Description

The invention relates to a sliding door system with a frame that accommodates several sliding door elements which can be moved horizontally along the frame, the frame having at least one damper arrangement which dampens and limits the movement of a sliding door element in the direction of an end position of the sliding door element.

Derartige Schiebetürsysteme sind aus der DE 20 2010 001 367 U1 , DE 20 2009 000 616 U1 , WO 2008/028945 A2 und der EP 2 899 350 A1 bekannt.Such sliding door systems are from DE 20 2010 001 367 U1 , DE 20 2009 000 616 U1 , WO 2008/028945 A2 and the EP 2 899 350 A1 known.

The disadvantage of the known sliding door systems is that if the frame is deformed, for example under a snow load, the damper arrangement arranged thereon is also displaced from the rest position, which means that the damper arrangement is no longer effective when a sliding door element is moved.

The object of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages and to specify a sliding door system with a reliably operating damper arrangement.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a sliding door system according to claim 1 or claim 2. Advantageous further developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

It is particularly advantageous in the sliding door system with a frame that accommodates several sliding door elements which can be moved horizontally along the frame, the frame having at least one damper arrangement which dampens and limits the movement of a sliding door element in the direction of an end position of the sliding door element the damper arrangement is elastically, in particular resiliently, mounted on the frame.

Accordingly, the damper arrangement is relatively movable with respect to the frame and, in particular, is relatively movable perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sliding door element. The elastic mounting of the damper arrangement on the frame thus enables, in particular, a relative movement of the damper arrangement with respect to the frame and in particular perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sliding door element along the frame. This can compensate for bending of the frame, for example under snow load or its own weight, so that an interaction of the moving sliding door element and the damper arrangement damping the movement of the sliding door element is reliably ensured.

According to the invention, the damper is arranged on a rail, a first end of the rail being directly or indirectly articulated and / or resiliently fixed to the frame and a second end of the rail being indirectly or directly resiliently coupled to the frame. The coupling with the frame can thus take place indirectly or directly both by means of one or more joints and / or by means of one or more spring elements.

In a first variant of the invention, the damper arrangement can thus be directly or indirectly resiliently coupled to the frame by means of two or more spaced apart spring elements. In the case of an indirect coupling, intermediate elements such as connecting and / or compensating and / or assembly elements can be arranged.

This enables the damper arrangement to move relative to the frame. Furthermore, the damper arrangement can be rotated about any axis of rotation in order to compensate for positional deviations and to move the damper arrangement into a position in which it effectively damps and limits the movement of the sliding door element in the direction of its end position.

The damper arrangement particularly preferably has an end stop to limit the movement path of the sliding door element.

Furthermore, the damper arrangement has a driver which protrudes into the travel path of the sliding door element and is positioned in such a way as to come into engagement with the sliding door element. Such a driver ensures that the damper element comes into engagement with the sliding door element moving along the frame and develops the damping effect with regard to the movement of the sliding door element.

The damper arrangement is preferably arranged on an upper horizontal frame element and / or that the damper arrangement is arranged on a lower horizontal frame element.

In a preferred embodiment, the frame has a plurality of grooves that run in the direction of travel of the sliding door elements and lie parallel to one another, with a sliding door element being guided in each groove. By arranging several parallel grooves, several sliding door elements can be guided in the frame so as to be movable.

For each of the sliding door elements, a corresponding damper arrangement is preferably arranged elastically, in particular resiliently, on the frame.

The sliding door elements can be mounted hanging and / or standing in or on the frame. That means that the storage of the Sliding door elements can be done both on an upper frame element and cumulatively or alternatively on a lower frame element. According to the invention, the sliding door elements have bearings at the top and / or bottom, in particular rollers and / or sliders, by means of which they are movably supported in an upper guide rail and / or in a lower guide rail of the frame. In this case, an upper guide rail can be arranged on an upper, in particular horizontal, frame element or formed by an upper, in particular horizontal, frame element itself. A lower guide rail can be arranged on a lower, in particular horizontal, frame element or formed by a lower, in particular horizontal, frame element itself.

In a preferred embodiment, the sliding door elements have a safety device and / or locking device, in particular a pin safety device and / or a snapper against unintentional opening. In particular, this can prevent unauthorized opening from the outside.

The sliding door elements can be designed as glass doors, in particular as frameless glass doors. Alternatively, it is also possible that other materials, such as aluminum elements or the like, are used. A visually particularly appealing overall solution results, however, when all sliding door elements are designed as glass doors, since a glass wall extending over the entire frame is then formed in the closed state.

If the sliding door elements are designed as glass doors, these are preferably made of safety glass and / or insulating glass. When using insulating glass, the sliding door systems according to the invention can also be used in the warm area, ie for example in heated winter gardens or as a living room closure to the terrace. The use of the sliding door systems according to the invention is not restricted to this, since use in cold areas, that is to say in unheated winter gardens and the like, is also possible.

The sliding door elements can be designed in any height / width ratio. However, the maximum height-to-width aspect ratio for a single sliding door element is preferably equal to 5 to 1.

In the Figures 1 and 2 are two different embodiments of the elastic suspension of the damper assembly 3 on the frame 1 of a Sliding door system shown schematically. Identical assemblies are provided with identical reference numerals. The representation according to the Figures 1 and 2 is purely schematic.

Fig. 1 shows the suspension of a damper arrangement 3 on the upper frame 1 of a sliding door arrangement. The damper arrangement 3 is mounted on a mounting system 2. The mounting system 2 is suspended from the frame 1 in a resilient manner by means of two springs 4, 5. As indicated by the two double arrows, due to the suspension via the two springs 4, 5 of the mounting system 2 on the frame 1, the damper arrangement 3 arranged on the mounting system 2 can execute any relative movements with respect to the frame 1. This means that the damper arrangement 3 as a whole can be displaced vertically upwards on the frame by compressing the two springs 4, 5. Furthermore, due to the resilient suspension by means of the two springs 4, 5, the damper arrangement 3 can execute any relative movements with respect to the frame 1, that is, the damper arrangement 3 can be pivoted about any rotation axes with respect to the frame 1 by compressing the two springs 4, 5 to different degrees become.

Fig. 2 shows a second exemplary embodiment of the elastic suspension of the damper arrangement 3 on the frame 1. Again, the damper arrangement 3 is fixedly mounted on the mounting system 2. The mounting system 2 is hinged to the frame 1 at its left end. The joint 6 is provided for this purpose. The right end of the mounting system 2 is shown in FIG Fig. 2 Resiliently coupled to the frame 1 via the spring 7. As a result, the assembly system 2 with the damper arrangement 3 mounted thereon is able to execute a relative movement with respect to the profile 1 by pivoting about the axis of rotation of the joint 6.

The representation according to Fig. 2 is in particular only schematic insofar as an articulated suspension can also be provided at the right end of the mounting system 2 and a spring-elastic coupling via a spring can also be provided at the left end of the mounting system 2.

Another embodiment of the invention is shown in Figures 3 to 7 shown, which is explained below. Identical components are each provided with identical reference numerals.

Fig. 3 FIG. 13 shows a perspective view of a sliding door system with the one shown in FIG Fig. 3 upwardly pulled out upper frame 10 and a lower frame 11. The lower frame 11 of the sliding door system has three parallel grooves, in each of which a sliding door element 12, 13, 14 in the plane of the drawing according to Fig. 3 is arranged displaceably to the right and left along the lower frame 11 of the sliding door system. The sliding door elements 12, 13, 14 can thus be shifted both completely to the right in the sliding door system and completely to the left in the sliding door system, so that the sliding door elements 12, 13, 14 form three sliding door elements lying one behind the other in the form of a package, so that the remaining Area of the sliding door system is fully open. In the illustrated embodiment, the sliding door elements 12, 13, 14 are formed by glass elements.

The positioning of the damper arrangement 30 is indicated on the upper frame 10. The damper assembly 30 is mounted on the upper frame 10 by means of the in Fig. 4 Mounting system shown in the form of an exploded view. The mounting system is formed by a mounting profile 20 which is fixed to the upper frame 10. For this purpose, the mounting profile 20 is pushed into a corresponding C-groove in the upper frame 10 of the sliding door system and fixed in the desired position by means of a clamping screw. This allows the assembly profile 20 to be displaced in the C-groove along the upper frame 10 to the desired position. Furthermore, the mounting system can be mounted on the upper frame 10 at any desired position.

The rail 21 is fixed on the mounting profile 20. The rail 21 serves to receive the damper arrangement 30. This is described further below in relation to FIG Fig. 7 explained.

The rail 21 is firmly connected to the mounting profile 20 at its left end by means of a blind rivet 22. The spacing between the rail 21 and the mounting profile 20 is ensured at the left end by the spacer sleeve 23, which at the same time defines the distance between the mounting profile 20 and the rail 21. The slide bearing 27 is provided at its right end. This is penetrated by the blind rivet 26. The blind rivet 26 is mounted on the underside of the rail 21 with the disk 28 and is fixed by the latter.

Furthermore, two compression springs 24, 25 are provided. Due to the sliding bearing 27, a relative movement of the right end of the rail 21 with respect to the mounting profile 20 is possible, which enables a pivoting movement about the left end of the mounting system defined by the spacer sleeve 23. The compression springs 24, 25 are dimensioned such that their axial dimension corresponds to the height of the spacer sleeve 23 when the compression springs 24, 25 are pressed together to form a block.

Due to the arrangement of the sliding bearing 27 and the compression springs 24, 25, it is thus possible for the rail 21 to move elastically relative to the mounting profile 20.

The mounting system is fixed at the desired position on the upper frame 10 of the sliding door system by means of the threaded pin 29, which passes through a threaded hole in the mounting profile 20 and by means of which the mounting system is clamped to the desired location in the C-groove on the upper frame 10 is determined.

The Figures 5 and 6th show the mounting system Fig. 4 in the assembled state, wherein in the representation according to the Figures 5 and 6th the compression springs 24, 25 are completely compressed and the rail 21 has thereby assumed the minimum possible distance from the mounting profile 20. Fig. 5 shows the side view as well as the front view of the mounting system during Fig. 6 Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the mounting system for mounting the damper assembly on the frame of the sliding door system.

Fig. 7 shows a perspective exploded view of the assembly system and the damper arrangement 30. The damper arrangement 30 is screwed to the rail 21 by means of the fastening screws 33, 34. The damper arrangement 30 has the damper 31 and the driver 32. The driver 32 protrudes into the travel path of that sliding door element 12, the movement of which the damper arrangement 30 is intended to dampen in the direction of the left end in the illustrated embodiment. Due to the elastic arrangement of the rail 21 in relation to the mounting profile 20, the damper arrangement 30 is able to execute a relative movement in relation to the upper frame 10 of the sliding door system, so that any positional deviations can be compensated and it is always ensured that the driver 32 protrudes into the travel path of that sliding door element 12 whose movement towards the end position of the sliding door element 12 is to be dampened.
