Definitions
- the invention relates to a collecting container for residual and / or valuable materials, the container having a container bottom on the underside, according to the preamble of claim 1 and a collecting device with a pit and a collecting container according to the preamble of claim 9, and a pit made of, in particular, prefabricated parts the preamble of claim 15.
- Such a container such a collecting device and such a receiving pit go, for example, from the DE 20 2009 005 020 U1 emerged. It is known to hold collecting containers for example with four rollers on the underside or with two rollers on the underside and two opposite fixed supports and a volume of 1.1 m 3 or more in a position below the ambient level, completely or partially lowered into a pit. In this case, however, the collecting containers must first be lifted for emptying - either via lifting means arranged in the pit with their own energy supply or via an energy tap from a disposal vehicle. Both is structurally complex, prone to failure during operation and extends the time periods to be provided for emptying the container.
- the DE 20 2005 006 468 U1 shows a collecting container which can be held partially below an ambient level and which can be lifted out of a container receiving shaft surrounding it via a mushroom-shaped lifting means on the top. It is not possible to turn the collecting container, which expands downwards. This must therefore be lifted very high by a crane and emptied down through its bottom. This is unwieldy and cannot be done with standard disposal vehicles.
- the DE 602 20 758 T2 shows an underground container which is held completely below the ambient level and which can be raised via a collar that encompasses its upper edges.
- the collar has a rectangular shape and is carried by a disposal vehicle and placed around the upper edge of the container. This threading is time-consuming and only for this special container size and position usable. The possible uses of the disposal vehicle are also very limited here.
- the DE 20 2009 005 010 U1 shows a container, which is only a small part below the ambient level and which has to be lifted via upper eyelets by means of a special crane truck to be emptied and swiveled over a disposal vehicle.
- Such special vehicles are complex, require a very large amount of movement space and reduce the efficiency of the emptying process.
- the openings for filling are very high and are therefore difficult to reach for children or wheelchair users, for example.
- the invention is based on the problem of achieving an improvement here.
- the invention solves this problem by a collecting container with the features of claim 1, a collecting device with the features of claim 9, and a receiving pit with the features of claim 15.
- a collecting container with the features of claim 1 a collecting container with the features of claim 1
- a collecting device with the features of claim 9 a collecting device with the features of claim 9
- the collecting container is provided on the outside with a frame extending above the container bottom, a new receiving position can be created for the collecting container in which it is partly in a receiving pit below the ambient level and with its upper, above This frame protrudes areas lying above the surrounding level. This creates a semi-underground position of the collecting container in which a standard container that can otherwise also be used for a normal position above the ambient level is used can come.
- the plane of the frame is conveniently located at an angle to the plane of the container bottom, so that the collecting container can also be inclined relative to the surrounding level and, on the one hand, the abutments for lifting the container are easily accessible above the surrounding level, and on the other hand, at least one insertion chute in a smaller, more accessible place Height and therefore the container can be filled easily - for example by wheelchair users or children.
- the extending frame can in particular be a support frame for supporting the container on an outer abutment and for this purpose can comprise, for example, angled metallic profiles.
- a frame In a position of the collecting container provided for filling, such a frame can be supported on an outer support frame surrounding a receiving pit for the container and can rest on the latter.
- Both the frame of the container and the outer support frame can be formed by steel profiles.
- the frame can fulfill a sealing function with respect to a surrounding outer frame part.
- the plane of the frame is favorably inclined by at least 20 ° with respect to the container bottom, in particular also by more than 40 °.
- the plane of the container bottom is understood to mean its plane of extension. If, when the container is supported on a horizontal surface, the container bottom is completely or partially inclined to this surface, a plane is meant which is parallel to the outer horizontal surface.
- the frame In the lowered position, the frame can then lie horizontally in line with the surrounding level, so that the container thereby has a corresponding inclination of its axis with respect to the surrounding level.
- the collecting container is arranged in such a way that the extending frame lies below one or more abutments arranged on the container for gripping the container or at least below entry openings in receptacles for lifting tools of a disposal vehicle. These abutments are then within reach of an approaching disposal vehicle without the collection container first having to be lifted. There is therefore no need for any device for lifting the container in the pit, which significantly reduces the structural complexity and the operating costs. A special vehicle is also unnecessary.
- the collecting container according to DIN EN 840 is particularly advantageously designed with an internal volume of 1.1 m 3 or more and comprises laterally extending pins as abutments for detection by forks on the vehicle.
- a standard vehicle such as a front or side loader can be used, which can grip the lateral, at any time accessible pegs of the collecting container with its forks, for example by the forks dipping into channel-like receptacles through front inlet openings.
- This vehicle can also be used in the same way for emptying above-ground containers without any conversion work being required.
- the collecting container can also be a standard container on which only one or two lids are changed and the frame is attached.
- the conversion is therefore simple and inexpensive.
- the extending frame can be arranged below one or more opening (s) serving to fill the container as well as below one or more opening (s) serving for emptying the container on the container.
- Simple filling can be achieved in particular if the opening (s) used to fill the container is or are also arranged on a swivel cover for emptying the container. For example, the openings can then be accessible from the side opposite the emptying opening.
- the container can be kept hanging completely over the frame or completely standing over the support on the bottom. Any intermediate distribution is also possible. A certain amount of pressure over the frame is helpful to achieve a good sealing function.
- the above-mentioned half-lowered container position is possible with the additionally claimed collecting device, which comprises a pit lowered in relation to an ambient level and a collecting container which can be held in this at an angle to the horizontal. however, filling at a low level is still easily possible.
- a separate cover for the pit is not necessary. In the upper area, only the covers that are already present on the collecting container can form the upper cover. This also significantly reduces the effort required to create a pit.
- the abutments or at least the inlet openings in channel-like receptacles in which the abutments are located which can be gripped by lifting tools of a disposal vehicle, above the ambient level.
- a simple production of such a pit is possible if it is formed from several precast concrete parts.
- the pit then does not have to be poured on site, but can be prefabricated so that assembly is simple and only requires a crane truck with a low load-bearing capacity.
- a precast concrete part forms as an integral unit a component of the pit which at the same time forms the bottom and a side wall.
- a movable safety platform is conveniently arranged there, which is pretensioned in a sense that closes the opening by a raised collecting container. Simply by lifting the container to empty it, the safety platform closes automatically. In particular, it is then roughly flush with the surrounding level.
- the safety platform comprises a swivel flap which, when the container is lowered, can be swiveled downwards by its weight and which, for example, is pretensioned against the empty weight of the container of around 150 kg.
- the container can then slide downwards on the swivel flap when it is set down from the emptying area and come into its permanent position on the end stops attached there.
- a receiving pit which is lowered from an ambient level and which comprises an angled piece in the lower area, which in the assembled position forms a side wall inclined to the horizontal and an inclined to the horizontal bottom of the receiving pit, is claimed separately and consists of several precast concrete parts separately tradable.
- a circumferential frame part which is suitable for supporting a frame on the container side, is placed on the prefabricated parts at the level of the surrounding level as an upper end.
- the upper end of the pit can be raised by a few centimeters in relation to the surroundings in order to facilitate water drainage to the outside.
- a collecting container 1, 2 according to the invention is used to receive residual and / or valuable materials such as household waste, industrial waste, residual materials, paper, glasses, biowaste, slag or other additives or similar materials.
- Such a collecting container 1 is shown with a holding volume of, for example, 1.1 m 3 or 2.4 m 3 or more up to about 5 m 3 .
- the collecting container 1 after Figure 1 has a container base 3 on the underside, which delimits the interior space at the bottom and which additionally serves as a holder for it with respect to an outer standing surface, supporting wheels and / or rollers 4.
- a container base 3 on the underside, which delimits the interior space at the bottom and which additionally serves as a holder for it with respect to an outer standing surface, supporting wheels and / or rollers 4.
- two wheels or rollers 4 are provided, opposite two fixed supports 5 are arranged on the container bottom 3.
- a design with four wheels in the vicinity of the corners of the floor 3 is alternatively possible.
- the container bottom 3 here runs parallel to an outer standing surface, that is to say horizontally, provided that it is held on a horizontal outer standing surface. Even with a partially inclined design of the container bottom 3, its bottom plane would be defined as parallel to the outer standing surface.
- the collecting container 1 can consist entirely of plastic or metal. It has an outline shape that is approximately rectangular in plan view and can easily expand towards the top. A metallic container 1 is shown here.
- the collecting container 1 furthermore comprises on the outside in a plane lying above the container bottom 3 a continuous or interrupted, extending frame 9 which is mounted from a front 6 over the end faces 7 to a rear 8 of the container 1 in an inclined manner with respect to the plane of the container bottom 3 is.
- the inclination of the frame 9 is therefore clearly visible when looking at the end faces 7 ( Figure 12 ).
- a horizontally running frame section is visible ( Figure 4 , Figure 11 ).
- the plane E of the frame 9 is inclined by at least 20 ° with respect to the container bottom 3, in particular by more than 40 °.
- An angle of approximately 45 ° between the frame plane E and the container bottom 3 is provided here.
- the frame 9 can be welded on. Riveting, screwing or the like is also possible.
- the frame 9 is designed all around and with angled metal sheets, so that a high load-bearing capacity can be applied over it.
- the frame 9 can the collecting container 1 on its front side 6, the front sides 7 and the rear side 8 without interruption completely around the outside or also have one or more interruptions and still at least partially support the collecting container 1.
- the laterally outwardly extending frame 9 is held below one or more opening (s) 10 on the collecting container 1 which are used to fill the container.
- opening (s) 10 on the collecting container 1 which are used to fill the container.
- three filling openings 10 are provided next to one another, which in the lowered position of the collecting container 1, which is described in more detail below, are in any case above the frame 9 and the surrounding level 11 and are easily accessible.
- these filling openings 10 are less than one meter above the ambient level 11 and are therefore also easily accessible for children or wheelchair users.
- Fractional separation can be possible in that different filling openings 10 open into different compartments of the collecting container 1, i. This means that the system can also be used according to the multi-chamber principle.
- the extending frame 9 is also held below one or more opening (s) on the container 1 which are used for emptying the container.
- a pivoting cover 12 is provided for emptying, on which the filling openings 10 for filling are also arranged, in that the pivoting cover 12 is at the same time also the carrier of a superstructure 13 which is movable with it and for receiving the filling openings 10.
- a manual opening option of the swivel cover 12 can be prevented by locking it outside of the emptying.
- the collecting container 1 also has two lateral abutments 14 which are held in channel-like receptacles 24 of the container 1.
- the receptacles 24 are approximately formed by one in each case the end face 7 and receding groove, which is overlapped on the outside by a sheet metal, so that the receptacles 24 are formed like a channel and comprise an open inlet opening 23 on the front side 6 of the container 1.
- the extending frame 9 is arranged below one or more abutments 14 for lifting tools 15 of a disposal vehicle, which are arranged thereon for gripping the container, or at least below the inlet opening (s) 23 in the receptacle (s) 24, such as in Figure 1 becomes clear.
- abutments 14 pins 16 reaching out at the end are provided here, which can be raised via forks 15 of the vehicle that engage in the receptacles 24. It is also possible to lift the container 1 via a front-side collar by means of a comb strip and a hold-down device located above it - likewise standard components for emptying above ground - of a disposal vehicle.
- the container 1 can be fully or partially supported on an outer frame part 17 of a pit 18 via the extending frame 9, provided that the frame 9, as here, forms a support frame for supporting the container 1.
- a further part of the weight can be supported on a lower stop 19 of a swivel plate 20, which is described in more detail below, and on a buffer 21 in the pit 18.
- the frame 9 can also fulfill a sealing function with respect to a surrounding outer frame part 17, so that no water can run into the pit 18 when the container 1 is set.
- the steel angles of the frame 9 are underlaid with a rubber or plastic, for example.
- the collecting container 1 shown in the figures is designed in accordance with DIN EN 840 and thus includes the above-mentioned laterally extending pegs 16 as abutments 14 when detected by forks 15 on the vehicle Millimeters.
- This collecting container 1 thus corresponds to a standard container, as is commonly used even without lowering. Custom-made products can be avoided. Changes relate only to the structure of the lid and the assembly of the frame 9 mentioned. Both can easily be converted to existing collection containers.
- the internal volume can be, for example, 1.1 m 3 or 2.3 m 3 or, in the case of larger volumes, up to 5 m 3 .
- the collecting device 22 from the pit 18 and the container 1, which can be partially lowered therein, is approximately in its filling position of the container 1 Figure 1 shown schematically.
- at least half of the internal volume of the container 1 is kept in the pit 18 below the surrounding level 11 and thus optically inconspicuous.
- the at least one filling opening 10 and the at least one emptying opening through the swivel cover 12, on the other hand, lie above the ambient level 11 and are therefore accessible without lifting the container 1. No lifting equipment is therefore required in the pit - neither your own nor those provided by a disposal vehicle.
- the latter In the lowered position of the container 1, the latter can be held at least partially via the aforementioned frame 9, which can be supported on an outer frame part 17 which surrounds and supports the receiving pit 18 for the container 1.
- This outer frame part 17 can also be formed from steel profiles, in particular sheet metal lying flat.
- the receiving pit 18 can be formed from several precast concrete parts, which enables simple assembly on site. I.a. a finished angle part, for example with an opening angle of 45 °, can be used.
- the end faces can also each be constructed in one or two parts - and thus simply. It is possible to seal the parts against one another using, for example, a hardening compound.
- the above is the top end of the pit. circumferential frame part 17 placed and firmly connected.
- a safety platform 20 is arranged, which closes the opening when the collecting container 1 is raised at least so far that no one can fall into it.
- the safety platform 20 is designed as a pivoting flap which is pretensioned in the closing direction and which can be pivoted downwards by its weight when the container is lowered. The empty weight of container 1 is sufficient for this.
- the collecting container 1 When the collecting container 1 is set down, it slides downward on the opening swivel flap 20 until it rests on a stop 19 and at the same time lands on the buffer 21.
- the pit 18 can, for example, have a water drain secured by a check valve towards the bottom, so that rainwater can run off, but groundwater cannot press into the pit 18 from below. A tightness of the pit 18 is not absolutely necessary; a bed of gravel or the like can also come into question as the subsurface.
Description
The invention relates to a collecting container for residual and / or valuable materials, the container having a container bottom on the underside, according to the preamble of
It is also known to lift collecting containers out of the recessed pit using a vehicle-mounted crane and then to convey the contents into the truck by opening the container bottom. For this, however, special vehicles are required that otherwise do not fulfill any other purpose in the collection and are completely unsuitable for garbage collection bins from 601 to 11001 according to DIN EN 840: 2012 from March 2013. Such systems are therefore very expensive and inefficient. The opening at the bottom of the container also leads to leaks, which lead to contamination both during the lifting process and when moving to the refuse collection vehicle. Residues in the concrete shaft are also a consequence and require a lot of cleaning.

The invention is based on the problem of achieving an improvement here.
The invention solves this problem by a collecting container with the features of
Because the collecting container is provided on the outside with a frame extending above the container bottom, a new receiving position can be created for the collecting container in which it is partly in a receiving pit below the ambient level and with its upper, above This frame protrudes areas lying above the surrounding level. This creates a semi-underground position of the collecting container in which a standard container that can otherwise also be used for a normal position above the ambient level is used can come. The plane of the frame is conveniently located at an angle to the plane of the container bottom, so that the collecting container can also be inclined relative to the surrounding level and, on the one hand, the abutments for lifting the container are easily accessible above the surrounding level, and on the other hand, at least one insertion chute in a smaller, more accessible place Height and therefore the container can be filled easily - for example by wheelchair users or children.
The extending frame can in particular be a support frame for supporting the container on an outer abutment and for this purpose can comprise, for example, angled metallic profiles. In a position of the collecting container provided for filling, such a frame can be supported on an outer support frame surrounding a receiving pit for the container and can rest on the latter. Both the frame of the container and the outer support frame can be formed by steel profiles.
Additionally or alternatively, the frame can fulfill a sealing function with respect to a surrounding outer frame part.
The plane of the frame is favorably inclined by at least 20 ° with respect to the container bottom, in particular also by more than 40 °. In the case of a flat container bottom, the plane of the container bottom is understood to mean its plane of extension. If, when the container is supported on a horizontal surface, the container bottom is completely or partially inclined to this surface, a plane is meant which is parallel to the outer horizontal surface.
In the lowered position, the frame can then lie horizontally in line with the surrounding level, so that the container thereby has a corresponding inclination of its axis with respect to the surrounding level.
In particular, the collecting container is arranged in such a way that the extending frame lies below one or more abutments arranged on the container for gripping the container or at least below entry openings in receptacles for lifting tools of a disposal vehicle. These abutments are then within reach of an approaching disposal vehicle without the collection container first having to be lifted. There is therefore no need for any device for lifting the container in the pit, which significantly reduces the structural complexity and the operating costs. A special vehicle is also unnecessary.
The collecting container according to DIN EN 840 is particularly advantageously designed with an internal volume of 1.1 m 3 or more and comprises laterally extending pins as abutments for detection by forks on the vehicle. For emptying, for example, a standard vehicle such as a front or side loader can be used, which can grip the lateral, at any time accessible pegs of the collecting container with its forks, for example by the forks dipping into channel-like receptacles through front inlet openings. This vehicle can also be used in the same way for emptying above-ground containers without any conversion work being required.
It is also possible to raise the collecting container by means of a comb strip, which also has a corresponding front-side collar of the collecting container accessible above the surrounding level can lie. This type of lifting can also be done from a standard vehicle.
The collecting container can also be a standard container on which only one or two lids are changed and the frame is attached. The conversion is therefore simple and inexpensive.
The extending frame can be arranged below one or more opening (s) serving to fill the container as well as below one or more opening (s) serving for emptying the container on the container.
Simple filling can be achieved in particular if the opening (s) used to fill the container is or are also arranged on a swivel cover for emptying the container. For example, the openings can then be accessible from the side opposite the emptying opening.
It is variable what percentage of the weight of the container is supported by the frame and how much by a bottom support of the container in the pit. Thus, the container can be kept hanging completely over the frame or completely standing over the support on the bottom. Any intermediate distribution is also possible. A certain amount of pressure over the frame is helpful to achieve a good sealing function.
The above-mentioned half-lowered container position is possible with the additionally claimed collecting device, which comprises a pit lowered in relation to an ambient level and a collecting container which can be held in this at an angle to the horizontal. however, filling at a low level is still easily possible.
A separate cover for the pit is not necessary. In the upper area, only the covers that are already present on the collecting container can form the upper cover. This also significantly reduces the effort required to create a pit.
In particular, with the above. Advantages in the lowered position of the container, the abutments or at least the inlet openings in channel-like receptacles in which the abutments are located, which can be gripped by lifting tools of a disposal vehicle, above the ambient level.
A simple production of such a pit is possible if it is formed from several precast concrete parts. The pit then does not have to be poured on site, but can be prefabricated so that assembly is simple and only requires a crane truck with a low load-bearing capacity. In particular, such a precast concrete part forms as an integral unit a component of the pit which at the same time forms the bottom and a side wall.
In order to prevent people or animals from falling into the pit while the container is being emptied, a movable safety platform is conveniently arranged there, which is pretensioned in a sense that closes the opening by a raised collecting container. Simply by lifting the container to empty it, the safety platform closes automatically. In particular, it is then roughly flush with the surrounding level.
In a structurally simple manner, the safety platform comprises a swivel flap which, when the container is lowered, can be swiveled downwards by its weight and which, for example, is pretensioned against the empty weight of the container of around 150 kg. The container can then slide downwards on the swivel flap when it is set down from the emptying area and come into its permanent position on the end stops attached there.
A receiving pit, which is lowered from an ambient level and which comprises an angled piece in the lower area, which in the assembled position forms a side wall inclined to the horizontal and an inclined to the horizontal bottom of the receiving pit, is claimed separately and consists of several precast concrete parts separately tradable. In particular, a circumferential frame part, which is suitable for supporting a frame on the container side, is placed on the prefabricated parts at the level of the surrounding level as an upper end.
The upper end of the pit can be raised by a few centimeters in relation to the surroundings in order to facilitate water drainage to the outside.
