Claims (16)

  1. Rollladeneinrichtung, umfassend:
    - eine Schürze (1), die aus gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Lamellen (2, 2a) gebildet ist, deren Aufwicklung/Abwicklung um bzw. von einer Welle (3) durch ein Antriebsmittel (4) sichergestellt wird, wobei die Lamellen (2, 2a) der Schürze an jeder Seite durch eine Führungsschiene (5a, 5b) geführt werden, wobei die Schürze in der Schließposition bis zum unteren Teil eines Fensters oder einer Tür abgewickelt sein kann,
    - wenigstens eine Vorrichtung zum Blockieren (B) der Schürze in einer teilweise offenen Position, in der sich die untere Lamelle (2a) in einem reduzierten Abstand (E) vom unteren Rand des Fensters oder der Tür befindet, der insbesondere nicht ausreichend ist, um den Durchgang einer Person zu erlauben, wobei die Blockiervorrichtung (B) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Ständer (6), der sich gemäß einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der Führungsschiene erstreckt,
    - einen Schieber (14), der sich gemäß einer Achse erstreckt die im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Ebene der Schürze ist, wobei der Schieber translationsbeweglich gemäß einer Achse,
    die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse der Führungsschiene ist, in einer der Lamellen (2, 2a) montiert ist und mit der Lamelle durch eine elastische Rückstellvorrichtung (17) verbunden ist,
    wobei der Ständer (6) an seiner den Lamellen (2, 2a) der Schürze zugewandten Seite drei Abschnitte umfasst, die von dem Schieber durchlaufen werden, nämlich
    - einen oberen Abschnitt, der imstande ist, die elastische Rückstellvorrichtung (17) bei der Abwärtsbewegung zu komprimieren,
    - einen Zwischenabschnitt, der mit wenigstens einer Vertiefung (9) versehen ist, welche die Komprimierung der elastischen Rückstellvorrichtung (17) lockert und die Aufwärtsbewegung des Schiebers (14) verhindert,
    - einen unteren Abschnitt zur Führung hin zu einer hinteren Bahn (7) der Blockiervorrichtung, um die Aufwärtsbewegung des Schiebers (14) zu erlauben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Abschnitt, der Zwischenabschnitt und der untere Abschnitt des Ständers (6) jeweils elastisch verformbar sind und dass der Schieber (14), wenn er mit einem der Abschnitte des Ständers (6) in Kontakt gebracht wird, die Position des betreffenden Abschnitts verändert, wobei der betreffende Abschnitt in seine ursprüngliche Ruheposition zurückkehrt, wenn der Kontakt endet.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenabschnitt wenigstens eine Vertiefung (9) umfasst, die einen feststehenden Anschlag (8) bildet, um den Schieber (14) bei einer Aufwärtsbewegung der Schürze (1) zu stoppen.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenabschnitt wenigstens eine zur Schürze hin vorragende elastische Blockierlasche (20) umfasst, die eine Vorderseite (21) und eine Rückseite (22) aufweist, wobei die wenigstens eine elastische Blockierlasche (20) dafür eingerichtet ist, die Verschiebung des Schiebers (14) wie folgt zu führen:
    - bei der Abwärtsbewegung der Schürze entlang der Vorderseite (21) der Blockierlasche hin zur Vertiefung (9), und
    - bei der Aufwärtsbewegung der Schürze entlang der Rückseite (22) hin zur Vertiefung (9), die den Anschlag (8) bildet.
  4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (9), von der wenigstens ein Teil eine Oberfläche aufweist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der Führungsschiene ist, durch den Anschlag (8) verlängert wird, dessen Oberfläche nach unten gerichtet ist und durch die Rückseite (22) der elastischen Blockierlasche verlängert wird.
  5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenabschnitt mehrere Vertiefungen (9) und mehrere elastische Blockierlaschen (20) umfasst, die vertikal entlang des Zwischenabschnitts verteilt sind.
  6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Abschnitt eine untere elastische Lasche (30) umfasst, die sich in der Schließposition in der Nähe des unteren Teils eines Fensters oder einer Tür befindet, zur Schürze hin vorragt und eine Vorderseite (31) und eine Rückseite (32) aufweist, wobei die untere Lasche dafür eingerichtet ist, die Verschiebung des Schiebers wie folgt zu führen:
    - bei der Abwärtsbewegung der Schürze an der Vorderseite (31) der Lasche hin zu einem unteren Ende der Blockiervorrichtung, und
    - bei der Aufwärtsbewegung der Schürze an der Rückseite (32) der Lasche hin zu der hinteren Bahn (7), um das Aufwickeln der Schürze zu erlauben.
  7. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jede elastische Blockierlasche (20) und die untere elastische Lasche (30) nach unten und wie folgt erstrecken:
    - in einer Richtung, die einen ersten Winkel von nicht null in Bezug auf eine vertikale Ebene bildet, wenn der Schieber (14) nicht in Kontakt mit der Lasche (20, 30) ist, und
    - in einer Richtung, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur vertikalen Ebene ist oder einen zweiten Winkel von nicht null bildet, der kleiner als der erste Winkel ist, wenn der Schieber (14) in Kontakt mit der Lasche (20, 30) ist, wobei sich diese durch die Einwirkung des Schiebers (14) biegt.
  8. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Bahn (7) eine Nut umfasst, die in dem Ständer (6) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Abschnitt des Ständers (6) an seinem oberen Ende eine obere elastische Lasche (40) umfasst, die in Richtung auf die Führungsschiene vorragt und eine Vorderseite (41) und eine Rückseite (42) aufweist, wobei die obere Lasche dafür eingerichtet ist, die Verschiebung des Schiebers bei der Abwärtsbewegung der Schürze entlang der Vorderseite (41) der Lasche hin zu wenigstens einer elastischen Blockierlasche (20) zu führen, wodurch der Schieber (14) gleitet.
  10. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lasche (20, 30, 40) ein im Wesentlichen gekrümmtes Profil aufweist und sich gemäß einer Breite erstreckt, die zwischen 5 und 15 mm beträgt.
  11. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) ein Finger (14) ist, der auf einer Platte (15) in einem Ansatz (16) montiert ist, der in die untere Lamelle (2a) der Schürze eingefügt ist, wobei die Platte (15) gemäß einer Richtung parallel zur Länge der Lamelle gleiten kann und elastisch in eine Ruheposition zurückgestellt wird, die dazu neigt, den Finger (14) zur Außenseite der Lamelle hin zu drücken, wobei der Finger (14) in einem rechten Winkel in Bezug auf die Platte (15), orthogonal zur Ebene der abgewickelten Schürze, angeordnet ist.
  12. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zweite Blockiervorrichtung umfasst, die der ersten ähnlich ist, wobei die zweite Vorrichtung einen zweiten Schieber umfasst, der translationsbeweglich gemäß einer Achse, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Achse der Führungsschiene ist, in der Lamelle montiert ist, in der der erste Schieber montiert ist, wobei die zwei Blockiervorrichtungen zusammenwirken, um die Lamelle in Bezug auf die Führungsschienen zu zentrieren.
  13. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ständer (6) teilweise oder zur Gänze in der Führungsschiene (5a, 5b) untergebracht ist.
  14. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ständer (6) ein glasfaserverstärkter Thermoplast vom Typ Polyamid ist.
  15. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiervorrichtung (B) durch Verschrauben an der Führungsschiene (5a, 5b) befestigt ist.
  16. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiervorrichtung (B) ein quer verlaufendes Halteelement (60) umfasst, an dem die Führungsschiene aufliegt, um die Translation des Ständers (6) in Bezug auf die Führungsschiene (5a, 5b) zu blockieren.
