Claims (18)

  1. Machine de dressage (1) destinée au dressage d'un produit semi-fini longitudinal, comprenant des éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage ; comprenant une ligne faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux (3) aménageant un tronçon de transport (4) ; comprenant un dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti qui maintient les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage par rapport au tronçon de transport (4), ledit dispositif comprenant une moitié de bâti (17) du côté de la commande et une moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation qui peut être déplacée par rapport à la moitié de bâti (17) du côté de la commande; comprenant un dispositif d'échange (25) pour l'échange des éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage ; et comprenant une voie de remplacement (35) le long de laquelle peuvent se déplacer les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage à des fins de remplacement ou d'échange, dans laquelle les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage peuvent se déplacer d'une part au moyen de la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation le long d'un premier tronçon partiel (36) de la voie de remplacement (35) s'étendant dans un plan de déplacement horizontal (20) et d'autre part au moyen du dispositif d'échange (25) le long d'un tronçon partiel supplémentaire (37) de la voie de remplacement (35) s'étendant dans un plan de remplacement horizontal (32), caractérisée en ce que le plan de remplacement horizontal (32) est disposé dans la zone de l'étendue verticale physique (40) de la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation.
  2. Machine de dressage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le plan de déplacement horizontal (20) et le plan de remplacement horizontal (32) sont disposés à la même hauteur verticale (33) ou à une hauteur verticale (33) au moins approximativement égale, avec une différence de hauteur verticale inférieure à 100 mm.
  3. Machine de dressage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'échange (25) comprend des compartiments d'échange (30) au moyen desquels les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage peuvent être mis à la disposition du dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti, par groupes le long du plan de remplacement horizontal (32) sous la forme d'un groupe de galets (31).
  4. Machine de dressage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'échange (25) comprend au moins un transport longitudinal (26) muni d'un tronçon de support longitudinal (27) s'étendant parallèlement au tronçon de transport (4) de la machine de dressage (1) ; dans laquelle le transport longitudinal (26) est disposé au moins en partie entre la moitié de bâti (17) du côté de la commande et la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation.
  5. Machine de dressage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de support longitudinal (27) est disposé à la même hauteur verticale (33) que celle du plan de remplacement horizontal (32) ou à une hauteur verticale (33) approximativement égale à celle-là.
  6. Machine de dressage (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de support longitudinal (27) est raccordé des deux côtés ou dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti.
  7. Machine de dressage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'échange (25) comprend au moins un transport transversal (50) comprenant un tronçon de support transversal (51) au moyen duquel les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage peuvent être distribués à un transport longitudinal (26) du dispositif d'échange (25).
  8. Machine de dressage (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le transport transversal (50) est relié de manière opérationnelle au moyen du transport longitudinal (26) au dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti.
  9. Machine de dressage (1) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de support transversal (51) est située à la même hauteur verticale (33) que celle du plan de remplacement horizontal (32).
  10. Machine de dressage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de support longitudinal (27) et le tronçon de transport transversal (51) sont disposés de manière à s'étendre le long d'un plan horizontal, plus précisément de préférence le long du plan de remplacement (32).
  11. Machine de dressage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti, en particulier la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation, présente un logement (60) pour que vienne s'y loger un compartiment de remplacement (30), d'une manière telle que le compartiment de remplacement (30) peut se déplacer le long du premier tronçon partiel (36) de la voie de remplacement (35) dans le plan de déplacement (20) latéralement par rapport à la ligne faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux (3).
  12. Machine de dressage (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le logement (60) dans la ligne faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux (3) peut venir se disposer en dessous du tronçon de transport (4).
  13. Procédé pour le remplacement d'éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage, d'une machine de dressage (1) destinée au dressage d'un produit semi-fini longitudinal transporté le long d'un tronçon de transport (4) d'une ligne (3) faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux, de la machine de dressage (1) ; dans lequel les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage sont déplacés au moyen d'une moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation, d'un dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti qui maintient les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage par rapport au tronçon de transport (4) le long d'un plan de déplacement horizontal (20) latéralement vers l'extérieur de la ligne (3) faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux ou vers l'intérieur la ligne (3) faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux ; et dans lequel les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage sont mis à disposition pour l'échange dans une position de transfert (21) disposée latéralement à côté de la ligne (3) faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux ; caractérisé en ce que les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage sont transférés dans cette position de transfert (21) depuis la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation à un compartiment d'échange (30) ou vice versa; dans lequel le compartiment d'échange (30) est mis en mouvement le long d'un plan de remplacement horizontal (32) jusque dans la position de transfert (32) ou à l'écart de la position de transfert (32) ; dans lequel le plan de remplacement horizontal (32) est disposé dans la zone de l'étendue verticale physique (40) de la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment d'échange (30) est mis en mouvement le long du plan de remplacement horizontal (32) entre la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation et une moitié de bâti (17) du dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti, du côté de la commande, disposée à l'opposé de la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment d'échange (30) est mis en mouvement en alignement par rapport au tronçon de transport (4) jusque dans la position de transfert (21) ou à l'écart de la position de transfert (21).
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage sont remplacés par groupes, sous la forme de groupes de galets (31) à la position de transfert (21) au moyen des compartiments d'échange (30).
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment d'échange (30) est mis en mouvement, lorsque le dispositif (7) faisant office de bâti est ouvert, entre la moitié de bâti (17) du côté de la commande et la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation, avant de déplacer le compartiment d'échange (30) au moyen de la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation, dans la ligne (3) faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux et de placer ledit compartiment en dessous du tronçon de transport (4), tandis qu'un produit semi-fini longitudinal est soumis à un dressage au moyen de la machine de dressage (1).
  18. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (6) sous la forme de galets de dressage sont déjà déposés sur le compartiment d'échange (30) lorsque le compartiment d'échange (30) est déplacé de manière conjointe avec la moitié de bâti (18) du côté de l'exploitation, latéralement à l'écart de la ligne (3) faisant office de transporteur à rouleaux.
