Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a stair scaffolding module according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a stair scaffold module according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from the instructions for assembly and use for the standard version "PERI PD 8 stair tower", edition 04/2008.
  • From the DE 201 05 346 U1 is the structure of a z. B. in the area of a construction site usable stair tower tower with a plurality of vertical posts positioned next to one another in a rectangular arrangement or positioned one above the other in this arrangement to provide a floor plan of the stair tower tower.
  • the vertical standards are connected to one another at different height positions by horizontal bars, for which purpose the horizontal bars are releasably connected to the vertical standards.
  • Stair units are attached to horizontal bars connected to the vertical standards at different heights, each with their lower stair unit end area and their upper stair unit end area.
  • the stair units can be positioned in opposite directions, so that a zigzag-like arrangement with mutually laterally offset stair units is achieved.
  • the stair units can be positioned one above the other in the same direction without any lateral offset.
  • Another stair scaffold module is from the publication JP H08-199799 A known.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a stair scaffolding module for building a modular stair scaffolding tower, in particular for use on construction sites or the like, with which the erection and dismantling of a tower, meeting the requirements for static stability, is simplified even with a greater height and is faster to implement.
  • Such a stair scaffolding module is a self-contained structural unit which, of course, can be used to build a stair scaffolding tower in any desired way can be stacked on top of each other in numbers that meet the requirements for static stability. Since the vertical bars and the horizontal bars connecting the vertical bars on the one hand and also serving to connect a respective staircase unit on the other hand are detachably connected in each such structural unit, there is a high degree of variability in structure and the possibility of space-saving transport and space-saving storage when dismantled.
  • all horizontal bars of the upper group of horizontal bars are releasably connected to the vertical standards in the same height position and all horizontal bars of the lower group of horizontal bars are releasably connected to the vertical standards in the same height position.
  • the stair scaffold module is designed with a square circumferential contour with a vertical post in each of the four module corner areas, with the upper group of horizontal bars on one side of the square Circumferential contour comprises a horizontal bar for releasable connection with the upper stair unit end area and the lower group of horizontal bars on one side of the quadrangular circumferential contour opposite the other side of the square circumferential contour includes a horizontal bar for releasable connection with the lower stair unit end area.
  • both groups of the upper group of horizontal bars and the lower group of horizontal bars in association with all sides of the rectangular circumferential contour each comprise a horizontal bar that is releasably connected to two of the vertical bars provided in the four module corner areas.
  • the vertical post connection organs provided on the upper post end regions of the vertical posts have a first distance from a respective upper vertical post end and the vertical post connection members provided on the lower post end regions of the vertical posts have a second distance from a respective lower vertical post end, preferably the first distance substantially corresponds to the second distance.
  • At least a distance between the horizontal bars of the upper group of horizontal bars releasably connected to an upper stair unit end area and / or a horizontal aisle unit to the upper vertical bar ends and / or a distance the horizontal bar of the lower group of horizontal bars releasably connected to a lower stair unit end area and / or a horizontal aisle unit corresponds to the lower vertical post ends essentially to half of a stair unit step height.
  • the vertical post connecting members are designed in the form of perforated disks, a high degree of variability in the connection of the vertical posts with horizontal bars is made possible. At the same time, this connection of the various rod-like components is easy and stable to produce and just as easy to remove again.
  • a diagonal bar detachably connected to these is provided.
  • a vertical post which can be used in a staircase module described above, can comprise a tubular post body with a first post body end area and a second post body end area, wherein a plurality of vertical post connecting members in the form of perforated disks can be provided on the post body, with a vertical post connecting member provided in the first post body end region can have a first distance in the range of 5 to 20 cm, preferably about 10 cm, to a first handle body end and a vertical handle connection member provided in the second handle body end area can have a second distance in the range of 5 to 20 cm, preferably about 10 cm, to a second handle body end can.
  • Such a vertical post can therefore be used particularly advantageously, since the vertical post connecting members provided on the respective post body end areas are spaced from the associated post body ends at such a distance that when positioning different staircase modules one on top of the other, the vertical post connecting members provided in the adjacent areas between two staircase modules have a total distance from one another which enables a continuous progression of a path through a stair tower constructed in this way, in particular also with regard to a step height.
  • first distance and the second distance to one another are essentially the same, which means that at least in their two handle body end regions the vertical handles are symmetrical to one another, preferably also to a length center of the respective handle body.
  • the vertical handle connection organs provided on a respective handle body have essentially the same spacing from one another, which on the one hand supports the symmetrical structure of the handle body with the vertical handle connection organs provided thereon and, on the other hand, a likewise uniform spacing of further components connected to such vertical handle connection organs or Assemblies such as B. horizontal ledger allows.
  • the handle body can have a length in the range from 210 cm to 240 cm, preferably about 220 cm. This enables the construction of stair scaffolding modules or stair scaffolding towers or generally scaffolding in which modules or scaffolding sections positioned one above the other have such a division or spacing that there is comfortable access or a working height that meets the requirements for the work to be performed.
  • vertical handle connection members can be provided on a respective handle body.
  • One handle body end area of the first handle body end area and second handle body end area a coupling rod protruding beyond the handle body end of one handle body end area for insertion into the other handle body end area of the handle body of a further vertical handle is provided.
  • One handle body end area can correspond, for example, to an upper handle end area of a respective vertical handle, so that the coupling rods provided on such vertical handles protrude upwards and further vertical handles can be positioned by sliding onto a respective coupling rod from above.
  • the present invention also relates to a modular stair tower, comprising a plurality of the above-described stair tower modules which are arranged one above the other and can be detached from one another.
  • a stair tower of this type is constructed from a plurality of stair tower modules that can be positioned one above the other.
  • Each of these stair scaffolding modules in turn is constructed with rod-like individual parts, in particular the vertical posts and the horizontal bars, which in their entirety form the basic structure on which additional assemblies, such as, for. B. each a stair unit are provided.
  • This structure of a large number of rod-like individual parts enables easy transport to the place of use, for example a construction site, due to its very compact stowability, but also enables a high degree of variability in the construction of the basic structure itself.
  • the staircase units are laterally relative to one another are arranged offset.
  • the lateral offset of the staircase units of two directly adjoining staircase scaffolding modules ensures that there is practically no space restriction above the individual staircase units upwards, which makes it difficult for taller people to walk on the staircase scaffolding tower. Only in every second staircase module do stair units run directly one above the other and in the same direction, while in the case of staircase modules that are directly adjacent to one another, the stair units are laterally offset and positioned in opposite directions to one another.
  • a horizontal aisle unit with a first horizontal aisle unit end area and a second horizontal aisle unit end area be provided in association with at least one group of upper group of horizontal bars and lower group of horizontal bars is, wherein the first horizontal aisle unit end area is releasably connected to a horizontal bar of the one group of horizontal bars and the second horizontal aisle unit end area is releasably connected to a further horizontal bar of the one group of horizontal bars.
  • the horizontal ledgers of the two groups of horizontal ledgers also provided for the fixed connection of the stair units in the individual staircase scaffolding modules can thus also be used to connect the horizontal aisle units.
  • the staircase units are arranged one above the other and that a horizontal aisle unit is provided in association with the lower staircase unit end area of the upper of the two staircase scaffold modules and / or in association with the upper staircase unit end area of the lower of the two staircase scaffold modules.
  • a horizontal aisle unit is provided in association with the lower staircase unit end area of the upper of the two staircase scaffold modules and / or in association with the upper staircase unit end area of the lower of the two staircase scaffold modules.
  • a distance between the upper or lower stair unit end area of the stair unit of a stair unit to a horizontal aisle unit or the lower or upper stair unit end area of another stair unit immediately following the one stair unit is essentially a stair unit -Step height corresponds.
  • the step height provided for a respective stair unit is thus continued in the transition between a stair unit and a horizontal aisle unit. The same applies if the path from one staircase module to the other staircase module is formed by adjoining end regions of two staircase units.

Description

The present invention relates to a stair scaffolding module according to the preamble of claim 1.

A stair scaffold module according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from the instructions for assembly and use for the standard version "PERI PD 8 stair tower", edition 04/2008.

From the DE 201 05 346 U1 is the structure of a z. B. in the area of a construction site usable stair tower tower with a plurality of vertical posts positioned next to one another in a rectangular arrangement or positioned one above the other in this arrangement to provide a floor plan of the stair tower tower. When building a stair tower of this type, the vertical standards are connected to one another at different height positions by horizontal bars, for which purpose the horizontal bars are releasably connected to the vertical standards. Stair units are attached to horizontal bars connected to the vertical standards at different heights, each with their lower stair unit end area and their upper stair unit end area. The stair units can be positioned in opposite directions, so that a zigzag-like arrangement with mutually laterally offset stair units is achieved. In the case of an alternative construction option, the stair units can be positioned one above the other in the same direction without any lateral offset.

In the case of stair tower towers designed in this way, the construction is carried out successively from the bottom to the top. Accordingly, the dismantling also takes place gradually from top to bottom. In the case of suspended structures, such a suspended tower can be built up from top to bottom and accordingly dismantled from bottom to top.

Another stair scaffold module is from the publication JP H08-199799 A known.

This object is achieved by a stair scaffolding module according to claim 1, which can be used in a modular stair scaffolding tower. This staircase module includes:
  • in each module corner area a vertical post with an upper post end area and a lower post end area,
  • in the upper post end areas of the vertical posts, an upper group of detachably connected horizontal ledgers,
  • in the lower post end areas of the vertical posts, a lower group of detachably connected horizontal ledgers,
  • a stair unit with an upper stair unit end area and a lower stair unit end area, wherein the upper stair unit end area is releasably connected to a horizontal ledger of the upper group of horizontal ledgers and the lower stair unit end area is releasably connected to a horizontal ledger of the lower group of horizontal ledgers,
vertical post connecting members in the form of perforated disks are provided for releasable connection with the horizontal bars of the upper group of horizontal bars and the horizontal bars of the lower group of horizontal bars at the upper post end areas and the lower post end areas of the vertical posts.

Such a stair scaffolding module is a self-contained structural unit which, of course, can be used to build a stair scaffolding tower in any desired way can be stacked on top of each other in numbers that meet the requirements for static stability.

For a stable and symmetrical design of a stair scaffold module constructed according to the invention, it is provided that all horizontal bars of the upper group of horizontal bars are releasably connected to the vertical standards in the same height position and all horizontal bars of the lower group of horizontal bars are releasably connected to the vertical standards in the same height position.

A particularly stable design with a comparatively small area required to build a stair tower with a plurality of stair scaffold modules is ensured by the fact that the stair scaffold module is designed with a square circumferential contour with a vertical post in each of the four module corner areas, with the upper group of horizontal bars on one side of the square Circumferential contour comprises a horizontal bar for releasable connection with the upper stair unit end area and the lower group of horizontal bars on one side of the quadrangular circumferential contour opposite the other side of the square circumferential contour includes a horizontal bar for releasable connection with the lower stair unit end area.

The stability of the individual staircase scaffolding modules is further increased by the fact that both groups of the upper group of horizontal bars and the lower group of horizontal bars in association with all sides of the rectangular circumferential contour each comprise a horizontal bar that is releasably connected to two of the vertical bars provided in the four module corner areas.

In the case of a stair scaffolding module constructed according to the invention, provision is also made that the vertical post connection organs provided on the upper post end regions of the vertical posts have a first distance from a respective upper vertical post end and the vertical post connection members provided on the lower post end regions of the vertical posts have a second distance from a respective lower vertical post end, preferably the first distance substantially corresponds to the second distance. By providing a respective total distance between the vertical post connection members and the vertical post ends, it is ensured that, when the stair scaffold modules are positioned one above the other, a distance resulting from the sum of these two distances between a respective upper or lower stair unit end area of a stair scaffold module to a respectively assigned stair unit end area of a respectively directly adjacent stair unit Stair scaffolding module or possibly a horizontal aisle unit is created. The step-like increase in the path provided in the staircase unit can thus be continued through a stair tower. Furthermore, a greater passage height can be achieved in particular when positioning step units running in the same direction directly one above the other.

To ensure a step height that continues evenly in a stair scaffolding module or a stair scaffolding tower built therewith, it is further proposed that at least a distance between the horizontal bars of the upper group of horizontal bars releasably connected to an upper stair unit end area and / or a horizontal aisle unit to the upper vertical bar ends and / or a distance the horizontal bar of the lower group of horizontal bars releasably connected to a lower stair unit end area and / or a horizontal aisle unit corresponds to the lower vertical post ends essentially to half of a stair unit step height.

Since the vertical post connecting members are designed in the form of perforated disks, a high degree of variability in the connection of the vertical posts with horizontal bars is made possible. At the same time, this connection of the various rod-like components is easy and stable to produce and just as easy to remove again.

Furthermore, in association with at least two directly adjacent vertical posts, a diagonal bar detachably connected to these is provided.

A vertical post, which can be used in a staircase module described above, can comprise a tubular post body with a first post body end area and a second post body end area, wherein a plurality of vertical post connecting members in the form of perforated disks can be provided on the post body, with a vertical post connecting member provided in the first post body end region can have a first distance in the range of 5 to 20 cm, preferably about 10 cm, to a first handle body end and a vertical handle connection member provided in the second handle body end area can have a second distance in the range of 5 to 20 cm, preferably about 10 cm, to a second handle body end can.

Such a vertical post can therefore be used particularly advantageously, since the vertical post connecting members provided on the respective post body end areas are spaced from the associated post body ends at such a distance that when positioning different staircase modules one on top of the other, the vertical post connecting members provided in the adjacent areas between two staircase modules have a total distance from one another which enables a continuous progression of a path through a stair tower constructed in this way, in particular also with regard to a step height.

In a particularly advantageous development, it can be provided that the first distance and the second distance to one another are essentially the same, which means that at least in their two handle body end regions the vertical handles are symmetrical to one another, preferably also to a length center of the respective handle body.

According to a further particularly advantageous aspect, the vertical handle connection organs provided on a respective handle body have essentially the same spacing from one another, which on the one hand supports the symmetrical structure of the handle body with the vertical handle connection organs provided thereon and, on the other hand, a likewise uniform spacing of further components connected to such vertical handle connection organs or Assemblies such as B. horizontal ledger allows.

According to a further particularly advantageous aspect, the handle body can have a length in the range from 210 cm to 240 cm, preferably about 220 cm. This enables the construction of stair scaffolding modules or stair scaffolding towers or generally scaffolding in which modules or scaffolding sections positioned one above the other have such a division or spacing that there is comfortable access or a working height that meets the requirements for the work to be performed.

Four to six, preferably five, vertical handle connection members can be provided on a respective handle body.

In order to be able to provide a stable connection of vertical handles that are to be positioned one above the other in the vertical direction, it is further proposed that on one handle body end area of the first handle body end area and second handle body end area a coupling rod protruding beyond the handle body end of one handle body end area for insertion into the other handle body end area of the handle body of a further vertical handle is provided. One handle body end area can correspond, for example, to an upper handle end area of a respective vertical handle, so that the coupling rods provided on such vertical handles protrude upwards and further vertical handles can be positioned by sliding onto a respective coupling rod from above.

The present invention also relates to a modular stair tower, comprising a plurality of the above-described stair tower modules which are arranged one above the other and can be detached from one another.

A stair tower of this type is constructed from a plurality of stair tower modules that can be positioned one above the other. Each of these stair scaffolding modules in turn is constructed with rod-like individual parts, in particular the vertical posts and the horizontal bars, which in their entirety form the basic structure on which additional assemblies, such as, for. B. each a stair unit are provided. This structure of a large number of rod-like individual parts enables easy transport to the place of use, for example a construction site, due to its very compact stowability, but also enables a high degree of variability in the construction of the basic structure itself. There is also the possibility of all staircase modules required to build a stair tower individually standing on the ground and then, for example, using a crane to position the individually assembled staircase scaffolding modules on top of one another and thus build a modular staircase scaffolding tower. It goes without saying that the dismantling can take place in the opposite way with the removal of the individual staircase modules from above and then dismantling them on the ground.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment variant, it can be provided that with at least two staircase modules directly adjoining one another, the staircase units are laterally relative to one another are arranged offset. The lateral offset of the staircase units of two directly adjoining staircase scaffolding modules ensures that there is practically no space restriction above the individual staircase units upwards, which makes it difficult for taller people to walk on the staircase scaffolding tower. Only in every second staircase module do stair units run directly one above the other and in the same direction, while in the case of staircase modules that are directly adjacent to one another, the stair units are laterally offset and positioned in opposite directions to one another.

If the construction of a stair tower with one above the other stair units is desired or is necessary for structural reasons, it is further proposed that a horizontal aisle unit with a first horizontal aisle unit end area and a second horizontal aisle unit end area be provided in association with at least one group of upper group of horizontal bars and lower group of horizontal bars is, wherein the first horizontal aisle unit end area is releasably connected to a horizontal bar of the one group of horizontal bars and the second horizontal aisle unit end area is releasably connected to a further horizontal bar of the one group of horizontal bars. The horizontal ledgers of the two groups of horizontal ledgers also provided for the fixed connection of the stair units in the individual staircase scaffolding modules can thus also be used to connect the horizontal aisle units.

Advantageously, it is further provided that, in the case of at least two staircase scaffold modules arranged directly one above the other, the staircase units are arranged one above the other and that a horizontal aisle unit is provided in association with the lower staircase unit end area of the upper of the two staircase scaffold modules and / or in association with the upper staircase unit end area of the lower of the two staircase scaffold modules. This ensures that in connection with a respective upper stair unit end area or lower stair unit end area by a Horizontal aisle unit in a directly adjoining stair scaffolding module, the way to walk on the stair scaffolding tower is continued.

In order to increase the surefootedness for people walking the stair tower, it is further proposed that a distance between the upper or lower stair unit end area of the stair unit of a stair unit to a horizontal aisle unit or the lower or upper stair unit end area of another stair unit immediately following the one stair unit is essentially a stair unit -Step height corresponds. The step height provided for a respective stair unit is thus continued in the transition between a stair unit and a horizontal aisle unit. The same applies if the path from one staircase module to the other staircase module is formed by adjoining end regions of two staircase units.

The present invention is explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying figures. It shows:

In Fig. 1 is a modular stair tower, as it can be used, for example, in the field of construction sites for the construction of houses or the like, generally designated 10. In the example shown, the stair tower 10 comprises three stair tower modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 positioned one above the other. The three stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 are fundamentally identical to one another and can be built up on the floor by themselves to erect the stair scaffolding tower 10 and can be positioned on top of one another after completion. The lowermost staircase scaffolding module M 1 is placed on scaffolding feet 12 that can be supported on the sub-floor and can be adjusted, for example, with a screw spindle connection to compensate for unevenness in the sub-floor. A railing unit 14, which is adapted in its circumferential contour to the rectangular circumferential contour and, in the example shown, completely circumferential, is positioned above the uppermost stair scaffolding module M 3 , which secures people from falling in the upper region of the stair scaffolding tower 10.

A staircase unit 16 is provided in each of the staircase scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 , which are described in greater detail below. The staircase units 16 of the three steps scaffolding modules M 1, M 2, M 3 are positioned so that the staircase units 16 laterally with respect to the stairs longitudinal direction are offset from one another in directly successive positioned staircase scaffolding modules M 1, M 2, M 3, so that in every second of the superimposed positioned stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3, the stair units 16 lie one above the other and run in the same direction, while in directly adjacent stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 the stair units 16 offset from one another and directed towards one another. This leads to a comparatively large height distance between staircase units 16 lying directly one above the other, so that such a stair tower 10 can be comfortably walked on even for tall people.

Despite the required mutual offset of staircase units 16 directly above one another positioned staircase scaffold modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 and the opposite orientation of the staircase units 16, it is possible with such a structure of the staircase scaffold tower 16, staircase scaffold modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 of identical design to use, these staircase modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 positioned directly one above the other being rotated about a vertical axis by 180 ° with respect to one another.

An alternatively constructed stair tower 10 is shown in Fig. 2 shown. Here are components which have the same function and the same structure as in the stair tower 10 of FIG Fig. 1 Components shown are denoted by the same reference numerals.

The at the stair tower 10 the Fig. 2 The staircase scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 used correspond in their basic structure to those in Fig. 1 also shown stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 . The positioning of the stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 in Fig. 2 is, however, such that the stair units 16 of all these stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 are arranged lying one above the other without offset and running in the same direction. This means that compared to Fig. 1 the middle of the three stair scaffolding modules, ie the stair scaffolding module M 2 , is rotated by 180 °.

In order to obtain a continuous path from bottom to top in such a stair scaffolding tower 10, a horizontal aisle unit generally designated 18 is provided for each of the stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 . These horizontal aisle units 18 each connect an upper stair unit end area 20 of a stair scaffold module with a lower stair unit end area 22 of the stair and stair scaffold module immediately above. In the uppermost staircase frame module M 3 or the railing unit 14, the horizontal aisle unit 18 forms, for example, a work platform.

The structure of such a stair scaffold module is based on the in Fig. 3 illustrated staircase module M 1 described in detail below. It goes without saying that this structure can also be implemented in a corresponding manner with the staircase scaffolding modules M 2 , M 3 positioned above it, and with the stair scaffolding tower 10 of the Fig. 2 , as well as the stair tower 10 of the Fig. 1 Can apply.

B. fünf Vertikalstielanbindungsorgane 40 in Form so genannter Lochscheiben 42 vorgesehen. This in Fig. 3 The stair scaffolding module M 1 shown has, corresponding to its rectangular circumferential contour, in each of the four module corner areas 24, 26, 28, 30 a vertical post 32, 34, 36, 38 running essentially vertically in a built stair scaffolding module M 1 or in the stair scaffolding tower 10. The vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38 can each have a total length of 210 cm to 240 cm, preferably about 220 cm, for example. For example, at regular intervals of 40 cm to 60 cm, preferably about 50 cm, on the vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38 z. B. five vertical stem connection members 40 in the form of so-called perforated disks 42 are provided. These are fixed to the vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38, which are generally tubular, that is to say as hollow bars, for example by welding. The vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38 used in the four module corner areas 24, 26, 28, 30 are advantageously constructed identically to one another, so that vertical posts 32 that are identical to one another in an entire stair tower also in the respective module corner areas 24, 26, 28, 30 , 34, 36, 38 can be used.

The mutual connection of two z. B. in the module corner area 30 superimposed vertical posts 38 is in Fig. 4 shown. Here, for example, an upper post end region 44 of the vertical post 38 provided in the lowermost stair scaffolding module M 1 can be seen , and at the top adjoining it a lower post end region 46 of the on the stair scaffolding module M 1 positioned staircase scaffolding module M 2 . The vertical handles 38 are each constructed with a tubular handle body 39. A first handle body end area 45 can correspond to the upper handle end area 44 of a vertical handle 38 and a second handle body end area 47 can correspond to a respective lower handle end area 46 of a vertical handle 38. The in Fig. 4 Vertical post 38 positioned at the top rests with its lower vertical post end 48, which can correspond to a post body end 49 on the second post body end region 47, on the upper vertical post end 50, which can correspond to a post body end 51 on the first post body end region 45, of the vertical post 38 assigned to the staircase scaffolding module M 1 . In order to avoid mutual slipping, the vertical handles 32, 34, 36, 38 can for example be constructed in such a way that coupling rods protruding beyond the respective upper vertical handle ends 50 or first handle body ends 51 are provided in their upper handle end areas 44 or a respective first handle body end area 45 which can be inserted into the lower handle end area 46 or second handle body end area 47 from vertical handles 38 positioned directly above it and can also be locked therein, for example, by locking pins.

B. etwa 10 cm liegen. One recognizes in the Fig. 3 and 4th that the perforated disks 42 provided in the respective upper handle end area 44 or first handle body end area 45 are arranged at a distance A 1 from the upper vertical handle end 50 or first handle body end area 51. Likewise, the perforated disks 42 provided in the lower handle end regions 46 or second handle body end regions 37 are arranged at a distance A 2 from the respective lower vertical handle end 48 or second handle body end 49. It should be pointed out here that these distances A 1 and A 2 could of course also be measured in relation to the height center of the respective perforated disk 42. As will be set out below, the two distances A 1 and A 2 are preferably essentially identical to one another and, given an overall length of the vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38 of, for example, B. about 220 cm each in the range of z. B. be about 10 cm.

The vertical standards 32, 34, 36, 38 positioned in the four module corner areas 24, 26, 28, 30 are connected to one another by a plurality of groups of horizontal bars. A lower group G U of horizontal bars comprises four horizontal bars 52, 54, 56, 58 each detachably connected to the perforated disks 42 in the lower post end areas 46. An upper group G O of horizontal bars also includes the perforated disks 42 in the upper post end areas 44 releasably tied horizontal bars 60, 62, 64, 66. Between the lower group G U and the upper group G O , further groups of horizontal bars, not designated further with reference symbols, can be connected to perforated disks 42 provided in intermediate length positions of the vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38 to increase the stability of the staircase modules and at the same time to provide a safety-increasing handrail around the perimeter of the staircase modules.

As in Fig. 4 As illustrated, the horizontal bars, which are generally also provided as hollow bars, here illustrated by means of the horizontal bars 66, 58, can have wedge heads 68 in their end regions which encompass the perforated disks 42 in a fork-like manner and on which the not recognizable holes in the perforated disks 42 are carried wedges 70 that can be positioned through . By displacing or also pivoting the wedges 70, a stable connection between the horizontal bars and the perforated disks 42 and thus also the vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38 carrying them can be established.

To ensure the stability of the in Fig. 3 To be able to further increase the staircase module M 1 shown, diagonal bars 72, 74, 76, 78 can be provided on all four sides of the rectangular circumferential contour. These can, for example, each be connected to a perforated disk 42 in the lower post end region 46 of a vertical post and to a perforated disk 42 in the upper post end region 44 of an immediately adjacent vertical post in a manner similar to that of the horizontal ledgers. Also is it is possible, by means of fastening elements, to permanently couple such diagonal bars 72, 74, 76, 78 as an alternative or in addition to the connection to the vertical bars to horizontal bars.

In the Fig. 3 Staircase unit 16 recognizable in staircase scaffolding module M 1 comprises a staircase section 86 constructed, for example, with two beams 80, 82 and the steps 84 running between them. At the top, in the upper staircase unit end area 20, an upper landing section 88 adjoins the staircase section 86. At the bottom, in the lower stair unit end area 22, a lower platform section 90 adjoins the stair section 86. With the respective pedestal sections 88, 90 or hook-like connecting elements provided thereon, but not shown in the figures, the stair unit 16 can be releasably connected to the horizontal bar 62 of the upper group G O of horizontal bars and equally releasably to the one on the diametrically opposite side of the square Horizontal bars 58 of the lower group G U of horizontal bars positioned on the circumferential contour are connected.

The horizontal aisle unit 18 is also coupled in a similar manner. In the example shown, it has two horizontal aisle plates 94, 96 positioned next to one another. In a first horizontal aisle unit end area 98 and a second horizontal aisle unit end area 100, these horizontal aisle plates 94, 96 are releasably connected, for example with hook-like connecting elements provided thereon, to horizontal bars 54, 58 of the lower group G U of horizontal bars positioned in the two diametrically opposite sides of the square circumferential contour. This results in an arrangement such that the horizontal aisle unit 18 lies at the same height and to the side next to the lower platform section 90 of the staircase unit 16. If the parking is at the same height, reference can be made, for example, to the surface of the horizontal aisle unit 18 or the staircase unit 16 in its lower platform section 90, which is positioned upwards and exposed for walking.

When positioning several such staircase module units M 1 , M 2 , M 3 one above the other, an overall arrangement results in which, for example, in the case of the in Fig. 2 recognizable structure the vertical offset between an upper landing section 88 of a staircase unit 16 in a lower of two directly adjacent staircase modules to a horizontal aisle unit 18 in the lower area of the upper of the two staircase modules is approximately determined by the distances A 1 and A 2 between the horizontal bars of the two Groups G U and G O of horizontal bars to the vertical posts 32, 34, 36, 38 coupling perforated disks 42 to the upper vertical post end 50 and to the lower vertical post end 48. These two distances A 1 and A 2 are advantageously chosen so that they in total approximately correspond to the step height between two steps 84 of the stair section 86. This results in a corresponding spacing of the horizontal bars of the two groups G U and G O in the area adjacent to two stair scaffolding modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 to an extent corresponding to the step height. This in turn results in the upper landing section 88 of the staircase unit 16 of the staircase frame module M 1 having a vertical distance corresponding to the step height to the horizontal aisle unit 18 of the staircase frame module M 2 positioned above, whereby here, for example, reference can again be made to the surfaces exposed upwardly for stepping on both assemblies.

When entering the in Fig. 2 Stair tower 10 shown is always there where a step-like distance arises, so either between two immediately successive steps 84 or between the upper platform section 88 and the then following horizontal aisle unit 18 a uniform distance is provided, which leads to a very high level of security. The same applies of course to those in the stair tower 10 of the Fig. 1 illustrated arrangement. A lower pedestal section 90, which is adjacent to an upper pedestal section 88, has there because of the relative height positioning of the two groups G O and G U of Horizontal bars have a vertical distance corresponding to the step height in the respective stairway sections 86.

This horizontal spacing also ensures at the same time that with a standard height of the staircase units between the upper landing section and the lower landing section of about 2 meters, adapted to the height spacing of the perforated disks 42 provided in the upper post end areas 44 and the lower post end areas 46, with staircase modules arranged one above the other M 1 , M 2 , M 3 is the vertical distance between staircase units 16 lying directly above one another in the case of the Fig. 2 The overall structure shown with the same running staircase units 16 is larger, namely increased by a distance which essentially corresponds to the sum of the two distances A 1 and A 2 .

It should be noted that the in the stair tower 10 of the Fig. 1 Staircase modules M 1 , M 2 , M 3 shown in FIG Fig. 3 may have the structure described. Only the horizontal aisle units 18 are in the in Fig. 1 illustrated structure is not provided. To increase safety when walking on the stair units 16, as well as in the stair tower 10 of the Fig. 2 existing staircase units 16, handrails 102 and / or 104 extending along the respective staircase section 86 and preventing lateral falling.

With the structure described above, it is possible to build stair scaffolding modules in a simple, yet more stable and variable manner in terms of design, which can then be stacked on top of one another according to their individual structure, for example by means of a construction crane, in order to generate a stair scaffolding tower of any height. Standardized components can be used for the stair scaffolding modules, which can be separated from one another in a space-saving manner due to the fact that practically all components, such as vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, diagonal ledgers, staircase units and horizontal aisle units Can be stored or transported to a place of use.

It should be pointed out that a large number of variations can of course be provided for the construction of such a staircase frame module. Thus, each group of horizontal bars does not necessarily have to include four such horizontal bars. In any case, it is important that to connect the staircase units or the horizontal aisle units to two diametrically opposite sides of the generally square or rectangular circumferential contour of the staircase frame modules, one horizontal bar is provided in the lower area, i.e. the lower group of horizontal bars, and one Horizontal ledgers in the upper area, that is to say in the upper group of horizontal ledgers, is provided. For reasons of stability it is of course advantageous to provide four horizontal bars for each or at least the upper and lower groups of horizontal bars. Like in particular the Fig. 3 However, this illustrates that such a group of horizontal bars does not actually have to be provided in association with each perforated disk provided for the connection of horizontal bars on the vertical standards.

Furthermore, in the basic structure made up of vertical posts and horizontal bars and possibly diagonal bars, on which the staircase units or horizontal aisle units are carried, further vertical posts are provided on different sides of the circumferential contour in sections between module corner areas, depending on the required module size so that, for example, modules can be built with a greater length and / or greater width. The vertical stems can also be divided, for example, and consist of several, e.g. B. two, stem sections be composed.

It should also be noted that in a stair tower the in Fig. 1 Illustrated construction with opposing arrangement of directly consecutive stair units and the in Fig. 2 illustrated construction can be combined with stacked and parallel-oriented stair units. It is also possible that other modules or construction sections with a non-modular design can also be provided or incorporated in a stair scaffolding tower with several of the stair scaffolding modules described above. For example, the railing unit explained above could be assembled on the tower itself after completion of a stair scaffolding tower by stacking individual stair scaffolding modules on top of one another in the upper end area, i.e. on the topmost stair scaffolding module, and not necessarily also in a modular construction first on the ground and then as a finished module on the topmost Stair scaffolding modules are positioned.

In the case of the stair scaffolding modules, the structure could also be such that the horizontal aisle units are each assigned to the upper stair unit end area of the stair unit provided in such a module, i.e. are connected to it lying at the same height on two horizontal bars of the upper group of horizontal bars. At the lowest of the staircase scaffolding modules then stacked one on top of the other, a horizontal aisle unit could be provided, for example, in association with the upper stair unit end area and the lower stair unit end area.

The vertical standards used for the construction of staircase scaffolding modules are advantageously constructed in such a way that they are constructed symmetrically to one another at least in their two post end areas or stem body end areas, that is, the perforated disks provided at the respective end areas or possibly differently designed vertical post connecting members point to the respective stem end or stem body end an equal distance. Correspondingly, the vertical handle connection organs distributed over the length of the vertical handles or their handle bodies each have a uniform distance from one another, so that the two handle ends or handle body ends of the vertical handles have an essentially symmetrical structure, for example with respect to a length center. Of course, a variant deviating from such a symmetrical configuration can also be provided, in which, for example, the vertical handle connection organs provided in the two handle end areas or handle body end areas have a different distance from the respectively assigned handle end or handle body end, but advantageously the distance between such a vertical handle connection element and the assigned handle end or handle body end should not exceed a predetermined maximum dimension of, for example, 20 cm.
