Sie betrifft auch eine Kombination aus einem Zentrierelement für eine Verglasung zur Verwendung im Falz bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Profilelement und einem solchen Profilelement. Ein erfindungsgemäßes Profilelement dient zur Herstellung von Profilrahmen für Fenster- oder Türflügel. Es umfasst einen zur Aufnahme einer Verglasung, insbesondere einer Isolierverglasung, dienenden Falz, der eine seitliche Falzfläche und einen Falzgrund ausbildet. Die seitliche Falzfläche ist dazu ausgebildet und vorgesehen, einen seitlichen Rand der Verglasung zu übergreifen, während der Falzgrund dazu ausgebildet und vorgesehen ist, eine Stirnseitenfläche der Verglasung zu übergreifen. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Profilelement ist der Falzgrund in drei Abschnitte unterteilt, nämlich einen ersten Abschnitt, der unmittelbar an die seitliche Falzfläche angrenzt und in dem der Falzgrund durchgängig einen schrägen, zu der seitlichen Falzfläche hin geneigten Verlauf aufweist; einen zweiten Abschnitt, der an den ersten Abschnitt angrenzt, von diesem durch eine Stufe getrennt ist, und in dem der Falzgrund einen zu der seitlichen Falzfläche im Wesentlichen senkrechten Verlauf aufweist; und einen dritten Abschnitt, der an den zweiten Abschnitt angrenzt und in dem der Falzgrund ebenfalls einen zu der seitlichen Falzfläche im Wesentlichen senkrechten Verlauf aufweist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt und der dritte Abschnitt untereinander verschiedene Höhenniveaus aufweisen.A profile element according to the invention is used to produce profile frames for window or door leaves. Die genannte Profilierung oder Riffelung der Zentrierfeder quer zu ihrer Erstreckung kann dafür sorgen, dass eine mit der Zentrierfeder in Berührung stehende Verglasung gegen ein Herunterrutschen gesichert ist, z.B. während des Transports. Bei einer wieder anderen Weiterbildung des Zentrierelements kann vorgesehen sein, dass der die Verspannfeder tragende Aufstellsteg eine Ausnehmung oder einen Durchbruch aufweist, in die/den die Verspannfeder bei entsprechend starker Belastung hineinbewegbar ist. Diesbezüglich ergeben sich dieselben Eigenschaften und Vorteile wie sie weiter oben betreffend die Ausnehmung oder den Durchbruch im Bereich der Zentrierfeder bereits beschrieben wurden. Claims (15)

  1. Profile element (1) for production of profile frames for window or door sashes, having a rebate (2) serving to receive a glazing unit (4), comprising a lateral rebate surface (2a) and a rebate base (2b), which lateral rebate surface (2a) is designed and provided for engaging over a lateral edge of the glazing unit (4), while the rebate base (2b) is designed and provided for engaging over an end face of the glazing unit (4), wherein the rebate base (2) is divided into three sections, namely a first section (I) which directly adjoins the lateral rebate surface (2a) and in which the rebate base (2b) throughout slopes towards the lateral rebate surface (2a); a second section (II) which adjoins the first section (I) and in which the rebate base (2b) runs substantially perpendicular to the lateral rebate surface (2a); and a third section (III) which adjoins the second section (II) and in which the rebate base (2b) runs substantially perpendicular to the lateral rebate surface (2a), wherein the second section (II) and the third section (III) have different height levels from one another, characterised in that the second section is separated from the first section by a step.
  2. Profile element (1) according to claim 1, wherein
    in a transition region between the first section (I) and the second section (II) there is a rib-like projection (2d) in the region of the step (2c), which projection projects a short way into the region of the first section (I) at the height level of the second section (II).
  3. Profile element (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein
    in the third section (III) there is provided at least one groove (2f) which is intended and designed for insertion of a glazing bead.
  4. Profile element (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein
    a height level of the rebate base (2b) in the first section (I) lies at every point below the height level in the second section (II).
  5. Profile element (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein
    the height level in the second section (II) lies below the height level in the third section (III).
  6. Profile element (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein
    the lateral rebate surface (2a) has an undercut (2g) adjacent to the first section (I) of the rebate base (2b).
  7. Combination comprising a centring element (3) for a glazing unit (4) for use in the rebate in a profile element (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and such a profile element (1), which centring element (3) has:
    an approximately plate-like main body (3a) of a finite longitudinal extent, which main body has, transversely with respect to its longitudinal extent, at least two sections, namely a first section (I') in which the main body (3a) has at least two mounting ribs (3b, 3c) which, on one side of the main body (3a), project substantially perpendicularly with respect to a plate plane of the main body (3a) and have different extents relative to the plate plane matched to the slope of the rebate base (2b); and a second section (II') in which the main body (3a) has, at least in some regions, a wedge-like shape (3d) in cross-section;
    at least one centring tongue (3e) which projects above the plate plane in the first section (I'), which tongue is designed in such a way that, under a load in the direction of the plate plane, it effects a restoring force in the opposite direction; and
    at least one clamping tongue (3f) which projects laterally with respect to the main body (3a) and substantially parallel to the plate plane,
    preferably in the region of the one of the two mounting ribs (3b) that is located at the edge and is to face towards the lateral rebate surface (2a), and which is designed in such a way that, under a load in the direction of the main body (3a), it effects a restoring force in the opposite direction, and which is designed to enter into contact with the lateral rebate surface (2a);
    wherein a dimension of the first section (I') of the centring element (3) is matched to a corresponding dimension of the first section (I) of the profile element (1) in such a way that, on contact between the clamping tongue (3f) and the lateral rebate surface (2a), the centring element (3) has its mounting rib (3c) that faces towards the second section (II') laterally in contact in the region of the step (2c) and is held in the rebate (2) by force-based engagement.
  8. Combination (3) according to claim 7, wherein
    on the mounting rib (3c) that faces towards the second section (II') there is formed at least one lateral projection (3c') for engagement behind the rib-like projection (2d) according to claim 2.
  9. Combination (3) according to claim 7 or 8, wherein
    in the main body (3a) in the region of the centring tongue (3c) there is provided a recess or an opening (3g) into which the centring tongue (3e) is movable when subjected to an appropriately high load.
  10. Combination (3) according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein
    the centring tongue (3e) has a convex curvature relative to the plate plane, preferably with profiling or fluting (3e') provided approximately in the region of its apex, most preferably in the form of a number of transverse indentations.
  11. Combination (3) according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein
    the mounting rib (3b) carrying the clamping tongue (3f) has a recess or an opening (3g) into which the clamping tongue (3f) is movable when subjected to an appropriately high load, which recess or opening (3g) preferably coincides spatially with the recess or the opening (3g) according to claim 9.
  12. Combination (3) according to any one of claims 7 to 11, wherein
    the clamping tongue (3f), on its front side that faces away from the relevant mounting rib (3b), is designed for interlocking engagement in the undercut (2g) according to claim 6.
  13. Combination (3) according to any one of claims 7 to 12, wherein
    in addition to the clamping tongue (3f), preferably adjacent thereto, there is provided an additional fixed spacer projection (3m) for limiting any potential change in the dimensions of the centring element (3) when the clamping tongue (3f) is subjected to load.
  14. Sash for a window or a door, comprising:
    a sash frame which is composed of a number of profile elements (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6;
    at least one centring element (3) according to any one of claims 7 to 13, which is installed in the rebate (2) of the sash frame, preferably at least two centring elements (3) per frame side, most preferably with the exception of a lower frame side;
    a glazing unit, preferably an insulated glazing unit (4), which is installed in the sash frame so that via its glass pane or its cover pane (4a) that faces towards the lateral rebate surface it co-operates mechanically with the centring tongue (3e) and subjects the latter to load; and
    an adhesive (5) which is introduced in the region of the rebate base (2b) between the profile element (1) and the glazing unit (4) and permanently connects at least the glazing unit (4) and the profile element (1) to one another.
  15. Sash according to claim 14, wherein
    if the glazing unit is an insulated glazing unit (4) the thickness of which is greater than a corresponding dimension of the centring element (3), so that a cover pane (4c) of the insulated glazing unit (4) is located directly adjacent to the rebate base (2b) in the second section (II) thereof, that cover pane (4c) is directly adhesively bonded or bondable to the rebate base (2b).
