Definitions
- the invention relates to a frame profile for a window or a door, with a profile surface, which is intended to form a insulating glazing enclosing folding peripheral surface and of which a profile section is perpendicular, which is intended to form a insulating glazing cross-folding surface. It further relates to a window or door leaf and a method for producing such.
- the EP 1 373 672 B1 The applicant teaches the provision of a circumferentially extending boundary web for the adhesive layer, the is arranged at a distance in front of the edge of the insulating glass cross-folding surface and in particular rises from the peripheral surface of the fold.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide an improved frame profile of the type mentioned above and a correspondingly improved window or door. Furthermore, an improved method for producing such is to be shown.
- the invention is based on the consideration, the need for frame profiles or frame structures that are more flexible adaptable to different glazing units to take into account by further development of the boundary web concept. It further includes the idea to provide this instead of a single boundary web several webs or lips, which are spaced apart in the transverse or thickness direction of the frame profile and differentiated ways for introducing and fixing differently constructed and different thicknesses insulating glazing and for targeted positioning of this adhesive adhesive layer Offer. Furthermore, the invention includes the idea of forming these webs or lips as upstanding elements of the profile surface, which surrounds the end face of the insulating glazing.
- a further embodiment provides that the cross-section of the webs or lips reduces towards their free ends and / or they are deformable at least at the free ends. Deformability can also be achieved without the aforementioned cross-sectional tapering towards the free ends of the webs or lips, for example by arrangement inclined relative to the profile surface in conjunction with a certain flexibility.
- the mentioned cross-sectional tapering makes it possible, in some applications, advantageously to give the webs or lips an increasing (easier) deformability towards their free end.
- the free ends of at least part of the lips are each formed by a single edge and both free surfaces of this lip or lips are curved such that their angle of inclination relative to the profile surface to this Edge becomes smaller.
- the webs or lips are formed separately from a different material than the frame profile and molded onto this, glued or attached via a tongue and groove connection.
- the webs or lips may have an elastomer, in particular be extruded in the same material of an elastomer. It is also possible to put on the profile patch webs or lips in turn composed of several parts or to form from several materials by coextrusion.
- the proposed frame profile in the proposed frame profile at least one web or lip, in particular the / from upstanding profile section furthest spaced, provided with adapted to the tip of an adhesive syringe, over the longitudinal extension of the frame profile regularly spaced through holes provided.
- This allows a "lateral" injection of adhesive in the space between the pierced web or the pierced lip and the adjacent thereto further web or another lip with already inserted insulating glazing.
- corresponding fill openings can also be made during the assembly process immediately prior to the introduction of adhesive in the outer lip of the then specifically present lip configuration.
- a window or door leaf formed from the above-explained frame profiles is initially distinguished by the fact that the insulating glazing is mechanically largely secure (and advantageously has a certain elasticity in the direction of the pane plane) by a plurality of webs or lips rising from the circumferential fold surface already in an adhesive-free state. is held.
- This has an advantageous effect especially with relatively thick three-pane insulating glazing or sound-insulating or bullet-proof glazing.
- the at least partially bonding of the glazing in the frame is achieved with the profile according to the invention that the glazing is glued into the profile frame, wherein a web or a lip of the or each provided with webs or lips frame profile limits the extension of an adhesive strip transverse to the profile extension.
- the adhesive strip or adhesive bead may be placed so that it is bounded on both sides by two adjacent webs or lips. This allows a particularly precise and pollution-free bonding.
- the profile frame is formed from four frame profiles of the proposed type, and an adhesive strip delimited by at least one web or lip is arranged on each of these frame profiles.
- an adhesive strip delimited by at least one web or lip is arranged on each of these frame profiles.
- the remaining profile parts of the frame then have a conventional structure.
- Process-side embodiments of the invention are substantially largely in accordance with the above device aspects, so that these will not be repeated here. It is, however, pointed out again that two process guides which are different from the outlet are possible, the first providing an adhesive entry after inserting the insulating glazing into the fold of the profile frame and the second providing an adhesive entry preceding the insertion into the web or lip structure of the frame.
- the adhesive is most easily sprayed onto the uppermost web or the uppermost lip and thus bounded on one side by this.
- the foremost ridge or lip i. the farthest from the furthest spaced ridge or lip indicates.
- a step may additionally be provided, with which, prior to insertion of the insulating glazing into the fold of the profile frame, part of the webs or lips present on the or each frame profile according to the invention is removed.
- the selective removal can be accomplished by simply peeling or by means of a blade or a hot wire, either already on the quasi-infinite profile or on already for a particular window. or door frame cut profile pieces.
- a tool used for this purpose (with a blade or a heating wire or the like) can be configured to facilitate or speed up this work so that several lips can be separated in the correct position in one operation.
- either the position of the adhesive layer to be subsequently introduced with respect to the transverse extent of the insulating glazing or the width of the adhesive layer or both can be varied according to the thickness of an insulating glazing to be used or other specific requirements.
- this can be adapted in a single web or lip configuration prefabricated frame profile for very different insulating glazing.
- the inventive profile frame also a very precise Glaskantenverklebung.
- Fig. 1 shows in cross section the frame portion of a sash 10 with a frame section 11 and a double glazing unit 13.
- the frame profile 11 which may have a known per se basic structure, one of the front side of the glazing 13 adjacent surface (peripheral surface or rebate base) 11 a and one of this vertically upstanding profile section 11b, which surrounds the edge of the insulating glazing on the weather side.
- an additional profile part (glazing bead) 15 is attached to the frame section 11, which surrounds the edge of the glazing on the inside of the room.
- an elastic sealing strip 17a and 17b is inserted between the folding surface 11b and the insulating glass facing inner surface of the glass retaining strip 15 and the respective adjacent disc of the insulating glass.
- peripheral surface 11a of the frame profile 11 are perpendicular to a plurality of narrow webs 11c, which extend parallel to the rebate surface 11b at equal distances from one another in the longitudinal direction of the frame profile.
- the webs 11c are made of a different material subsequently applied to the frame section 11, for example, extruded from an elastomer.
- an adhesive layer 19 is provided between the rebate surface 11b furthest spaced web 11c and the insulating glazing 13 facing the inner surface of the additional profile part 15, an adhesive layer 19 is provided from an elastic adhesive for fixing the insulating glazing 13 in the frame rebate.
- Fig. 2 indicates in one Fig. 1 ajar cross-sectional view of a window sash 20 of similar construction, but which includes a three-plate insulating glazing 23 in a slightly wider frame profile 21.
- Fig. 1 matching or functionally appropriate parts are with Fig. 1 ajar reference numerals and will not be explained again here.
- An essential difference to the aforementioned embodiment is that the peripheral surface 21a of the fold inclined and formed the same material with the frame profile 21 lips 21c are provided and whose number is less than that of the webs 11c after Fig. 1 is.
- the in Fig. 2 shown lip configuration by removal of further, on a prefabricated frame profile originally existing lips in adaptation to the relatively thick disc package 23 may be generated.
- the three lips 21c limit the extent of the adhesive layer 29 to the area between the inner and middle pane of the insulating glazing while leaving the area between the middle and outer pane of adhesive free. Furthermore, touching the free ends of the lips 21c here the front side of the glazing and thus support them directly - together with the adhesive layer 29 - in the frame. Due to the inclination of the lips 21c, this support also has a certain (bending) elasticity.
- Fig. 3 and 3A show in cross-sectional representations as further embodiments, a frame profile 31 or 31 'with a structure that can largely similar to that of the above-described profile 11 or 21, of which but only in the assembled state of the (not shown) facing the upper region with the Peripheral surface 31a and the folding surface 31b is shown.
- On the peripheral surface of the glazing forming surface 31a is provided a group of lips 31c extruded from an elastomer or thermoplastic, which are slightly inclined with respect to the surface and which at their free end leak into a single boundary edge. Both free surfaces are curved so as to give a total of a layer and shape that can provide a stable resilient abutment for the sealed disc package of insulating glazing.
- the frame profile 31 'according to Fig. 3A differs from the profile 31 according to Fig. 3 only by a slightly different design of the right corner area, which receives the additional (not shown) Glashaltemann. This modification has some importance for the execution of the step of adhesive entry into the However, the circumferential gap of the insulating glazing is otherwise irrelevant to the invention.
- FIG. 4 together with an insulating glazing 43 shown further frame profile 41 differs from the above-described only by the smaller number of lips 41c, which stand up from the peripheral surface 41a.
- the smaller number of lips can be realized on the profile from the beginning, but it can also - to adjust the overall stiffness and total elasticity of the rabbet base arranged group of lips - removed prior to assembly individual lips, for example with a hot cutting wire or knife have been.
- an adhesive layer 49 which is introduced beyond the lip 41c furthest from the folding surface 41b, is here (as in FIG Fig. 1 ) realized a so-called. Glaskantenverklebung.
- the execution after Fig. 5 differs from the above first by the fact that here again - according to the execution Fig. 3 - a greater number of lips present, therefore, therefore, the support of the insulating glazing 53 in the rebate base is also basically stiffer.
- a so-called. Falzgrund- or Glaskantenverklebung is provided here, in which an adhesive layer 59 is provided between the two of the outer side folding surface 51b furthest spaced lips 51c.
- a through hole 51d is provided in the outermost (in the mounting state of the frame to the uppermost) lip 51c, through which the adhesive metered into the gap can be injected, the intimate contact both with the end face of the glazing and with the rebate comes and the gap between the two outer lips 51c tightly fills.
- Fig. 6 shows a modification of the latter embodiment with the frame profile 51 according to Fig. 5 Matching frame profile 61 (in which only the through hole in the outermost lip is omitted), but in combination with a modified insulating glazing 63.
- a Falzgrundverklebung by means of an arranged between the two of the rebate 61b farthest lips 61c adhesive layer 69 is executed. Due to the fact that the space inside disc of the three-disc insulating glazing 63 is slightly larger than the other two discs, there are here a protruding inner edge 63a of the insulating glass, which presses on the leftmost in the figure on the right lip 61c as the remaining end face of the insulating glazing on the other lips. As a result, the previously introduced into the space between the two outermost lips adhesive trace 69 is slightly deformed and comes into intimate contact with all boundary surfaces.

These known solutions are more or less effective, and have become established in the mass production of insulating windows. However, the use of increasingly high-quality and multi-layered insulating glazing, which has been adapted to meet higher environmental standards and has been tailored to customer requirements, results in higher demands on the profile design and frame constructions, which are not fully met by the existing solutions.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide an improved frame profile of the type mentioned above and a correspondingly improved window or door. Furthermore, an improved method for producing such is to be shown.
This object is achieved in its device aspect by a frame profile with the features of claim 1 and subordinate by a wing for a window or a door with the features of claim 8 and in their method aspect by a method having the features of claim 12 or claim 15 , Advantageous further developments of the inventive concept are the subject of the respective dependent claims.
The invention is based on the consideration, the need for frame profiles or frame structures that are more flexible adaptable to different glazing units to take into account by further development of the boundary web concept.
In embodiments of the invention, provision is made for the webs or lips to rise perpendicularly or at an angle in the range between 45 ° and 90 ° from the profile surface.
A further embodiment provides that the cross-section of the webs or lips reduces towards their free ends and / or they are deformable at least at the free ends. Deformability can also be achieved without the aforementioned cross-sectional tapering towards the free ends of the webs or lips, for example by arrangement inclined relative to the profile surface in conjunction with a certain flexibility. However, the mentioned cross-sectional tapering makes it possible, in some applications, advantageously to give the webs or lips an increasing (easier) deformability towards their free end. This in turn makes it possible to use an insulating glazing to be used in a corresponding profile frame, even with certain dimensional deviations, on the one hand relatively easily (namely against low elastic resistance) and, on the other hand, to largely prevent inadmissible displacements of the glazing in the upright state (state of use).
In this sense, if necessary, it is also advantageous that in a further embodiment the free ends of at least part of the lips are each formed by a single edge and both free surfaces of this lip or lips are curved such that their angle of inclination relative to the profile surface to this Edge becomes smaller.
According to further embodiments of the invention, the webs or lips are formed separately from a different material than the frame profile and molded onto this, glued or attached via a tongue and groove connection. Specifically, in this case, the webs or lips may have an elastomer, in particular be extruded in the same material of an elastomer. It is also possible to put on the profile patch webs or lips in turn composed of several parts or to form from several materials by coextrusion.
In a further embodiment of the invention, in the proposed frame profile at least one web or lip, in particular the / from upstanding profile section furthest spaced, provided with adapted to the tip of an adhesive syringe, over the longitudinal extension of the frame profile regularly spaced through holes provided. This allows a "lateral" injection of adhesive in the space between the pierced web or the pierced lip and the adjacent thereto further web or another lip with already inserted insulating glazing. However, corresponding fill openings can also be made during the assembly process immediately prior to the introduction of adhesive in the outer lip of the then specifically present lip configuration.
A window or door leaf formed from the above-explained frame profiles is initially distinguished by the fact that the insulating glazing is mechanically largely secure (and advantageously has a certain elasticity in the direction of the pane plane) by a plurality of webs or lips rising from the circumferential fold surface already in an adhesive-free state. is held. This has an advantageous effect especially with relatively thick three-pane insulating glazing or sound-insulating or bullet-proof glazing. In the at least partially bonding of the glazing in the frame is achieved with the profile according to the invention that the glazing is glued into the profile frame, wherein a web or a lip of the or each provided with webs or lips frame profile limits the extension of an adhesive strip transverse to the profile extension. Specifically, the adhesive strip or adhesive bead may be placed so that it is bounded on both sides by two adjacent webs or lips. This allows a particularly precise and pollution-free bonding.
In a preferred embodiment from the present point of view, it is provided that the profile frame is formed from four frame profiles of the proposed type, and an adhesive strip delimited by at least one web or lip is arranged on each of these frame profiles. But there are also realizations with only one profile part according to the invention or two such profile parts possible, the remaining profile parts of the frame then have a conventional structure.
Process-side embodiments of the invention are substantially largely in accordance with the above device aspects, so that these will not be repeated here. It is, however, pointed out again that two process guides which are different from the outlet are possible, the first providing an adhesive entry after inserting the insulating glazing into the fold of the profile frame and the second providing an adhesive entry preceding the insertion into the web or lip structure of the frame.
In the first-mentioned embodiment, the adhesive is most easily sprayed onto the uppermost web or the uppermost lip and thus bounded on one side by this. As the uppermost lip or uppermost lip, irrespective of the position of the profile frame, the foremost ridge or lip, i. the farthest from the furthest spaced ridge or lip indicates. Somewhat more elaborate is an alternative embodiment, in which the adhesive is injected through through holes in the uppermost web or the upper lip between this and the mounting base underlying web or the underlying lip, such that the adhesive layer at least partially through the top and the underlying web or the uppermost and the underlying lip is bounded on both sides.
In both basic process guides, a step may additionally be provided, with which, prior to insertion of the insulating glazing into the fold of the profile frame, part of the webs or lips present on the or each frame profile according to the invention is removed. Depending on the manner in which the lands or lips have been formed, the selective removal can be accomplished by simply peeling or by means of a blade or a hot wire, either already on the quasi-infinite profile or on already for a particular window. or door frame cut profile pieces. A tool used for this purpose (with a blade or a heating wire or the like) can be configured to facilitate or speed up this work so that several lips can be separated in the correct position in one operation.
As a result, either the position of the adhesive layer to be subsequently introduced with respect to the transverse extent of the insulating glazing or the width of the adhesive layer or both can be varied according to the thickness of an insulating glazing to be used or other specific requirements. Specifically, this can be adapted in a single web or lip configuration prefabricated frame profile for very different insulating glazing.
For example, can be realized with the inventive profile frame also a very precise Glaskantenverklebung.

Of the

- The frame profile according to Claim 1, wherein the bars or lips rise vertically or at an angle in the range of between 45° and 90° from the profile surface.
- The frame profile according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the cross-section of the bars or lips is reduced at their free ends and/or they are at least deformable at the free ends.
- The frame profile according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the free ends of at least a portion of the lips are formed in each case by a single edge, and both free surfaces of this lip or lips are curved in such a way that their angle of inclination relative to the profile surface becomes smaller towards this edge.
- The frame profile according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the bars or lips are formed separately from a material different from the frame profile and are injection molded or glued onto said frame profile.
- The frame profile according to Claim 5, wherein the bars or lips include an elastomer, in particular, are extruded as a uniform material from an elastomer.
- The frame profile according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one bar or one lip, in particular, the one furthest distant from the rising profile section, is provided with through holes adapted to the tip of an adhesive syringe and uniformly spaced over the longitudinal extent of the frame profile.
- A sash of a window or door, having a profile frame, which comprises at least one frame profile according to one of the preceding claims, and into which an insulating glazing is inserted in such a way that multiple bars or lips hold the insulating glazing against the frame profile in an adhesive-free manner.
- The sash according to Claim 8, wherein the insulating glazing is glued into the profile frame, wherein a bar or a lip of the or each frame profile provided with bars or lips borders the extension of an adhesive strip (19) in a direction transverse to the profile extension.
- The sash according to Claim 9, wherein the adhesive strip is bordered on both sides by adjacent bars or lips.
- The sash according to one of Claims 8 - 10, wherein the profile frame is formed from four frame profiles according to one of Claims 1 - 7, and an adhesive strip bordered by at least one bar or one lip is disposed on each of these frame profiles.
- A method for manufacturing a sash of a window or of a door according to one of Claims 8 - 11, wherein the insulating glazing (13) is initially inserted and securely glued into the rebate of the horizontal profile frame, and then a circumferential gap between a frame profile according to one of Claims 1 - 7 and the adjacent front side of the insulating glazing is filled along its longitudinal extension with adhesive in such a way that the adhesive layer (19) is bordered by at least one bar or one lip on said frame profile.
- The method according to Claim 12, wherein the adhesive is injected on to the uppermost bar or the uppermost lip and thus bordered by the latter.
- The method according to Claim 12, wherein the adhesive is injected through through-holes in the uppermost bar or the upper most lip between it and the underlying bar or the underlying lip in the installation position in such a way that the adhesive layer is bordered at least in sections on both sides by the uppermost and the underlying bar or the uppermost and underlying lip.
- A method for manufacturing a sash of a window or a door according to one of Claims 8 - 11, wherein the insulating glazing is inserted and permanently glued into the rebate of the horizontal profile frame, wherein initially a gap between two adjacent bars or lips of the or each frame profile according to one of Claims 1 - 7 is filled at least along portions of the longitudinal extension with adhesive, and thereafter, the insulting glazing is inserted into the rebate of the profile frame in such a way that the adhesive comes into contact with the front side of the insulating glazing as a result of a deformation of one of the adjacent bars or lips occurring during insertion.
- The method according to one of Claims 12 - 15, wherein, on the original profile or on the cross-cut profile piece, a portion of the bars or lips present on the or each frame profile is removed prior to insertion of the insulating glazing into the rebate of the profile frame.
