The object of the invention is therefore to provide a kiln furniture whose structure is simplified and whose thermal mass is better optimized.
This object is solved by the features of
As a result, a kiln furniture is created in which the profiles form a support frame together with the insertable into this crossbars of the first kind. The crossbars according to the invention in addition to their function as a support for kiln or blanks a positional fixation of the profiles to each other. The position fixation of the profiles is achieved by introducing a on the Cross bars of the first kind arranged projection in the cavity between two walls of the double-walled side parts. The introduction takes place by inserting the projection formed on the transverse rods of the first type into a slot provided on the inside wall of the side part. By lowering the cross bar into the downwardly tapered portion of the slot, the projection is positioned like a trap in the region of the taper portion between the two walls of the side part. In this way, a cross-axial positional fixation between the transverse bars of the first kind and the side parts of the kiln furniture is created. The cross-axial fixing of the cross bars of the first kind causes a stabilization of the support frame, so that it is possible to dispense with additional elements connecting the side parts firmly. The structural design of the kiln furniture according to the invention is therefore simplified and reduced its thermal mass.
The downward tapered portion forms by the keyhole-shaped design of the slot a preferred position for the inserted cross bar first type. This preferred position is taken under the weight of the crossbar first type and maintained. Unintentional release of the axial positional fixation is prevented. An internal positioning of the projection in the cavity of the side part is realized by means of a key / lock principle.
The inner wall may have receptacles for inserting transverse bars of the second kind. By providing crossbars of the first and second type with different cross-sectional profiles, it is possible to form bearing surfaces adapted to the firing material to be mounted in each case. The cross bars of the first type may have a polygonal cross-sectional profile, whereby an axial rotation of the cross bars of the first type is prevented in the tapering portion of the slot. The crossbars of the second type preferably have a round cross-sectional profile in order to allow an axial rotation of the crossbars of the second type in the inserted state.
Preferably, the transverse rods of the second type each end on projections which are axially engageable with the respective inner wall of the Side part. The transverse rods of the second type then form support struts, which stabilize the side parts in the transverse direction. The transverse rods of the second type can each be axially engaged with the mutually facing inner sides of the inner walls. The inner walls are then fixed in position between the projections arranged on the outside of the transverse rods of the first type and the projections arranged on the inside of the transverse rods of the second type as stops, whereby a particularly stable support frame is formed.
The projections of the transverse rods of the first type may have an axial extent, which is adapted to an axial extent of the cavity in the insertion direction. By adjusting the axial play of the cross bars of the first kind in the direction of insertion is adjustable. The axial clearance can be adjusted by the adjustment so that a positive axial positional fixation of the cross bars of the first kind exists.
Furthermore, a fixing element may be provided which can be inserted into a slot to a transverse bar of the first type lowered into the narrowing section. As a result, a lowered transverse bar can be fixed in the tapering section of the oblong hole. By blocking the opening of the slot of the engaging engagement between cross bar first type and side part is secured individually for each cross bar. In addition, a positive connection is formed in the plug-in direction substantially perpendicular direction, so that the transverse bar is received in all spatial directions secured in the side part. As a result, the kiln furniture can be carried on the transverse bars. The transportability of the kiln furniture is thus improved.
Preferably, the fixing element is releasably fixed by means of a pin connection with respect to a transverse bar of the first type lowered in the narrowing section and / or the associated projection of the transverse bar. Such a pin connection secures the fixing element against a displacement in the insertion direction.
The side part may have a skeletal support structure. By a skeleton construction the stability of the side parts is increased and the filigree Design also reduces the thermal mass of the kiln furniture.
The support structure may preferably have mutually braced, post-like support elements which are stackable. When stacking the kiln furniture form the post-like support elements corner posts of the fuel rack, which ensure a tip-proof stackability and remove the loads acting on the firing frame eckseitig.
The side parts, cross bars and projections are preferably made of a ceramic, in particular of a technical SiC ceramic, resulting in advantages in terms of production life and fatigue life. Lower thermal masses are possible due to the material as well as shape-related possible.

The at least two
The
