auch als Fettalkohole bezeichnet. Cetylstearylalkohol wird in einer Vielzahl pharmazeutischer und kosmetischer Präparate verwendet, erhöht die Stabilität von Emulsionen und verbessert die Textur von
Zubereitungen.
In der erfindungsgemäßen emulgatorfreien Zubereitung dienen die Fettalkohole und insbesondere Cetylstearylalkohol zur Verbesserung der Stabilität der Zubereitung.
Auch wenn verschiedene Literaturstellen davon sprechen, dass Cetearylakohol ein Co- Emulgator sei, sind diese nicht als Emulgatoren zu verstehen, die erfindungsgemäß ausgeschlossen sind.
Anders formuliert umfassen die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen neben Fettalkoholen, bzw. neben Cetearylalkohol, keine Emulgatoren.
Der Anteil an Fettalkoholen, insbesondere Cetylstearylalkohol, wird vorteilhaft gewählt im Bereich von bis zu 5 Gew.%, insbesondere bis zu 2,5 Gew.%.
Die bevorzugte Vermeidung der Zugabe an Stoffen, wie Emulgatoren, Verdicker, Tenside oder Konservierungshelfern ist erfindungsgemäß von Bedeutung, da dadurch einerseits Nachteile, wie beispielsweise Unverträglichkeiten, vermindert werden und andererseits dennoch ein anwendungsfreundliches und vor allem sensorisch akzeptables Kosmetikum bereit gestellt werden kann.
Der Anteil an diesen zu vermeidenden Stoffen liegt daher wie mehrfach ausgeführt unterhalb von 0,1 Gew.%, insbesondere unterhalb von 0,01 Gew.% bzw. bei genau 0 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung.
Ein weiterer erfindungsgemäßer Vorteil ergibt sich, wenn man das Gewichtsverhältnis der Ölphase zur Wasserphase im Bereich von 2 Gew.% zu 98 Gew.% bis 25 Gew.% zu 75
Gew.%, insbesondere im Bereich von 18 Gew.% zu 82 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, wählt.
Durch dieses Mischungsverhältnis lässt sich zum einen die Viskosität der Zubereitung einstellen um eine topische Applikation und Verreibbarkeit zu gewährleisten und andererseits wird so ein sensorisch angenehmes Hautgefühl erreicht.
Des Weiteren wirken sich diese erfinderischen Mischungsverhältnisse vorteilhaft auf die Lagerstabilität der Formulierung aus
Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitung erfolgt auf der Haut, insbesondere feuchter oder nasser Haut, insbesondere im Gesicht oder Hals.
Die Verwendung der Zubereitung auf feuchter oder nasser Haut, insbesondere Gesichtshaut, ist damit erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt.
Eine feuchte oder nasse Haut liegt vor während bzw. nach dem Duschen bzw. Baden, so dass die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitung während bzw. nach dem Duschen oder Baden erfolgt.
Beim Verteilen der erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitung auf der Haut bildet sich ein feiner Ölfilm auf der Haut, der auch nach dem Abtrocknen der Haut diese pflegt und ein sensorisch angenehmes Gefühl erzeugt.
Verbraucherstudien haben gezeigt, dass das Hautgefühl nach Anwendung des
erfindungsgemäßen Produktes sehr angenehm war und die Konsumenten einen positiven Effekt im Vergleich zu vorher wahrgenommen haben.
Bei handelsüblichen O/W-Emulsionen werden die Olkomponenten über Emulgatoren stabil in die Emulsionsstruktur eingebunden. Dadurch„haften" die Olkomponenten nicht oder zumindest schlecht auf der Hautoberfläche und werden beim anschließenden Abspülen wieder weggespült.
Bei einer Emulgator basierten Formel werden daher eher langsam-spreitende Öle oder Wachse verwendet, damit überhaupt hinreichend Rückstand auf der Haut verbleiben kann. Diese langsam-spreitende Öle oder Wachse verursachen dann aber meist ein stumpfes oder klebriges Hautgefühl und werden daher als sensorisch unangenehm wahrgenommen.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen emulgatorfreien Formulierung stehen daher bevorzugt andere Olkomponenten zur Auswahl.
Vorteilhafte polare Olkomponenten können im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der Ester aus gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkancarbonsäuren mit einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen
und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkoholen mit einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen sowie aus der Gruppe der Ester aus aromatischen Carbonsäuren und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkoholen mit einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen. Solche Esteröle können dann vorteilhaft gewählt werden aus der Gruppe Phenethylbenzoat, 2-Phenylethylbenzoat, Isopropyl Lauroyl Sarkosinat, Phenyl Trimethicon, Cyclomethicon, Dibutyladipat,
Octylpalmitat, Octylcocoat, Octylisostearat, Octyldodeceylmyristat, Octyldodekanol,
Cetearylisononanoat, Isopropylmyristat, Isopropylpalmitat, Isopropylstearat, Isopropyloleat, n-Butylstearat, n-Hexyllaurat, n-Decyloleat, Isooctylstearat, Isononylstearat,
Isononylisononanoat, 2-Ethylhexylpalmitat, 2-Ethylhexyllaurat, 2-Hexyldecylstearat, 2- Octyldodecylpalmitat, Stearylheptanoat, Oleyloleat, Oleylerucat, Erucyloleat, Erucylerucat, Tridecylstearat, Tridecyltrimellitat, sowie synthetische, halbsynthetische und natürliche Gemische solcher Ester, wie z. B. Jojobaöl.
Weitere bevorzugte Öle sind zu wählen aus der Gruppe Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride, Tri- Isostearin, Octylstearate, Dicaprylyl Carbonate und/oder Shea Butter.
Erfindungsgemäß außerordentlich bevorzugte Ölkomponenten sind ausgewählt aus
Fettsäure- und Fettalkoholestern. In diesem Fall besonders bevorzugt ist Isopropylpalmitat.
Weiterhin bevorzugt ist, dass als Lipidbestandteil der Ölphase ein oder mehrere Pflanzenöle gewählt werden. Bevorzugte Pflanzenöle sind zu wählen aus Mandelöl, Traubenkernöl, und/oder Sonnenblumenöl.
Diese Ölkomponenten ziehen besonders gut auf die Haut auf und vermitteln ein
angenehmes, gleitendes, weiches Hautgefühl.
Die kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zubereitungen gemäß der Erfindung können ferner kosmetische Hilfsstoffe und weitere Wirkstoffe enthalten, wie sie üblicherweise in solchen Zubereitungen verwendet werden, z. B. Substanzen zum Verhindern des Schäumens, Farbstoffe und Farbpigmente, anfeuchtende und/oder feuchthaltende Substanzen, Fette, Öle, Wachse oder andere übliche Bestandteile einer kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Formulierung wie Alkohole, Polyole, Polymere, Schaumstabilisatoren, Elektrolyte, organische Lösungsmittel oder Silikonderivate, Selbstbräuner, Puffer, pH Regulatoren, Pflanzliche Extrakte, Sebumabsorbierende Substanzen, UV-Filter, Wirkstoffe wie zum Beispiel Anti Age, Anti-Cellulite, Anti Akne, Anti-Rosacea, Anti-Neurodermitis, Antioxidantien, Moisturiser, Chelatbildner, Antitranspirantien, Bleich- und Färbemittel etc. sofern der Zusatz die geforderten Eigenschaften hinsichtlich der Stabilität, Strukturbildung und sensorische Eigenschaften nicht behindert oder erfindungsgemäß ausgeschlossen sind.
Konservierungsmittel oder -helfer können in der Zubereitung ebenfalls enthalten sein, vorteilhaft zu einen Anteil von 0,02 bis 2 Gew.%, insbesondere 0,02 bis 1 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung. Bei Bedarf kann die Zubereitung auch
Konservierungsmittelhelferfrei formuliert werden.
Erstaunlicherweise zeigte sich, dass durch die Wahl des Konservierungsstoffes Einfluss auf die Zubereitungsstruktur genommen werden kann. So zeigte sich durch den Zusatz an Methylparaben, dass die Öltöpfchen einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweisen als
Zubereitungen mit einem anderen Konservierungsmittel.
Bevorzugte Konservierungsmittel bzw. Konservierungsmittelhelfer sind zu wählen aus der Gruppe Piroctone Olamine, Phenoxyethanol, Benzethonium Chloride, Diazolidinyl Urea, Sodium Benzoate, Methylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin + lodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Propylparaben, Hexamidine Diisethionate, Ethylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin, Butylene Glycol + lodopropynyl Butylcarbamate sowie Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Methylpropanediol; Benzyl Alcohol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Diole (1 ,2- Alkandiole), 1 ,2-Hexanediol, Pentylene Glycol, 1 ,2-Octandiol, Decylene Glycol.
Phenoxyethanol ist vorteilhaft zu einem Anteil von 0,6 bis 1 Gew.% und/oder Methylparaben vorteilhaft zu einem Anteil von 0,3 bis 0,4 Gew.%, jeweils bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, in der Zubereitung enthalten.
Durch die besondere Struktur und durch das leichte Aufbrechen der erfindungsgemäßen Formulierung zeigte sich ein weiterer Vorteil gegenüber Zubereitungen des Standes der Technik - eine verbesserte Wirkstoffverfügbarkeit. Es lassen sich darüber hinaus sowohl wasser- als auch fettlösliche Wirkstoffe erfindungsgemäß gut einsetzen. Man erreicht damit einerseits eine höhere Flexibilität bei der Frage der Einsatzfähigkeit möglicher Wirkstoffe als auch bei der Menge an Wirkstoffen, die aufgrund der besseren Verfügbarkeit in geringeren Anteilen vorgesehen werden können.
Als bevorzugte Wirkstoffe können enthalten sein:Tocopherol / Tocopheryl Acetate,
Panthenol, Fucus Vesiculosus Extract, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Nelumbium Speciosum Flower Extract,
Glycyrrhiza Inflata Root Extract, Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil, Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Centaurea Cyanus Flower Extract, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Aloe Barbadensis, Kaolin, Cucumis Sativus, Ubiquinone, Creatine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Magnolia Officinalis Bark Extract, 4-Butylresorcinol, Calcium Pantothenate, Hydrolyzed Pearl, Glycine Soja Germ Extract, Arctium Lappa Fruit Extract, Glycosylrutin, Isoquercitrin, Eucerit und/oder Glyceryl Glucoside.
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Zubereitungen können wie nachfolgend beschrieben hergestellt werden.
Wasser und Glycerin werden auf 75°C erwärmt. Bei 75°C erfolgt unter Rühren (1 10 - 160 rpm) die Zugabe der Gelbildner. Die erhaltene Lösung wird nachstehend als wässrige Phase bezeichnet. Separat von der wässrigen Phase werden die erfindungsgemäßen Öle, Fettalkohole, Konservierungsmittel, Stabilisatoren auf 80°C erwärmt und der
Polyacrylatverdicker in der Lösung dispergiert (60 - 90rpm). Diese erhaltene Lösung wird nachstehend als ölige Phase bezeichnet. Anschließend wird die ölige Phase unter Rühren (160 - 190 rpm) der wäßrigen Phase zugegeben und gemischt. Die Mischung erfolgt bei einer Temperatur von 65°C mittels eines Ultraturrax® (7000-8000 U/min.) über einen Zeitraum von 3-8 min. Nach Abkühlen erfolgt bei 25°C unter Rühren (160 - 190 rpm) die Zugabe von den weiteren Substanzen und Parfüm.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele erläutern erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen. Die Zahlen sind, sofern nichts anderes angegeben, Gewichtsanteile bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung.

Claims
1. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitung umfassend eine Öl- und eine
Wasserphase, wobei Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase dispergiert vorliegt, die
Wasserphase ein oder maximal zwei Gelbildner umfasst und keine Tenside, keine Cellulosen und keine Emulgatoren, wobei Fettalkohole ausgenommen sind, in der Zubereitung enthalten sind.
2. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben Cetearylalkohol keine weiteren Emulgatoren enthalten sind.
3. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass keine
Acrylate/Alkylacrylate Crosspolymere enthalten sind.
4. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Gelbildner Xanthan Gum gewählt wird.
5. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich ein oder mehrere Stärkeverbindungen in der Zubereitung enthalten sind.
6. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben den Gelbildnern und Stärkeverbindungen keine weiteren Polysaccharide, insbesondere keine weiteren Verdicker, in der Zubereitung enthalten sind.

Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis der Ölphase zur Wasserphase im Bereich von 2 Gew.% zu 98 Gew.% bis 25 Gew.% zu 75 Gew.%, insbesondere im Bereich von 18 Gew.% zu 82 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, gewählt wird.
8. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewichtsanteil an Natriumpolyacrylat im Bereich von 0,5 Gew.% bis 2 Gew.%, insbesondere 0,8 bis 1 ,2 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, gewählt wird.
9. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Gelbildnern, insbesondere Xanthan Gum, insgesamt im Bereich von 0, 1 Gew.% bis 1 ,5 Gew.%, insbesondere im Bereich von 0,15 bis 0,3 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, gewählt wird.

Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil an Stärkeverbindungen, insbesondere Tapiokastärke, insgesamt im Bereich von 0, 1 Gew.% bis 8 Gew.%, insbesondere im Bereich von 1 bis 3 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, gewählt wird.
1 1. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere Fettalkohole, insbesondere Cetylstearylalkohol, zu einem Anteil bis zu 5 Gew.%, insbesondere bis zu 2,5 Gew.%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse der Zubereitung, enthalten sind.
12. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche erhältlich dadurch, dass
Natriumpolyacrylat in der Ölphase dispergiert wird, der eine oder die zwei Gelbildner, insbesondere Xanthan Gum, in der Wasserphase dispergiert wird und anschließend die Ölphase zur Wasserphase hinzugegeben wird.
13. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Bestandteil der Ölphase ein oder mehrere Lipide gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der Ester aus gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkancarbonsäuren mit einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkoholen mit einer
Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen, aus der Gruppe der Ester aus aromatischen
Carbonsäuren und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder
unverzweigten Alkoholen mit einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen.
14. Zubereitung nach Anspruch 13 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Esteröle ein oder mehrere Verbindungen aus der Gruppe Phenethylbenzoat, 2-Phenylethylbenzoat, Isopropyl Lauroyl Sarkosinat, Phenyl Trimethicon, Cyclomethicon, Dibutyladipat,
Octylpalmitat, Octylcocoat, Octylisostearat, Octyldodeceylmyristat, Octyldodekanol, Cetearylisononanoat, Isopropylmyristat, Isopropylpalmitat, Isopropylstearat,
Isopropyloleat, n-Butylstearat, n-Hexyllaurat, n-Decyloleat, Isooctylstearat,
Isononylstearat, Isononylisononanoat, 2-Ethylhexylpalmitat, 2-Ethylhexyllaurat, 2- Hexyldecylstearat, 2-Octyldodecylpalmitat, Stearylheptanoat, Oleyloleat, Oleylerucat, Erucyloleat, Erucylerucat, Tridecylstearat, Tridecyltrimellitat, sowie synthetische, halbsynthetische und natürliche Gemische solcher Ester, wie insbesondere Jojobaöl.
15. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 13 oder 14 dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass als Ölkomponente Isopropylpalmitat gewählt wird.
16. Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Bestandteil der Ölphase ein oder mehrere Pflanzenöle gewählt werden.
17. Verwendung einer Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche auf feuchter Haut, insbesondere feuchter Gesichtshaut.
18. Verwendung einer Zubereitung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche während oder nach dem Duschen oder Baden.
