Description

The invention relates to a self-loading rifle according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a self-loading rifle is out US 2011/0308126 A1 known. This has a shutter which can be moved within a closure housing between an open position and a closed position, a barrel, a magazine arranged below the barrel and a feeder system for transporting a cartridge conveyed from the magazine into the height of the barrel. The feeder system here contains a feeder consisting of two separate parts with a lower part pivotable about a transverse axis and the actual loading spoon, which is pivotable about the transverse axis independently of the lower part. At the lower part of the feeder, a cooperating with the closure lever is hinged, which assumes a dual function here. On the one hand, the hinged to the lower part of the feeder lever holds the shutter in the open position and thus assumes the role of a latch catch, when the lower part of the feeder is prevented by a side magazine flap on an upward movement. On the other hand, the hinged to the lower part of the feeder lever serves as a control over which the lower part of the feeder is raised together with the loading spoon for insertion of a cartridge in the barrel when the shutter moves forward in the closed position. Due to the two-part design of the feeder, a cartridge in this known self-loading rifle can be inserted into the magazine even with the shutter open due to the upwardly pivotable ladle, but this cartridge is not held in the magazine, but after the swinging back of the ladle by the magazine spring on the Loading spoon pushed. The magazine flap is also pivoted by the cartridge pushed onto the loading spoon in such a way that the lower part of the feeder is released and can pivot upwards together with the loading spoon. About the hinged at the bottom of the feeder lever while the shutter is released to move to the closed position locking position. Since loading of a cartridge and the shutter is actuated, independent of the shutter movement loading in this self-loading weapon can not be done.

The object of the invention is to provide a self-loading rifle of the type mentioned, which can be fully loaded even with the shutter open.

This object is achieved by a self loading rifle with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

In the self-loading rifle according to the invention, the pivoting movement of the feeder caused by the closure is controlled by a control element which is separate from the catch catcher. The cooperating with the closure control to control the movement of the feeder and the latch catch for holding the shutter in an open position are designed as separate, non-interconnected components. When the shutter is open, the feeder is not blocked and the magazine door is locked. Both parts are separated so that the magazine can be fully loaded when the shutter is open.

In a particularly expedient embodiment, the control element cooperating with the closure is articulated pivotably about an axis projecting parallel to the transverse axis at a rearwardly projecting end of the feeder, viewed in the weft direction relative to the transverse axis.

The magazine flap is preferably connected via a pivotally mounted on the feeder lock-catch actuator with the latch. The lever-shaped latch-catching actuating element can be pivotably connected to an upwardly projecting bearing part of the feeder about a pivot axis perpendicular to the transverse axis. As a result, the lock catch actuating element is pivoted together with the feeder.

The lock-catch actuating element is expediently configured as a two-armed lever, wherein the rear end of the lock catch actuating element, viewed in the weft direction, interacts with the catch catch pivotable on a take-off support about an axis parallel to the axis of the magazine flap.

The lock catch can be moved manually into a release position for releasing the closure by a lock catch lever pivotally mounted in the lock housing.

The magazine flap may be associated with a linearly displaceable locking lever for releasably securing the magazine flap in a locking position. Conveniently, the latching lever is displaceable over a arranged in the closure housing hammering piece from an engagement position with the magazine flap in a release position. The control of the magazine flap can be done by the hammer.

In an advantageous embodiment, the locking lever can be displaced by the hammering piece via a rocker arm. The rocker arm can be arranged on a trigger carrier or a lock plate or else on the feeder.

How out FIG. 2 it can be seen, the feeder system includes a flap-shaped feeder 17 which is pivotally mounted on the withdrawal support 8 about a perpendicular to the axis transverse axis 18 between a lower receiving position and an upper feed position. To the transverse axis 18 is also arranged on the trigger carrier 8 a by a clamping rod 19 and a compression spring 20 acted upon in a front knock position hammer 21 rotatably arranged. In the lower receiving position of the flap-shaped feeder 17, a cartridge 11 conveyed from the magazine 10 can be pushed onto the feeder 17. By pivoting the feeder 17 in the upper feed position, the cartridge 11 can be brought into the height of the cartridge chamber 14. In the lower receiving position, a cartridge supply opening on the underside of the closure housing 1 is covered by the feeder 17.

In the Figures 2 and 3 It can be seen that on an upwardly projecting bearing part 22 of the flap-shaped feeder 17, a hoof-shaped latch catch actuating element 23 is pivotably articulated about a pivot axis 24, which is perpendicular to both the transverse axis 16 and the axis of the barrel 3. At one opposite the transverse axis 18 in the weft direction towards the rear projecting end of the flap-shaped feeder 17 is also a cooperating with the closure support 5 and in FIG. 3 illustrated lever-shaped control element 25 for controlling the pivoting movement of the feeder 17 in response to the movement of the closure carrier 5 hinged.

This in FIG. 3 shown lock catch actuating element 23 is designed in the form of a pivotable about the pivot axis 24, two-armed lever, seen in the weft direction rear end 26 with a trigger on the support 8 about an axis 31 pivotally Lock catch 28 cooperates. By a pushed out of the magazine 10 on the feeder 17 cartridge 11 of the latch catch 28 is pressed via the lock catch actuating element 23 inwardly in a release position. For this purpose, the lever-shaped latch-catch actuating element 23 has a contact surface for contact with a cartridge 11 at its front end 29 seen in the firing direction. From a pushed on the feeder 17 cartridge 11, the front end 29 of the lock catch actuating element 23 is pressed outwards, whereby the rear end 26 of the lock catch actuating element 23 pushes the latch catch 28 inwardly into the release position for release of the closure carrier 5. From an unrecognizable spring of the latch catch 28 is pressed to the outside in a holding position for holding the closure carrier 5 in a rear open position.

In the closure housing 1 is an in FIG. 3 shown magazine flap 30 is pivotally mounted about an axis 31 of the barrel 3 perpendicular axis. The magazine flap 30, which can be pivoted transversely to the longitudinal axis of the magazine 10, has a tooth-shaped holding element 33, which is pivotable about a further axis 32, for holding a cartridge 11 within the magazine 10 at its front end seen in the weft direction. At the magazine door 30 also a pivotable about the axis 31 and provided with a push button 34 toothed lever 35 is articulated. The tooth-shaped holding member 33 and the toothed lever 35 are connected to each other via a kind of scissors joint, that they are pivoted in opposite directions. If, for example, the toothed lever 35 is pressed inwards via the pushbutton 34, the tooth-shaped holding element 33 pivots out.

As seen in the firing direction behind the magazine flap 30, a lock catch lever 37, which is pivotable about an axis 36, is also arranged in the closure housing 1. The lock catch 37 has at its rear end seen in the weft direction an outwardly facing, operable from the outside of the closure housing 1 printhead 38 and an inwardly projecting projection 39 for manual movement of the latch catch 28 in the release position. At its front end viewed in the direction of firing, the latch catch 37 contains a nose 40, which engages in a semicircular recess 41 at the rear end of the magazine flap 30 viewed in the firing direction. Thus, the magazine flap 30 can also be pivoted via the latch catch 37.

Like from the Figures 3 and 4 It can be seen, below the lock catch lever 37, a locking lever 42, which is displaceable parallel to the axis of the barrel 3 or parallel to the axis of the magazine 10, for releasably holding the magazine flap 30 in a locking position. The locking lever 42 is guided on the axis 36 via a slot linearly displaceable and is pressed by a not visible here compression spring in the weft direction forward. At its front end seen in the direction of firing, the latching lever 42 has a latching nose 43 for latching engagement in the semicircular recess 41 at the rear end of the magazine flap 30 viewed in the firing direction. By a in FIG. 2 shown and actuatable over the hammer 21 rocker arm 44, the locking lever 42 can be moved against the force of the compression spring in the weft direction moved backwards, so that the latch 43 out of engagement with the depression reaches the magazine door 30. The in FIG. 2 Recognizable rocker arm 44 is rotatably mounted in the trigger carrier 8 below the hammering piece 1 about a transverse axis 45 and can be tilted by a nose-shaped projection 46 on the underside of the hammering piece 21 for displacement of the locking lever 42. For this purpose, the rocker arm 44 has a laterally inwardly projecting nose 47 for the displacement of the locking lever 42.

The operation of the self-loading rifle described above is described below with reference to FIG FIGS. 5 to 12 explained.

If the in FIG. 1 shown trigger 8 is operated at a loaded, cocked and armed weapon and thereby acted upon by a compression spring hammer 21 in the in FIG. 5 shown front tee position is tilted by the hammer 21 about the nose-shaped projection 46 of the rocker arm 44 about the transverse axis 45 so that the inwardly projecting nose 47 of the rocker arm 44, the locking lever 42 against the force of the locking lever 42 acting on the front in compression spring Viewed shot direction backwards, so that the locking lug 43 on the locking lever 42 according to FIG. 6 out of engagement with the magazine door 30 passes.

Durch das über die Magazinklappe 30 nach außen geschwenkte Halteelement 33 wird eine im Magazin 10 befindliche Patrone 11 zum Förderung auf den Zubringer 17 freigegebenIf the latching lever 42 pushed by the hammer 21 in its movement into the knock-over position via the rocker arm 44 from the latch with the magazine door 30, the biased by a spring magazine door 30 about the axis 31 of the in FIG. 6 shown locking position in a in FIG. 7 Turn open position shown. In the open position of the magazine flap 30 is the rear seen in the weft direction Part of the magazine flap 30 with the recess 41 pivoted inwardly, while the front part is pivoted with the cartridge 11 holding the magazine in the tooth-shaped holding member 33 to the outside. As a result, a cartridge 11 located in the magazine 10 is released. With its underside, the magazine flap 30 is placed over the edge of the feeder 30, so that the feeder 30 can not move upwards due to the forces, impulses or vibrations arising during the shot, thus preventing the supply of a new cartridge 11. By way of the magazine flap 30 pivoted outward holding member 33 a cartridge located in the cartridge 11 11 is released for promotion to the feeder 17

After the delivery of a shot, the lock carrier 5 runs with the locking body 14 according to the FIGS. 8 and 9 back, wherein the empty cartridge 11 is pulled in a conventional manner with the help of an extractor claw from the barrel 3 and ejected through a ejector through the cartridge ejection window 9. After exhausting the return path of the closure carrier 5 is pressed with the locking body 14 by a compression spring, not shown, back to the front. In this case, the lock carrier 5 engages the in FIG. 9 shown catch and is first held. Out FIG. 9 is also apparent that the hammer 21 is pivoted to the rear in a tensioned position by the returning closure carrier. In addition, tilted by the returning lock carrier 5 and the pivoting at the rear end of the feeder 17 about an axis 48 hinged control 25 in the direction of weft tilted backwards.

In the FIGS. 8 and 9 is also recognizable that after the delivery of a shot and the running back of the closure carrier 5, a new cartridge 11 is conveyed from the magazine 10 to the feeder 17. However, this is delayed in time, since due to their inertia initially run slightly forward by the recoil in the delivery of a shot cartridges 11 due to their inertia, while the lock carrier 5 runs back much earlier and a latching holder of the closure support 5 already takes place via the latch catch 28 before a cartridge 11 located in the magazine 10 is pushed by a magazine spring onto the feeder 17.

During the displacement of the cartridge 11 on the feeder 17, the cartridge 11 moves according to FIG. 8 first along the magazine flap 30 along, with the widened rear end of the Magazine flap 30 is pressed by the edge of the cartridge 11 back out and held by the locking lug 43 of the locking lever 42 in the locked position. The length of the pivotable about the axis 31 magazine door 30 is dimensioned so that the pivotally mounted on the magazine flap 30 tooth-shaped holding member 33, the second cartridge coming from the magazine 10 retains before the locking of the feeder 17 is lifted by the pivoting out of the magazine door 30.

Thereafter, the cartridge 11 comes in accordance with their further movement on the feeder 17 FIG. 10 in contact with the front end 29 of the lock catch actuator 23 and pushes it outward with the edge of the cartridge 11 at an inner slope 49. Characterized the rear end 26 of the pivotable about the axis 24 lock catch actuating element 23 is moved inwardly and presses the latch catch 28 in a release position. As a result, the lock carrier 5 is released and can run forward under the action of a compression spring.

When the lock carrier 5 moves forward, the control element 25 designed as a feed lever snaps in accordance with FIG FIG. 11 in a corresponding recess 50 on the closure carrier 5, whereby the feeder 17 is raised by the further forward movement of the closure carrier 5. The lifting of the feeder 17 initiated by the closure carrier 5 via the control element 25 takes place in terms of time and length such that the closure head 14 does not reach the edge of the raised cartridge 11 with its lower edge until the cartridge 11 has moved from the feeder 17 into the chamber 16 of the barrel 3 can slide. By further forward movement of the closure carrier 5 of the feeder 17 via the control 25 according to FIG. 12 raised so far that the cartridge 11 can be inserted over the leading closure carrier 5 in the barrel 3.
