Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif permettant d'empêcher une ouverture automatique d'une porte ou d'un hayon de véhicule (2) dans le cas d'un crash, avec une poignée réglable (4) pour l'actionnement d'une serrure (3) de la porte du hayon du véhicule (2) et avec un élément à masse d'équilibrage (5) réglable correspondant à la poignée (4), la poignée (4) et l'élément à masse d'équilibrage (5) étant disposés l'un à côté de l'autre, vus dans la direction d'ouverture (6) de la poignée (4), et étant reliés de manière fonctionnelle entre eux au moyen d'un élément de transmission de force (8, 8'), de façon à ce que, dans le cas d'un crash, un force d'inertie « FH » de la poignée, agissant dans la direction d'ouverture (6) de la poignée (4), soit compensée par une force d'inertie « FA » de l'élément à masse d'équilibrage (5), agissant également dans la direction d'ouverture (6), caractérisé en ce que l'élément à masse d'équilibrage (5) et la poignée (4) sont guidés dans des guidages linéaires (11, 13) séparés disposés parallèlement l'un à côté de l'autre, et en ce que le guidage linéaire (11) est réalisé, pour l'élément à masse d'équilibrage (5) à l'aide d'une plaque de base (7), fixe par rapport à la porte ou au hayon, du dispositif.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le guidage linéaire (13) pour la poignée (4) est réalisé l'aide d'une plaque de maintien (10) fixe par rapport à la porte ou au hayon avec un guidage coulissant (12), la poignée (4) étant guidée de manière coulissante linéairement dans ce guidage coulissant (12).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de maintien (10) est fixée à la plaque de base (7).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (4) est reliée directement ou indirectement, par l'intermédiaire d'un bras d'actionnement (15) de de celle-ci, relié de manière rigide avec la poignée (4), avec une extrémité de l'élément de transmission de force (8).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission de force (8) est constitué d'un élément de traction et/ou d'une tringlerie flexible.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, à l'élément de traction et/ou à la tringlerie flexible, correspond au moins une aide au renvoi ou au guidage (16), qui est disposée ou réalisée, par rapport aux masses disposées l'une à côté de l'autre, sous la forme de la poignée (4) et de l'élément à masse d'équilibrage (5), vue dans à l'encontre de la direction d'ouverture (6), derrière ceux-ci sur la plaque de base (7).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission de force (8') est constitué d'une transmission.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble fonctionnel constitué de la poignée (4) et de l'élément à masse d'équilibrage (5) est sollicité par une force élastique contre la direction d'ouverture (6).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la masse « m1 » de l'élément à masse d'équilibrage (5) ≥ la masse « m2 » de la poignée (4).
  10. Véhicule (1), plus particulièrement véhicule à moteur, avec un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
