Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schmierstoff enthaltend Polyalphaolefin, Ester, Phosphor und Schwefel; wobei das Polyalphaolefin und der Ester in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 3:2 bis 9:1 vorliegen; wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Phosphors bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Schmierstoffs 100 ppm bis 600 ppm beträgt; und wobei der Gewichtsanteil des Schwefels bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Schmierstoffs 1000 ppm bis 10000 ppm beträgt. Der Schmierstoff enthält neben dem Polyalphaolefin, dem Ester, dem Phosphor, dem Schwefel und einem optional enthaltenen Schaumhemmer keine weiteren Stoffe enthält und kann als Prüfstandsöl verwendet werden.

Description

Prüfstandsöl
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schmierstoff nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 und ein Verfahren zum Testen eines Getriebes.
Getriebe für Windkraftanlagen werden vor Ihrer Auslieferung einem sogenannten Serientest unterzogen. Dabei werden die Getriebe Belastungen ausgesetzt, die bis zu 130% einer nominellen Belastung betragen.
Während des Serientests werden die Getriebe mit einem sogenannten Prüfstandöl befüllt. Das Prüfstandöl wird vor Auslieferung des Getriebes abgelassen und durch ein sogenanntes Betriebsöl ersetzt. Allerdings verbleiben nach dem Serientest etwa 5-15% des Prüfstandöls im Getriebe. Dieses Restöl vermischt sich mit dem Betriebsöl. Daher kann nur Prüfstandsöl verwendet werden, dass mit dem Betriebsöl verträglich ist.
Verschiedene Kunden eines Getriebeherstellers stellen häufig unterschiedliche Anforderungen an das Betriebsöl. Dies hat zur Folge, dass der Getriebehersteller baugleiche Getriebe mit Betriebsölen unterschiedlicher chemischer Zusammensetzung ausliefern muss. Da aber die Betriebsöle und die Prüfstandsöle verträglich sein müssen, führt dies zu einer hohen Anzahl unterschiedlicher Prüfstandsöle. Alternativ kann das Getriebe vor der Befüllung mit dem Betriebsöl gespült werden, um den verbleibenden Rest des Prüfstandöls zu entfernen. Sowohl die Verwendung verträglicher Prüfstands- und Betriebsöle, als auch die Spülung verursachen aber hohe Kosten.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind zahlreiche Öle bekannt, die Polyalphaolefin und Ester enthalten. Exemplarisch seien hier die Druckschriften EP 0730021 A1 ,
DE 10 201 1 076 364 A1 und DE 1 1 2008 002 574 D5 genannt. Bei diesen Ölen handelt es sich allerdings um Betriebsöle. Diese kennzeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass sie zur Verbesserung der Schmiereigenschaften neben Polyalphaolefin und Ester zahlreiche weitere Stoffe, sogenannte Additive enthalten. Ein reines Prüfstandöl ist bisher nicht bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, unter Umgehung der dem aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Lösung innewohnenden Nachteile einen Schmierstoff verfügbar zu machen. Insbesondere soll der Schmierstoff dazu beitragen, die bei Serientests - insbesondere von Wind kraftgetrieben - anfallenden Kosten zu senken.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Schmierstoff nach Anspruch 1 und ein Verfahren nach Anspruch 5. Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Der Schmierstoff enthält Polyalphaolefin, Ester, Phosphor und Schwefel. Das Polyal- phaolefin und der Ester liegen relativ zueinander in einem Gewichts- bzw. Masseverhältnis von 3:2 bis 9:1 vor. Der Quotient aus der Masse des in dem Schmierstoff enthaltene Polyalphaolefins und der Masse des in dem Schmierstoff enthaltenen Esters liegt also in einem geschlossenen Intervall von 1 ,5 bis 9.
Der Gewichts- bzw. Masseanteils des Phosphors bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht bzw. die Gesamtmasse des Schmierstoffs beträgt 100ppm bis 600ppm, liegt also in einem geschlossenen Intervall von 100ppm bis 600ppm.
Der Gewichts- bzw. Masseanteil des Schwefels bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht bzw. die Gesamtmasse des Schmierstoffes beträgt 1000ppm bis 10000ppm, liegt also in einem geschlossenen Intervall von 1000ppm bis 10000ppm.
Erfindungsgemäß enthält der Schmierstoff neben dem Polyalphaolefin, dem Ester, dem Phosphor, dem Schwefel und einem optional enthaltenen Schaumhemmer, auch Schauminhibitor genannt, keine weiteren Stoffe. Der Schmierstoff besteht also entweder ausschließlich aus dem Polyalphaolefin, dem Ester, dem Phosphor und dem Schwefel oder ausschließlich aus dem Polyalphaolefin, dem Ester, dem Phosphor, dem Schwefel und dem Schaumhemmer. Der erfindungsgemäße Schmierstoff zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass er mit sämtlichen in der Praxis verwendeten Betriebsölen verträglich ist, insbesondere mit Betriebsölen, die aus Polyalphaolefin, Ester, Phosphor und Schwefel, gegebenenfalls einem Schaumhemmer und einem oder mehreren Additiven zusammengesetzt sind. Der erfindungsgemäße Schmierstoff kann somit unabhängig von dem später eingefüllten Betriebsöl als Prüfstandöl verwendet werden. Die Notwendigkeit, weitere Prüf- standsöle zu verwenden, entfällt. Dies vereinfacht die Serientests erheblich.
Da dem Prüfstandöl keine Additive zugesetzt werden, ist dessen Leistungsfähigkeit geringer als die Leistungsfähigkeit der bisher als Prüfstansöl verwendeten Betriebsöle. Der Erfindung kommt aber der Umstand zupass, dass die Getriebe, etwa nach IEC 61400-4 mit hohen Sicherheiten ausgelegt werden. Daher sind bei einem Serientest mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Schmierstoff keine Beeinträchtigungen des Getriebes zu befürchten.
Der Gewichts- bzw. Masseanteil des Phosphors auf das Gesamtgewicht bzw. die Gesamtmasse des Schmierstoffes beträgt vorzugsweise 200 bis 450 ppm. In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Erfindung beträgt der Gewicht- bzw. Masseanteil des Phosphors bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht bzw. die Gesamtmasse des Schmierstoffes 300 ppm.
Der Gewicht- bzw. Masseanteil des Schwefels bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht bzw. die Gesamtmasse des Schmierstoffes beträgt vorzugsweise 2000 ppm bis 6500 ppm. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform beträgt der Gewicht- bzw. Massenanteil des Schwefels bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht bzw. die Gesamtmasse des
Schmierstoffes 3000 ppm.
Das Polyalphaolefin und der Ester liegen vorzugsweise relativ zueinander in einem Gewichts- bzw. Masseverhältnis von 2:1 bis 17:2, 5:2 bis 8.1 , 3:1 bis 15:2, 7:2 bis 7:1 , 4:1 bis 13:2, 9:2 bis 6:1 , oder 5:1 bis 1 1 :2 vor.
In einer darüber hinaus bevorzugten Weiterbildung handelt es sich bei dem Schaumhemmer um Silikon. Die Viskosität des Schmierstoffes liegt bei 40°C vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von 280 mm2 pro Sekunde bis 360 mm2 pro Sekunde.
Die im Folgenden beschriebenen Verfahrensschritte können, soweit technisch möglich, in beliebiger Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden. Bevorzugt wird aber eine Ausführung in der Reihenfolge der Beschreibung.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren dient dazu, ein Getriebe etwa, im Rahmen eines Serientests, zu testen. Zunächst wird das Getriebe mit einem Prüfstandsöl befüllt. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen ersten Schmierstoff, der dem oben beschriebenen Schmierstoff entspricht. Das so befüllte Getriebe wird anschließend einem Test, etwa einem üblichen Serientest, unterzogen. Ein derartiger Test kann insbesondere mindestens einen Prüfstandlauf vorsehen. Dabei wird das Getriebe auf einem Prüfstand montiert, und verschiedenen Lastfällen ausgesetzt. Das Getriebe wird dabei mit mindestens einer Kombination von einem Eingangs- und einem Ausgangsdrehmoment sowie einer Eingangs- und einer Ausgangsdrehzahl betrieben.
Anschließend wird der erste Schmierstoff aus dem Getriebe mindestens teilweise entfernt. Eine Restmenge des ersten Schmierstoffes, etwa 5-15% der ursprünglichen Ölmenge kann dabei in dem Getriebe verbleiben.
Der aus dem Getriebe entfernte erste Schmierstoff kann für den Test mindestens eines weiteren Getriebes wiederverwendet werden. Der entfernte Schmierstoff wird dazu in das weitere Getriebe eingefüllt. Verbleibt ein Schmierstoffrest in dem zuerst getesteten Getriebe, muss das weitere Getriebe entsprechend nachgefüllt werden. Die Menge des nachgefüllten ersten Schmierstoffs beträgt 5-15% der Gesamtfüllmenge der Getriebe. 85-95% der Gesamtfüllmenge können wiederverwendet werden. Durch die Ergänzung von frischem Prüfstandsöl ist es möglich, einer Alterung des wiederverwendeten ersten Schmierstoffs vorzubeugen und durchgehend eine ausreichende Schmierstoffqualität sicherzustellen. In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung wird nach dem Entfernen des ersten Schmierstoffes aus dem Getriebe ein zweiter Schmierstoff in dasselbe Getriebe eingefüllt. Bei dem zweiten Schmierstoff handelt es sich vorzugsweise um ein Betriebsol, so dass das Getriebe anschließend an einen Kunden ausgeliefert werden kann.
Vorzugsweise unterscheiden sich die chemische Zusammensetzung des ersten Schmierstoffes und des zweiten Schmierstoffes. Insbesondere wird ein zweiter Schmierstoff bevorzugt, der mindestens einen Stoff, etwa ein Additiv enthält, der nicht in dem ersten Schmierstoff enthalten ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Schmierstoff enthaltend Polyalphaolefin, Ester, Phosphor und Schwefel; wobei das Polyalphaolefin und der Ester in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 3:2 bis 9:1 vorliegen; wobei
der Gewichtsanteil des Phosphors bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Schmierstoffs 100 ppm bis 600 ppm beträgt; und wobei
der Gewichtsanteil des Schwefels bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Schmierstoffs 1000 ppm bis 10000 ppm beträgt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Schmierstoff neben dem Polyalphaolefin, dem Ester, dem Phosphor, dem
Schwefel und einem optional enthaltenen Schaumhemmer keine weiteren Stoffe enthält.
2. Schmierstoff nach Anspruch 1 ; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Gewichtsanteil des Phosphors bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Schmierstoffs 300 ppm beträgt.
3. Schmierstoff nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Gewichtsanteil des Schwefels bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Schmierstoffs 3000 ppm beträgt.
4. Schmierstoff nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
es sich bei dem Schaumhemmer um Silikon handelt.
5. Verfahren zum Testen eines Getriebes mit folgenden Schritten:
- Befüllen des Getriebes mit einem ersten Schmierstoff, wobei es sich bei dem ersten Schmierstoff um einen Schmierstoff nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche handelt;
- Testen des Getriebes; und
- Entfernen mindestens eines Teils des ersten Schmierstoffs aus dem Getriebe.
6. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Entfernen des ersten Schmierstoffs ein zweiter Schmierstoff in das Getriebe eingefüllt wird.
7. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die chemische Zusammensetzung des zweiten Schmierstoffs sich von dem ersten Schmierstoff unterscheidet.
8. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schmierstoff mindestens einen Stoff enthält, der nicht in dem ersten Schmierstoff enthalten ist.
9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden zwei Ansprüche; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der erste Schmierstoff mindestens einen Stoff enthält, der nicht in dem zweiten Schmierstoff enthalten ist.
