Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de regroupement de conducteurs individuels d'un faisceau de câbles comprenant une pluralité de conducteurs isolés (4, 5), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes, commandées par un dispositif de commande (50), d'un élément de préhension (3) :
    • déplacer un premier ensemble de conducteurs (5), comportant chacun une partie de contact (10), au moyen d'un élément de préhension (3) jusque dans au moins un connecteur (13) qui est fixé dans un dispositif de retenue (1),
    • déplacer un deuxième ensemble de conducteurs (4), dépourvus de partie de contact, à l'aide de l'élément de préhension (3) jusque dans au moins un dispositif de réception (2) supplémentaire qui est disposé à l'extérieur du dispositif de retenue (1) destiné au connecteur (13) et qui comprend une chambre de réception (21, 22 , 23), la chambre de réception (21, 22, 23) comportant un dispositif de serrage (15) par rapport à un isolant (6) des conducteurs (4, 5).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, le dispositif de retenue (1) et le dispositif de réception (2) étant orientés parallèlement l'un à l'autre et/ou dans un plan commun (12).
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, le dispositif de retenue (1) et le dispositif de réception (2) étant montés sur une palette commune (11).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, les conducteurs (4) destinés au dispositif de réception (2) étant dénudés au niveau d'une extrémité côté dispositif de réception (9) ou à proximité de cette extrémité (9) au niveau d'une partie intermédiaire (7).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, la chambre de réception (21) comprenant une fente (29) ouverte d'un côté.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, une pluralité de fentes (29) étant disposées côte à côte, la largeur (28) des fentes respectives (29) étant différente et adaptée à une section transversale du conducteur (4) sans isolation (6).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, les fentes (29) étant disposées à l'intérieur d'une plaque avant (25) ayant une épaisseur (26) de 5 à 15 mm.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, une pluralité de chambres de réception (21, 22, 23) étant prévues et les chambres de réception (21, 22, 23) ayant une profondeur d'au moins 3 mm ou contenant au moins un ressort de serrage (32) à l'intérieur de la chambre de réception (21, 22, 23).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, un moyen de séparation (30), séparant les chambres de réception (21, 22, 23), étant disposé à l'intérieur du dispositif de réception (2) de telle sorte que les chambres de réception (21, 22, 23) forment dans une première position un espace de réception commun (31) et sont séparées les unes des autres dans une deuxième position.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, le moyen de séparation (31) comprenant une pièce à main saillante (33) qui sert à déplacer le moyen de séparation (30) manuellement ou par le biais de l'élément de préhension (3) .
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, le dispositif de réception (2) comprenant une butée (34) qui limite le déplacement du moyen de séparation (30) de telle sorte que le moyen de séparation (30) soit maintenu dans la première position dans le dispositif de réception (2).
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant un espace de réception commun (31) qui est destiné à un faisceau de conducteurs (14) comportant une pluralité de conducteurs (4) et dans lequel l'élément de préhension (3) introduit les conducteurs (4) individuellement et fait passer ainsi un élément à ressort (40) qui ferme au moins partiellement l'espace de réception commun (40).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, l'élément à ressort (40) étant généré par une pluralité de fibres élastiques ou par un corps monté élastiquement.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 2, comprenant un dispositif de soudage qui est disposé à proximité du plan (12) et qui, après insertion du deuxième ensemble de conducteurs (4) dans le dispositif de réception (2), soude ceux-ci entre eux.
